Abstract

This study aims to determine the succession planning that will be done on family-based company. Family Owned Enterprise (FOE). Subjects In this study used 3 companies that are large-scale enterprises, companies in the medium scale, and companies on a small scale. The company is used as a research subject because this family oriented bussines will face the first succession planning process to a successor candidate who is not from a family member. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the optimal portfolio return and the change in IHSG to changes in stock prices the securities sector. The purpose of this study is the author wanted to determine the effect of the transaction value of the securities sector stock price changes. The method used is the Sharpe Model, Single Index Model, and using Microsoft Office Excel. The result of this research is the only portfolio on the agricultural sector able to generate a positive return. Conclusions of this research, there were 12 companies included in the the optimal portfolio in LQ45 and agricultural sectors only have return rate postitif of 19:16% and the risk by 5.92%. Keywords : Return, Risk, Single Indeks Model, and Sharpe Model

Abstract

The empirical research investigated factors that affect consumer satifaction prior to purchasing a product. This research focused on the purchase of internet renting services. The purpose of this research was to understand consumer behaviour in purchasing internet renting services. The results were used to make an effective and efficient marketing strategy as well to investigate further about consumer behaviour in internet renting services. The investigation used consumer analysis and operational analysis. Correlation design with purchasing decision as dependent variable, together with location, price, facility, internet access speed, comfort, services as independent variables were investigated and analyzed using SPSS 13.0. This research results indicated that the purchasing decision is affected mostly by internet access speed and facility factors with location, price, facility, comfort and servicess as less factors. Keywords : Consumer Satifaction, Consumer Behaviour, Internet Rental Service

Abstract

Related to the performance of the homebase lecturers  at the Faculty of Communications and Business, Telkom University, in conduct the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Tertiary Education), research and community service feels lacking. That is why this research is intended to know the performance condition also to see the factors that encourage and the factors that are dominant towards the performance of fixed lecturers at the Faculty of Communications and Business in Telkom University. The method that is used  in this research is descriptive analysis with factor analysis technique. The type of this research is quantitative research. The respondants in this research are the fixed lecturers at the Faculty of Communications and Business in Telkom University. The research data is obtained by distributing questionnaires towards 70 respondants and literature review. Based on the descriptive analysis result, fixed lecturers performance in the "good" category is about 77%. Factor analysis results states that ability factor, organizational structure factor, background factor, and perception factor are the factors that encourage the performance of the fixed lecturers at the Faculty of Communications and Business in Telkom University. The ability factor which is representated by attitude, motivation, expertise, discipline, effectivity, and efficiency factors has the highest value % of variance that is about 34,837%. Organizational structure factor which is representated by resource, leadership, work experience, and work design factor has the value % of variance about 10,588%. Background factor which is representated by initiative and demography factor has the value % of variance about 8,533% while the perception factor has the value % of variance about 7,630%.Keyword:Performance, Factor Analysis, Faculty of Communications and Business in Telkom University, lecturer performance

Abstract

This article aims to provide an understanding of the meaning of the local wisdom of Tri Hita Karana (THK) of Bali as a concept to achieve sustainability. THK relevant issues was appointed amid the deterioration of the quality of life of mankind as a result of excessive exploitation of nature. That downturn has also hit Indonesia due to the hegemony of positivist paradigm and tendencies attributing a materialistic rationality. Indeed in THK there are values that ought to be executed to achieve sustainability. If the corporate world to apply to achieve Triple Bottom Line sustainability, Balinese prove THK has been keeping sustainable remains until now Bali. The difference of the two is on the concept of profit (profit) and Lord's (parahyangan). This research combines the data gathering methods Cresswel, ethnographic interviews Spradley and qualitative paradigm analysis interpretivisme.Keywords: Interpretivisme, Tri Hita Karana, Sustainability and Antropological Approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the difference between expectation of University of Bunda Mulia students and the performance of Layanan Administrasi Mahasiswa performances.This research is descriptive research. The method of sampling is non probability sampling and the technique is purposive sampling. The sample consists of 100 respondent that obtained from Bunda Mulia University students in odd semester period 2009/2010. The result of this research shows that Bunda Mulia University students feel satisfy with Layanan Administrasi Mahasiswa service after compare Layanan Administrasi Mahasiswa performances with Bunda Mulia University student’s expectation. Keyword : Service quality, Satisfaction, Performances

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari studi kasus proses bisnis PT Sinar Sosro. Permasalahan yang dialami PT Sinar Sosro dalam memasarkan salah satu produknya Joy Tea Green tidaklah semulus dan sebaik produk pendahulunya Teh Botol. Beberapa latarbelakang permasalahan dirumuskan dengan menggunakan teknik brainstorming diantaranya berupa keterlambatan pengenalan (launch) produk Joy Tea Green, kurang tepatnya segmentasi pasar hingga desain kemasan dan iklan yang terlihat menjemukan. Beberapa rekomendasi dihasilkan agar permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan diantaranya dengan melakukan re-desain proses bisnis PT Sinar Sosro, dimulai dari segmentasi ulang pasar, diferensiasi produk yang berbeda dengan produk lainnya, hingga proses rancang ulang kemasan yang lebih. Kata kunci : Brainstorming, Proses Bisnis, Segementasi Pasar, Diferensiasi Produk

Abstract

This research is quantitative descriptive research with cross sectional study. The primary data is obtained from students of a university located in Jakarta Barat. The method of sampling is non probability sampling and the technique is judgmental sampling. The sample consisted of 300 respondent. The result of this research shows that there is a positive effect satisfaction to trust, there is a positive effect on trust to commitment, there is a positive effect commitment to loyalty, there is a positive effect satisfaction to loyalty and there is a positive effect trust to loyalty. Key Words- Satisfaction, Trust, Commitment, Loyalty
