Abstract

Currently many employees of productive age are changing jobs, this is a challenge for leaders to manage and retain quality employees so they can continue to develop their potential. This research is a quamtitative study that has 33 samples through the distribution of questionnaires conducted, with measurements using a Likert scale of 1-7 for the questionnaire. A type of desctivtive research that explains the relationship between each variable. Then data processing with PLS-SEM and using measurement model analysis and structural models. The result of the study with the aim of examining the influence of transformational leadership on affective organizational commitment and job performance mediated by employee engagement, which then resulted that transformational leadership was able to have a positive impact on affective organizational commitment and job performance through mediation carried out by the employee engagement variable. Transformational leadership itself also directly positively affects affective commitment, but cannot have a direct positive impact on job performance. These finding prove the importance of strengthening employee engagement to increase affective organizational commitment and job performance among employees in a company.

Abstract

East Nusa Tenggara is one of the provinces in Indonesia which is known as an archipelagic province. As an archipelagic province, PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Kupang Branch is considered an important service to be able to connect one area with another area. Service quality, price, and facilities are important factors related to passenger satisfaction. Passenger satisfaction in using sea transportation services is of course determined by several factors taken by researcher in this research, namely service quality, price, and facilities offered by PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Kupang Branch. The research aims to determine the influence of service quality, price, and facilities on passenger satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially. The research population is PT service users ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Kupang Branch with a total of 55 respondents. Purposive sampling was chosen by the researcher as the sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis was carried out to analyze the data with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results show that service quality, price, and facilities simultaneously affect passenger satisfaction, service quality partially has no effect on passenger satisfaction, price partially has no effect on passenger satisfaction and facilities partially influence passenger satisfaction.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is the attitude of an employee who works for a company or organization without asking the company for compensation for what they do. This research aims to determine (1) the influence of spiritual leadership on OCB; (2) the influence of spiritual leadership on emotional intelligence; (3) the influence of emotional intelligence on OCB; and (4) the influence of spiritual leadership on OCB mediated by emotional intelligence in PT. Catur Kencana Management Yogyakarta employees. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Catur Kencana Management Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative research and primary data was taken using a census-taken questionnaire with a sample of 52 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The research results show that (1) spiritual leadership influences OCB; (2) spiritual leadership influences emotional intelligence; (3) emotional intelligence influences OCB; and (4) emotional intelligence mediates the influence of spiritual leadership on OCB in PT. Catur Kencana Management Yogyakarta employees. The research results have implications for leaders paying more attention to spiritual leadership, so that it can have a high impact on employee OCB through emotional intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Shopee Live Streaming Features, Collaboration Branding, Brand Ambassadors, and Trust on Purchasing Decisions in the Shopee application. The sample of this study is Generation Z who uses the Shopee e-commerce application in Surabaya City with a total observation of 193 respondents. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The analysis model used is a structural equation model (SEM-PLS) with the help of SMART-PLS software. The results of data processing state that the variables Shopee Live Streaming, Collaboration Branding, Brand Ambassador, and Trust have a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions at Shopee E-Commerce. Based on the results of the F Square test, it can be concluded that the Trust variable is classified as having the most influential value on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

 The high level of employee turnover intention is an important problem for companies. Companies to make efforts to increase job satisfaction and employee engagement in their work, so that it will have an impact on reducing turnover intentions. Research was conducted on employees to analyze the influence of professional identity on turnover intention with employee engagement and job satisfaction as mediation. This research uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire filled out by 42 respondents who work at company.. techniques probability sampling with simple random sampling. The results show that professional identity, job satisfaction and work engagement have a negative influence on turnover intention. Meanwhile, professional identity has a positive effect on employee engagement and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction and employee engagement are able to mediate the influence of professional identity on turnover intention. In an effort to minimize employees turnover intention , companies need to improve their professional identity, which can have an impact on employee engagement and employee job satisfaction which will have the effect of lowering turnover intention.

Abstract

Changes in the current digital era occur very quickly and lead to conditions that continue to change dynamically, so overcoming the increasing uncertainty in the organization becomes important and urgent for an organization and the organization's ability to develop resilience is also very necessary. MSMEs face various challenges in the digital era, such as changes in consumer behavior, global competition, and economic uncertainty. These conditions have prompted several previous studies that focus on organizational resilience, which is interesting because all organizations need to survive and recover after facing difficulties and challenges. The resilience of MSMEs is the main determinant to overcome this uncertainty, by understanding how digitalization and HR can complement each other to create excellence. This study aims to determine how digitalization and human resources affect resilience (Study on MSME at Car Free Day Jalan Ibrahim Adjie Garut Regency) The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents using the random sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study used PLS-SEM. The results of the analysis show that the role of digitalization does not have a significant effect on resilience, but on the contrary, the practice of human resources proves the results that have a significant effect on resilience.

Abstract

Bogor dikenal oleh wisatawan sebagai destinasi wisata kuliner seperti di Jalan Surya Kencana, Jembatan Merah, Sukasari, Pajajaran, Air Mancur dan Yasmin. Kuliner Bogor banyak dikenal oleh wisatawan salah satunya karena adanya promosi yang dilakukan oleh akun-akun Instagram wisata kuliner Bogor seperti @bogoreatery, @kuliner_bgr, @cemalcemilbogor, @wisatakulinerbogor dan @visitbogor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghitung faktor dominan dari Promosi Media Sosial Instagram dan Daya Tarik Kuliner terhadap minat berkunjung. Populasi dari penelitian ini wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Bogor pada tahun 2018 s.d 2021 dengan jumlah wisatawan mancanegara dan wisatawan Nusantara berjumlah 17.007.569 orang. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 150 orang dan dibatasi pada wisatawan Nusantara. Pengujian hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan adanya Promosi Media Sosial (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan (Y) dan Daya Tarik wisata kuliner (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the Ubung Denpasar Subdistrict Office with a total of 32 employees. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sample technique of 32 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ubung Denpasar Village Office Secretariat. Suggestions that can be put forward to the Ubung Denpasar Village Office Secretariat are that leaders can take a personal approach to employees in order to build better communication, clarify the duration of work on each job and improve employee work space arrangements at the Ubung Denpasar Village Office Secretariat.

Abstract

AbstractThe development of household cleaning products continues to expand from year to year creating a potential for companies to increase the number of consumers through quality perception, value perceptions, satisfaction perceptions and differentiation perceptions. The study aims to examine the influence of quality perceptions, value perceptions and satisfaction perceptions on brand loyalty mediated by brand trust in the POLKI brand. The sample in this study had 181 respondents who met the criteria. In this study, data is being processed using Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study show that brand trust has a significant influence on brand loyalty. There is a significant impact between quality perception, value perception and satisfaction perception on brand trust. There are insignificant influences between the perception of quality, appreciation of value, satisfaction and differentiation perceptions of brand loyality. And there is a minor influence between differential perceptions and brand confidence. In addition, there are significant influences among quality perceptions, appreciations of value and satisfactions perceptions on brand faith mediated by brand trusts.

Abstract

The development of social media such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook are accelerating the spread of information, photos and videos, particularly the trend related to the Korean Wave. The role of Korean influencers has big impact in creating a large and active community of fans to buy a product, as Chatime has done. BT21's characters capture the attention of consumers and generate significant purchase interest. The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of credibility and brand image in the form of BT21 Character collaboration on consumer purchasing decisions at Chatime. The population in this study were consumers who made purchases at Chatme Malang.  The sample used in this study amounted to 100 people. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires. Testing of research results was carried out using the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that credibility and brand image in the form of BT21 Character Collaboration had a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Chatime. Thisresults contribute to enrich marketing strategy and purchasing decision theories, and also can be used by Chatime Company to consider the variables which affect customers in making decision to purchase its products. This study has limitation amit the research was held in Malang as an education city, that might it will has different results if this reseach to be done in other cities.
