Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely research that uses previous research as the main source for finding novelty in the research carried out. Of course, these studies are closely related to Career Development, Employee Performance and Incentives. This research uses primary data or data obtained from objects directly using a digital questionnaire instrument to obtain them. The digital questionnaire contains 5 choices of strongly agree, agree, neutral/average, strongly disagree, disagree, and so on for 300 CFC employees spread throughout Indonesia. Researchers analyzed these data using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show the Career Development variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable because the P-Values results are positive and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.008. The researcher's assumption, as stated in the questionnaire, is that employee career development that continues to improve can make the vision and targets given by the company easier to achieve. In the end, research on employee performance also increased. Apart from that, in the second row of the third table the path coefficient also shows that the second hypothesis in the research can also be proven if the Incentive variable can strengthen the influence of the Career Development variable on Employee Performance. This is due to the more incentives the company gives to employees, the more enthusiastic the employees will be at work, the more focused they will be at work, and in the end it can increase career development and improve employee performance. Based on these results, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be proven. Keywords: Career Development, Employee Performance ,Incentives

Abstract

Sebagai daerah yang masih bergerak dibidang agraris dengan jumlah penduduk besar dan proporsi rumah tangga yang bekerja di pertanian dominan, maka perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan petani dinilai sangat strategis. Namun selain berbicara mengenai pendapatan yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan, pengeluaranpun mempengaruhi tingkat kesejahteraan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai Analisis Tingkat Kesejahteraan Petani Di Tapanuli Selatan menurut Pola Pendapatan dan Pengeluaran Menggunakan Parameter NTPRP. Selanjutnya untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan parameter NTPRP (Nilai Tukar Pendapatan Rumahtangga Petani). Berdasarkan hasil temuan yang dilakukan peneliti di Tapanuli Selatan. Nilai Tukar Pendapatan Rumah Tangga Petani (NTPRP) untuk nilai dari responden yang minimum berada pada nilai 0,56, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa total pengeluaran rumah tangga petani/ responden tersebut lebih besar dibandingkan dengan total pendapatan rumah tangganya, hal tersebut juga menjelaskan petani/ responden tersebut belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan untuk usaha pertanian dan non pertaniannya. Kemudian Nilai Tukar Pendapatan Rumah Tangga Petani (NTPRP) yang maksimum berada pada nilai 7,81, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa total pengeluaran rumah tangga petani/ responden tersebut lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan total pendapatan rumah tangganya, hal tersebut juga menjelaskan petani/ responden tersebut sudah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan untuk usaha pertanian dan non pertaniannya. Namun secara rata-rata Nilai Tukar Pendapatan Rumah Tangga Petani (NTPRP)nya berada pada nilai 1,46 menunjukkan NTPRP > 1 berarti secara rata-rata petani/ responden sudah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan untuk usaha pertanian dan non pertaniannya. Bisnis varian produk gula aren merupakan bisnis yang menjajikan yang bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa Pardomuan dengan keuntungan yang diperoleh untuk produk gula aren cair sebesar 194,11% bedasarkan perhitungan dengan cost plus pricing

Abstract

Counseling is a process of providing assistance to individuals who need it from a professional. Counseling services are provided to help individuals who are facing problems in their lives. There are several problems that arise in the understanding and implementation of counseling for students. One of the problems is students' lack of understanding of the importance of counseling. lack of awareness of counseling for some students. Limitations in providing adequate counseling services, both in terms of the number of counselors and supporting infrastructure. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of the research show that Islamic Extension Guidance (BPI) students at the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, UIN North Sumatra have a good understanding of counseling and are able to implement counseling techniques well. However, there are still some of them who do not understand counseling practically, their understanding is still only theoretical. In terms of implementing counseling, BPI UIN SU students are also able to implement counseling techniques well. However, in this case there is still a need for more special training regarding counseling organized by the department for students so that they can be more professional in conducting counseling. And there are several obstacles for students in conducting counseling, including clients who come under coercion from other people, not with their own wishes, there are clients whose personalities cannot be predicted, making it difficult to determine the right approach technique in counseling.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of the revenue and expenditure budget at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Toraja Regency from 2021-2023. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques carried out through the Realization Report of Revenue and Expenditure at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Toraja Regency. The results of this study indicate that the Performance of Regional Revenue and Expenditure of North Toraja Regency in terms of the Independence Ratio is still very low with an Instructive relationship pattern with an average ratio of 5.1%. And the Efficiency Ratio is classified as efficient with an average ratio of 92.5%. Keywords : Budget, Revenue, and Regional Expenditure

Abstract

Two of the many factors that can influence good or bad service quality are good organizational culture and a work environment that is comfortable, clean, and can provide peace of mind for both workers and customers. This study aims to examine the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Service Quality at Alfamart which are spread throughout Indonesia. Different from previous studies, this research adds the Job Satisfaction variable as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. This study uses secondary data distributed through questionnaires to 300 Alfamart employees spread throughout Indonesia with a minimum criteria of having worked for 2 years. The data used in this research were analyzed using Alt Samrt PLS 3.0. The results showed that each of the Organizational Culture and Work Environment variables had a positive and significant effect on the Service Quality variable. Apart from that, the Job Satisfaction variable is able to moderate the two independent variables above and has a quite significant shift in value.

Abstract

Rambu keselamatan adalah alat bantu yang bermanfaat untuk menginformasikan bahaya dan melindungi keselamatan pekerja yang berada di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kecukupan dan kesesuaian penerapan rambu keselamatan pada lingkungan kerja pada bulan September – Oktober 2023 di perusahaan. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dalam suatu saat tertentu. Pada observasi lapangan diperoleh hasil bahwa rambu keselamatan yang ada di 22 area pada pabrik pemurnian menunjukkan hasil lebih dan cukup. Hal itu, menunjukkan jika rambu keselamatan sudah sesuai dengan matriks yang dibuat. Disarankan pihak perusahaan untuk tetap melakukan perbaikan pada beberapa rambu keselamatan yang sudah usang dan tidak bisa terbaca.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Elmo Gelato, sebuah bisnis gelato yang sedang berkembang. Kualitas layanan mencakup aspek-aspek seperti kecepatan layanan, keramahan staf, dan efektivitas layanan, sedangkan kualitas produk mencakup rasa, penampilan, dan konsistensi produk gelato. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei untuk mengumpulkan data dari 89 pelanggan Elmo Gelato melalui kuesioner online dan offline. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan koefisien sebesar 0,424 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Kualitas produk juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan koefisien sebesar 0,100 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,041. Model regresi menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bersama-sama menjelaskan 49,2% variabilitas kepuasan pelanggan, menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor lain juga mempengaruhi kepuasan. Reliabilitas kuesioner telah teruji dengan baik dengan Cronbach's Alpha melebihi 0,7 untuk semua skala variabel. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya memprioritaskan peningkatan kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, sambil terus memantau dan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini memberikan tambahan wawasan untuk mengembangkan strategi meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di industri gelato, dengan rekomendasi untuk fokus pada peningkatan berkelanjutan pada layanan dan kualitas produk..

Abstract

The development of the global world has now entered the era of society 5.0, with advances in technology making financial management easier. The aim of this research is to determine the financial behavior carried out by the millennial generation in the era society 5.0 in terms of financial knowledge and financial attituted, which wiil help the millennial generation to be wiser in managing their finances. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research, financial behavior can be seen from financial knowledge and financial attitude. In determining or determining attitudes in financial management, this can be done so that it will make it easier for students in the era of society 5.0 with advances in technology to organize and manage their finances. With this, it is necessary to increase students’ understanding of financial literacy. Abstract

Selama dekade terakhir, internet telah menunjukkan pertumbuhan substansial dalam jumlah pengguna dan penjualan. Demi keberlangsungan, By.U sebagai layanan seluler digital pertama di Indonesia harus mencari cara untuk memuaskan pelanggan dan menjadi pelanggan setia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program loyalitas, persepsi nilai, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan. Kuantitatif konklusif kausalitas sebagai jenis penelitian dan sampel yang valid sebanyak 103 responden yang diambil dari kuesioner online. Untuk menganalisis ini, analisis jalur dengan Software Amos 24 digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh program loyalitas, persepsi nilai, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta ada pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini dapat disumbangkan sebagai referensi bagi semua pihak, terutama sebagai bahan referensi By.U dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to prepare a Budget Realization Report (LRA) which includes ratios with criteria. The theory used in this research is government accounting standards and the hypothesis proposed is that income variance is unfavorable, regional independence is very good and the effectiveness of PAD is quite effective. That the analytical tool in this research uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by studying government accounting standards applied in the field so that there are differences with phenomena and the field in the field of the Medan City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that regional revenues have not been able to obtain revenues exceeding the budgeted amount and have not been able to increase original regional revenues, including revenues.
