Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menegtahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Umur Perusahaan terhadap Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitiu Annual Report dan Sustainability Reporting dari Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di OJK tahun 2018-2022. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 Bank Umum Syariah dengan rentang waktu 5 tahun. Pengujian hipotesis dan alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen yaitu Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan umur Perusahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure.

Abstract

This study is titled "The Influence of Work Discipline, Loyalty, and Workload on Employee Performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama, Simalingkar Area, Medan Selayang." The method used in this research is associative with a quantitative approach. Data collection was done through questionnaires. The sample size for this study was 65 individuals. The data analysis techniques used in this research include descriptive statistical analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with t-tests and F-tests, as well as the determination coefficient test (R²). The results show that partially (t-test), the work discipline variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable, with a t-value greater than the t-table value (2.815>1.99962) and a significance level of 0.0071.99962) and a significance level of 0.0071.99962) and a significance level of 0.0002.76) and a significance level of 0.000

Abstract

Peningkatan produktivitas karyawan merupakan faktor yang penting dalam mendukung kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Peningkatan Produktivitas Karyawan sebagai sebuah Peluang dan Tantangan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia di Era Society 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kepustakaan. Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu identifikasi permasalahan dan perumusan masalah, penelusuran pustaka atau pencarian literatur, pengumpulan data, analisa data, dan menyimpulan hasil. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Data yang terkumpul di analisis secara deduktif dan induktif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan peluang dan tantangan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia di Era Society 5.0 untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan: 1) Transformasi Digital dalam Proses Rekrutmen dan Seleksi, 2) Pendidikan dan Pengembangan Karyawan yang Adaptif, 3) Fleksibilitas Kerja dan Manajemen Kesejahteraan Karyawan, 4) Kolaborasi antar Generasi di Tempat Kerja, dan 5) Kesejahteraan Mental dan Emosional Karyawan.

Abstract

Artikel ini mendalami peran krusial yang dimainkan oleh masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan anggaran publik, dengan fokus pada cara partisipasi masyarakat dapat ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan efektivitas penggunaan dana publik. Partisipasi masyarakat bukan hanya sekadar aspek demokratisasi, tetapi juga merupakan elemen kunci dalam memastikan bahwa dana publik dialokasikan secara bijak dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi perlunya terus mendorong partisipasi masyarakat yang lebih besar dalam perencanaan anggaran publik, sambil mengatasi hambatan yang ada. Dalam kesimpulan, artikel ini akan menyoroti bagaimana masyarakat yang terlibat secara aktif dalam proses perencanaan anggaran publik dapat memperkuat akuntabilitas dan efektivitas penggunaan dana publik, mendukung terwujudnya pemerintahan yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan rakyat.

Abstract

The research aims to know: 1) the influence of peer group’s on entrepreneurial learning outcomes student students of class XII Automation and Office Administartion at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen in the academic year 2021/2022; 2) the influence of independence of student learning on entrepreneurial learning outcomes student of class XII Automation and Office Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen in the academic year 2021/2022; 3) the influence of peer group’s and independence of student learning on entrepreneurial learning outcomes students of class XII Automation and Office Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen in the academic year 2021/2022. This research used quantitative research with a correlational research design. The result of research showed that 1) there was a significant positive effect of peer group’s on learning achievement on entrepreneurship proved tcount>ttable (5,680 > 1,99006); 2) there was a significant positive effect of self-motivated learning on learning achievement on entrepreneurship proved tcount>ttable (9,413 > 1,99006); 3) there was a significant positive effect of peer group’s and self-motivated learning on learning achievement on entrepreneurship proved Fcount>Ftable (228,879 > 3,11). This result of research showed the amount of effective contribution toghether equal to 85,2% and the rest still 14,8% which effected by other variables. Keywords : Peer Group’s, Independence of Student Learning and Entrepreneurship Learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how Indonesian manufacturing companies' financial statements are affected by the implementation of Financial Accounting Standards. The use of SAKs is essential to ensuring that the financial statements provided are pertinent, trustworthy, and comparable in light of the growing complexity of business and the increasing demands for accountability and transparency. Using a quantitative methodology, this study gathers information from the 2021–2023 financial statements of eight industrial businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Multiple regression analysis is the analytical technique employed to examine the link between the quality of financial statements as assessed by indicators of relevance, reliability, comparability, and understandability, and the application of SAK. The study's findings offer empirical support for the notion that applying SAK can enhance the quality of financial statements. They also offer suggestions for policymakers, accountants, and scholars.

Abstract

Loyalitas pelanggan bergantung pada banyak faktor, termasuk kepercayaan mereka, kepuasan terhadap penjual, dan perilaku etis penjual. Dengan kata lain, pelanggan sangat diberdayakan sehingga semuanya disediakan. Peneliti lebih lanjut mencatat bahwa memenuhi dan melampaui harapan pelanggan tidaklah mudah dalam industri yang kompetitif, termasuk industri pakaian olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ethical behavior penjual terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepercayaan sebagai moderasi. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 150 tanggapan responden. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi nya adalah pelanggan pakaian olahraga yang ada di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ethical behavior berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kepercayaan mampu memoderasi ethical behavior terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Abstract

Abstract Housing is a primary need that every individual dreams of having. Individuals who cannot afford to buy a house in cash choose the mortgage route so they can occupy it and ultimately own it when the installments are finished. There are a number of factors that can influence consumers to decide on a mortgage, including individual income and home mortgage interest rates. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of the Income and Interest Rate variables on the KPR Decision variable. Different from previous studies, this research adds the Financial Literacy variable which researchers believe can strengthen the influence of the Income and Interest Rate variables on the KPR Decision variable. This research is quantitative research with an explantory approach that develops research (Sukmawati, 2020). The data used in this research is primary data distributed to 250 BSI bank customers who have been offered KPR throughout Indonesia. The research results show that the Income and Interest Rate variables have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on KPR decisions. Apart from that, the Financial Literacy variable can moderate the influence of the Income and Interest Rate variables on the KPR Decision variable. Abstract

One of the most significant industries supporting a nation's economy is the tourist sector. Religious tourism is one type of travel that has a big financial influence on the neighborhood. The increasing number of visitors and their intention to return to the tourist destination are indicators of the industry's success. For instance, there has been a noticeable annual growth in the number of tourists visiting Central Java. The Kudus Regency, also referred to as the cities of Santri and Kretek, is located in the Central Java Province. Menara Kudus religious tourism is one among the tourist attractions in Kudus Regency. In contrast to the Colo Tourist Attraction in 2021, the Menara Kudus Tour is currently seeing a decline in visitors. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how WOM and Tourist Emotion affect Menara Kudus' destination image and how much it influences travelers' intentions to return. This study employs a quantitative methodology and surveys Menara Kudus tourists with a questionnaire. The tool or method Smart-PLS 3.0 was used to evaluate the data. Purposive sampling was utilized to choose the sample for this study, which included 132 respondents who visited Menara Kudus. According to the research's findings, (1) Tourist Emotions have a positive impact on destination image; (2) word-of-mouth (WOM) has a positive impact on destination image; (3) Tourist Emotions do not have a positive or significant impact on the Revisit Intention; (4) WOM has a positive impact on the Revisit Intention; and (5) destination image has a positive impact on the Revisit Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the most fundamental source as reference material for finding new novelty elements in the research being carried out. This research uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange for 10 years from 2013-2023. This data includes data on insurance companies in Indonesia. Researchers analyzed the data using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Financial Performance variable can influence share prices. Researchers have an alternative perspective, namely that stock prices can actually have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on financial performance. This hypothesis can be proven and supported by the results of the first line path coefficient which shows that the stock price variable can have a positive relationship on employee performance because The P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.016. This is due to logical reasons because better share prices can increase investors which makes financial performance more stable. Apart from that, the influence of share prices can be more significant on financial performance if it is supported by good corporate governance. This is also proven from the second row of the third table in this research which shows that the variable Good Corporate Governance can moderate the influence of the Stock Price variable on Financial Performance because the P-Values value has a positive direction and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted and proven. Keywords: Stock Price, Financial Performance, Good Corporate Governance
