Abstract

The emergence of the corona virus in 2020 has devastated the economy in Indonesia, making the strength of MSMEs re-examined. The decline in turnover in the non-culinary sector reached 30-35% due to restrictions on activities that made it difficult for business actors to make face-to-face sales. Therefore, SMEs must be able to master digital marketing. Utilizing the marketing concept through the use of digital technology, it is hoped that MSMEs will be able to develop and become the center of economic power. The current era of technology is indeed unavoidable, through digital marketing it is possible for MSME actors to market their products online, offer and make online banking system payment transactions. This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial marketing model through digital marketing as a moderating variable in improving sales performance. in MSMEs in Semarang City. The population in this study were MSME actors who were registered at the Cooperatives and MSMEs Service in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used by the author in conducting this research is using simple random sampling, namely taking samples from the population randomly, using the Slovin formula, obtained 98 samples. The method of data analysis was carried out by testing instrument validity and reliability, testing classical assumptions, testing hypotheses and testing moderating variables using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). The results showed a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial marketing in increasing the sales volume of MSMEs in Semarang City, but the effect of digital marketing as a moderating on sales volume in the first output had a significant effect and the interaction effect on the second output had no significant effect, meaning digital marketing as a moderating variable in the relationship between the method of marketing performance is a predictor moderator. Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the effect of education spending on the Human Development Index during the Covid-19 pandemic in East Nusa Tenggara Province; (2) determine the influence of health spending on the Human Development Index during the Covid-19 pandemic in East Nusa Tenggara Province; and (3) determine the effect of infrastructure spending on the Human Development Index during the Covid-19 pandemic in East Nusa Tenggara Province. The scope of this research is an analysis of the influence of government spending on education, health and infrastructure spending on the Human Development Index during the Covid-19 period in districts/cities in East Nusa Tenggara Province. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM. The results of this research show that (1) partially education spending has a positive and significant effect on the human development index, partially health spending has a positive and significant effect on the index human development, partially infrastructure spending has a negative and significant effect on the human development index; (2) Simultaneously education spending, health spending and infrastructure spending have an effect on the human development index; and (3) the results of the determinant coefficient test (R2) show education spending, Health spending and infrastructure spending have an influence on increasing the human development index.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dukungan regulasi, promosi, informasi, tingkat bagi hasil, religiusitas, image dan prospek peluang pasar berpengaruh terhadap preferensi pengurus koperasi konvensional untuk beralih ke koperasi Syariah di Provinsi Bengkulu sebagai populasi dan sampelnya. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner pada kegiatan pelatihan yang diadakakan oleh Lembaga koperasi Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan regulasi, promosi, informasi dan tingkat bagi hasil tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi pengurus koperasi untuk beralih ke koperasi syariah. Sementara religiusitas, image dan prospek peluang pasar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi pengurus koperasi untuk beralih ke koperasi syariah. Jumlah penduduk di Provinsi Bengkulu yang menganut agama Islam ada sebanyak 97.67%, tetapi jumlah keberadaan koperasi Syariah hanya 0.042%. Idealnya koperasi syariah lebih banyak dibandingkan koperasi konvensional. Kenyataannya koperasi syariah masih sangat sedikit dibandingkan koperasi konvensional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengurus koperasi syariah dapat menggunakan artikel ini sebagai acuan dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam menjalankan kehidupan perekonomian. Abstract

Pajak merupakan pendapatan daerah dan negara. Pembangunan massif bagian dari pengelolaan dan peningkatan pajak. Keterlambatan bayar dan tidak bayar pajak, dapat ditindak tegas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur efektivitas surat teguran, surat paksa dan penyitaan terhadap kontribusi pajak di Semarang Barat.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data primer dari Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Semarang Barat diolah, observasi dan ditelaah. Informasi didapat melalui interview dengan kabig umum dari data-data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pemungutan pajak dengan surat teguran, surat paksa dan surat penyitaan kurang efektif. Hal ini dikarenakan wajib pajak yang menerima surat teguran, surat paksa dan surat penyitaan sudah berganti domisili, ada yang sudah meninggal, dan bahkan ada pula yang ekonominya jatuh hingga tidak punya aset sama sekali. Akibatnya. Kontribusi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Semarang Barat dalam memaksimalkan penerimaan pajak melalui pemungutan pajak dengan surat teguran, surat paksa dan surat penyitaan sangat rendah. Pada penelitian ini, tahun 2021 dan 2022 masih terpapar pandemi Covid-19, dimana perekonomian menurun secara signifikan berdampak pada penerimaan pajak.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan e-business tidak terlepas dari kemajuan teknologi informasi dan dengan berkembangnya e-business dapat dijadikan sebagai paradigma baru serta menjadi kunci kesuksesan dalam bisnis. maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital, efikasi diri dan lingkungan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa generasi z dalam e-busines. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi yang tersebar di Indonesia. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 200 tanggapan responden dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil dalam penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa literasi digital, efikasi diri dan lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa generasi z dalam e-busines. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis dampak tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Studi ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi yang difokuskan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019-2021. Metode pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Kriteria pemilihan sampel penelitian mencakup perusahaan manufaktur yang berpartisipasi dalam Program Penilaian Kinerja Perusahaan dalam Pengelolaan Lingkungan (PROPER) selama periode 2019-2021, perusahaan manufaktur yang tidak mengalami kerugian bersih selama tiga tahun, dan perusahaan manufaktur yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan serta menyediakan informasi tambahan yang relevan untuk penelitian. Jumlah perusahaan manufaktur yang memenuhi kriteria ini dan menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 26 perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengunduh laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan dari situs web Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan memengaruhi nilai perusahaan, sementara kinerja lingkungan tidak memiliki dampak signifikan pada nilai perusahaan. Namun, hasil simultan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan kinerja lingkungan secara bersama-sama memengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Abstract

One of the important things that every company needs to do and pay attention to is retaining existing customers and continuing to work on new potential customers so that customers don't leave the company and become customers of other companies. Loyal customers are an opportunity to get new customers. Apart from satisfaction, facilities also play a role in attracting consumers. Facilities are also very important in increasing consumer loyalty. Good facilities can make consumers feel comfortable, but if the facilities provided are bad then consumers will feel uncomfortable and feel at a loss. Basically, the location for all factory and service businesses is important because it is directly related to the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions on Pesona Cable TV broadcasts on Kangean Island, Kec. Arjasa. Researchers used a descriptive quantitative approach. The research was conducted on Kangean Island, Kec. Arjasa. This research was conducted for 3 months, namely during October-December 2022. The population used in this study were subscribers who used Pesona cable TV broadcasts on Kangean Island, Kec. Arjasa, which has 1,233 customers. The researcher chose 123 respondents who use Pesona cable TV as a sample. The technique of determining the sample from this study uses the probability sampling method. The results of this study indicate that based on the t test, the results of service quality, product quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on Pesona Cable TV broadcasts on Kangean Island, Kec. Arjasa. Based on the F test, it shows that service quality, product quality, and price have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions on Pesona Cable TV Broadcasts on Kangean Island, Kec.
