<![CDATA[A movie, as a literary work in the form of an audio-visual medium, is a dialogue-driven depiction of everyday life. In a movie, dialogue consists of utterances with a function, allowing characters to express themselves and convey a message. The purpose of the politeness strategy in the language is to facilitate the delivery of messages without harming the speaking partner's face. Therefore, the objective of this study is to discover and describe language politeness strategies in the Gara-Gara Warisan movie. This study employs a descriptive-qualitative methodology. While the approach in this study is the listening method and the advanced techniques, namely The Free Conversation Listening Technique (SBLC). Furthermore, the techniques used are transcript techniques and note-taking techniques. This study indicated that the most prevalent politeness approach is a positive politeness strategy and without utilizing any strategy (bald-on-record strategy), as opposed to a negative politeness strategy and an off-record politeness strategy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the communication carried out by the Library Service and the Tourism Office which were carried out at the same time, with the same goal, namely saving the ancient manuscripts of surau Latiah in Solok City, and not knowing each other that there was a multiplicity of activities. The purpose of the article is to find out the communication experiences and the most meaningful concepts from the communication experiences of the two agencies. The research method is a qualitative Husserl phenomenological approach with a constructivism paradigm. Data obtained from observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the communication experience carried out by the two agencies is different. The most meaningful concept from the communication experience of the two agencies is effective communication in the form of persuasive communication that is influenced by other people who are considered important and carried out by means of verbal and non-verbal communication so that there is a change in the attitude of the owner of the manuscript so that he wants to submit the ancient manuscript of Surau Latiah.]]>

<![CDATA[The community generally bribes traffic police because they want to finish quickly and the assumption is that the Percut Sei Tuan community always thinks that the ticket process is convoluted, difficult and complicated and takes time and effort to make people lazy to complete the ticket in accordance with the proper procedures for solving a ticket, the length of the process law enforcement and long queues become images in the minds of the public when passing through official law enforcement channels. This will no longer be indifferent to the opportunity for the Percut Sei Tuan Police to resolve traffic violations peacefully by accepting bribes from the public. This research is a type of descriptive research. The data in this study is primary data or data collected by the researchers themselves. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, questionnaires, and observation as well as literature. The data obtained were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the study show that the motives that cause people to bribe in completing fines to the Percut Sei Tuan Police are internal factors: traffic violations are considered normal, public awareness is low, people want to be practical, people are lazy through official procedures following ticket trials or paying fines to banks is difficult and requires a long process. External factors: economy, sense of kinship. While efforts to deal with bribery: Police who abuse their authority by accepting bribes by the public in completing ticketing without going through a set procedure will be subject to sanctions by the National Police's professional code of ethics, imposing criminal fines for traffic offenders, the need for outreach to the public.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses Islamic politics in Indonesia through the Masyumi Party during the Old Order and the Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) during the Reformation Era. Writing this article using descriptive analysis and historical research methods. The historical method is divided into four steps, namely: heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results showed that Masyumi was an Islamic party which became a unifying pillar of the nation during the Old Order. Masyumi's struggle in upholding Islamic law as the state ideology did not run smoothly after the changes that occurred in the seven words and the Jakarta Charter. Unlike the case with the Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB), which was founded during the Reformation period by the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) mass organization. PKB aims to convey the aspirations of the people, especially NU members who want freedom in expressing opinions on issues in the government. PKB has a political basis based on Pancasila, not Islam. Despite carrying different goals, these two parties continue to run the parliamentary line because of the struggle for Islamic politics in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the Kurikulum Merdeka in historical learning from a historical perspective. The curriculum is a design of learning material provided and taught by educators to learners through certain methods and ways with the goal of achieving national educational aspirations. The education curriculum in Indonesia often undergoes changes, this is done to perfect the previous curriculum, changes have occurred since the implementation of the Kurikulum 1947. For now, the curriculum used and developed is the Kurikulum Merdeka. In its implementation, the Kurikulum Merdeka can be applied if the school or educational unit is ready to use the Kurikulum Merdeka. If the school is not ready with the Kurikulum Merdeka system, then the school can combine the Kurikulum 2013 and the Kurikulum Merdeka. This article uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study approach. The research results show that there are advantages and disadvantages of the Kurikulum Merdeka in historical learning.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of instructional leadership on teacher job quality in the work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation on teacher performance towards job satisfaction at Al Washliyah Petumbukan Vocational School in Deli Serdang. The population in this study is all teachers at Al Washliyah Petumbukan Vocational School, which is 68 people. Due to the population not reaching 100 people, all of them were used as the total sample. The research instrument used was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study show a positive and significant influence of instructional leadership (X1), achievement motivation (X2), and quality of work life (X3) together on job satisfaction. The magnitude of this influence is indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = which means that collectively Job Satisfaction influences teacher performance by 63.0% and the remaining 37.0% is determined by other factors.]]>

<![CDATA[Society needs tax information that they could access in a faster and easier way without being restricted by space and time. Therefore, in the way to fulfill those society’s needs, KPP Pratama Padang Satu takes advantage of using the Instagram platform for publication media and communication media. This research intends to knowledge how the Instagram account of @pajakpadangsatu is being managed. The research method is qualitative with the ways of data collection utilized by interview, observation, and documentation study. This research applies the theory of social media management by Regina Luttrell which calls as The Circular Models of Some. This research then results in 6 (six) categories of content, those are activity content, taxation knowledge content, speech content, announcement content, performance achievement content, and entertainment content. The contents that are going to be shared with the public are packed in the best way dan followed the latest trend. The contents that are being uploaded usually involve a certain figure or public figure that already has performed tax obligations. This research found that several activities have not been done particularly at the optimization stage and the stage of managing media monitoring.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to discuss the impact of Mobile Legends on Elementary School students in Lingkungan XII, Medan Denai District, Binjai Village. This research is a type of quantitative research. The objects in this study were elementary school students in Lingkungan XII. The research was conducted on 55 students, including students in grades 5 and 6. The research was conducted using a simple random sampling system in sampling, and sampling using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, a sample of 35 people was determined, and the data obtained was from a questionnaire. The theory used in this study is new media and the uses and effects theory. The results of the study show that online mobile legends games have an impact on elementary school students in Lingkungan XII Medan Denai, Binjai Village. Most of them started to be lazy to learn since they knew and played mobile legends online games.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to look at the role of remembrance in shaping mental health in the congregation of Surau Asraful Amin in Stabat District, Langkat Regency. Recitation in a psychological view has a great spiritual effect, namely as an addition to a sense of faith, devotion, honesty, fortitude and maturity in life. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out using the library research method. This method is used to conduct a study of some literature, either in the form of books, magazines, bulletins, newspapers, the internet, seminar results and other sources related to the formulated problem. The results of the study showed: (1) the practice of remembrance at Surau Asraful Amin, Stabat District, succeeded in changing the behavior of worshipers at this mosque for the better; (2) the practice of remembrance carried out at Surau Asraful Amin in shaping the mental health of the congregation has succeeded in bringing the congregation to happiness and mental health and even being able to develop their potential optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[Teachers play a crucial role as stakeholders in ensuring the continuity of literacy movements in schools. They undertake various efforts to sustain and develop school-based literacy programs, particularly in history. To this end, teachers can take several steps to promote and maintain the school's history literacy movement, such as planning and implementing the school's literacy history movement process. The research aims to determine the literacy skills of class XI students in lesson planning at SMAN 3 Pematangsiantar and to comprehend the role of teachers in fostering student literacy history in the learning process. A descriptive qualitative method was used to analyze descriptive data by describing the research results. The study utilized observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data from the principal, homeroom teacher, and class XI students. The study's findings suggest that teachers at SMAN 3 Pematangsiantar foster literacy movements through planning and processes implemented in the stages of habituation, development, and learning. Teachers can encourage students to participate in literacy programs by incorporating reading programs into the curriculum, such as a one-hour reading program or a reading lesson before class, and using various media, such as bulletin boards, to promote literacy movements. In addition, teachers and parents play essential roles in managing and supervising students since students learn not only at school but also actively learn at home.]]>
