Abstract

Students still need help understanding biology subject matter, one of which is the concept of biological ecosystems, due to limited variations in learning media. Mind maps are considered to affect students' mentality and learning outcomes positively. This research aims to develop a mind map-based module to improve student learning outcomes in biology learning that is valid, practical and effective in ecosystem material. This research is research and development (R&D) that uses the 4D model. This research was conducted at SMA Dharma Utama Serdang Bedagai, Medan, for the 2022/2023 academic year. Data was collected using validation sheets, student questionnaires and test instruments. Next, the data is compiled using the N-gain formula. This product was declared valid by media validators (68%) and material (80%). The feasibility analysis results show that the product developed is very practical for students to use, with the N-gain results getting a score of 0.8 in the very high category. Based on this mind map module, student learning outcomes using the mind map module developed are valid, practical and effective in facilitating student learning outcomes using the mind map module with ecosystem material.Abstrak. Peserta didik masih mengalami kesulitan memahami materi pelajaran biologi, salah satunya pada konsep ekosistem biologi, karena keterbatasan variasi media belajar. Mind map dinilai berpengaruh positif terhadap mental dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul berbasis mind map untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran biologi yang valid, praktis dan efektif dalam materi ekosistem. penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang menggunakan model 4D. penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Dharma Utama  Serdang Bedagai, Medan untuk tahun akademik 2022/2023. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar validasi, angket siswa dan instrument tes. Selanjutkan data dikumpulkan menggunakan rumus N-gain. Produk ini di nyatakan valid oleh validator media (68%) dam materi (80%). Hasil analisis kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan sangat praktis digunakan siswa dengan hasil N-gain mendapatkan nilai 0,8 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan modul mind map ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa menggunakan modul mind map yang dikembangkan valid, praktis dan efektif untuk memfasilitasi hasil belajar siswa menggunakan modul mind map dengan materi ekosistem.

Abstract

Learning innovation is a form of learning development, such as teaching media development. One of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely climate action, is introduced through the ecosystem and environmental change sub-material of global warming in grade 10. At SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga, learning global warming material has not used KIT (Integrated Instrument Components) learning media and problem-based learning models. This research aims to develop KIT "EGCA" media and test its effectiveness. This is an R&D (Research and Development) study with the 4D model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). Data analysis used media validity analysis and N-Gain Score to determine the improvement of learning outcomes (Pre-Post test). Based on the results of the study, most students are not familiar with SDGs, PBL, and KIT. The results of the validation test of KIT "EGCA" and learning modules obtained a very valid category, while the KIT "EGCA" instructions and student worksheets were valid. The results of the N-Gain calculation obtained a moderate category, which means that the developed product is effective. These results indicate that the "EGCA" KIT developed is valid and effective for use in learning. The implementation of KIT "EGCA" still needs to be optimized so that students are more familiar with SGDs, PBL, and KIT itself.Abstrak. Inovasi pembelajaran merupakan bentuk pengembangan pembelajaran, seperti pengembangan media pembelajaran. Salah satu tujuan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), yaitu climate action yang diperkenalkan melalui materi ekosistem dan perubahan lingkungan sub materi pemanasan global kelas 10. Pada SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga proses kegiatan pembelajaran materi pemanasan global belum menggunakan media pembelajaran KIT (Komponen Instrumen Terpadu) dan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem based learning). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan media KIT “EGCA” dan menguji keefektifan media. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D (Research and development) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis kevalidan media dan N-Gain Score untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar (Pre-Post test). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Sebagian besar peserta didik tidak familiar dengan SDGs, PBL, dan KIT. Hasil uji validasi KIT “EGCA” dan modul pembelajaran memperoleh kategori sangat valid, sedangkan instruksi KIT “EGCA” dan lembar kerja peserta didik valid. Hasil perhitungan N-Gain diperoleh kategori sedang, yang berarti produk yang dikembangkan efektif. Hasil ini menunjukkan KIT "EGCA" yang dikembangkan valid dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Implementasi KIT "EGCA" masih perlu dioptimalkan agar peserta didik lebih familiar dengan SGDs, PBL, dan KIT itu sendiri.

Abstract

Laboratory activities are essential in improving the understanding of learning outcomes and supporting the process of forming students' knowledge about biological material, especially the concept of carbohydrate digestion. It is necessary to laboratory activities design (LAD) that can support forming student knowledge in laboratory activities to investigate carbohydrate foods. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method applied through ANCOR (Analyse, Try, Reconstruct) steps to develop LAD that supports students' knowledge formation process. The ANCOR stages include analysing the sample LAD, conducting trials, and reconstructing it into a new LAD per the Ministry of Education and Culture's learning outcomes. The LAD reconstruction aims to strengthen students' understanding of carbohydrate digestion through laboratory activities emphasizing exploration, direct observation, and active involvement of students in the learning process. It is expected that the use of LAD that has been adjusted will make a significant contribution to improving student learning outcomes in biology materials, improving the learning process in the laboratory, and increasing their understanding of the concept of organ structure and function in the carbohydrate digestive system.Abstrak. Kegiatan laboratorium memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman, hasil belajar, dan mendukung proses pembentukan pengetahuan siswa. siswa tentang materi biologi, khususnya konsep pencernaan karbohidrat. Perlu Desain Kegiatan Laboratorium (DKL) yang dapat mendukung proses pembentukan pengetahuan siswa pada kegiatan labororatorium menyelidiki makanan berkarbohidrat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang diterapkan melalui langkah-langkah ANCOR (Analisis, Coba, Rekonstruksi) untuk mengembangkan DKL yang mendukung proses pembentukan pengetahuan siswa. Tahapan ANCOR tersebut meliputi analisis DKL sampel, melakukan uji coba, dan merekonstruksi menjadi DKL yang baru yang sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran Kemendikbud. Rekonstruksi DKL bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep pencernaan karbohidrat melalui kegiatan laboratorium yang menekankan eksplorasi, pengamatan langsung, dan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Diharapkan penggunaan DKL yang telah disesuaikan akan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam materi biologi, memperbaiki proses pembelajaran di laboratorium, serta meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang konsep struktur organ dan fungsinya pada sistem pencernaan karbohidrat.

Abstract

Ujung Kulon National Park is a national park with a lot of biodiversity that is almost extinct, but it has still not been realized by many students. Students' understanding and concern for the flora and fauna found in the TNUK area can be trained through learning based on environmental literacy. This study aims to determine the validity level of research-based e-modules on conservation themes to train environmental literacy attitudes of junior high school students. The research method used is research and development Research and Development R & D) concerning Thiagarajan, then adapted to the capabilities and needs of researchers, it is limited to 3 stages: define, design, and develop. The instrument used is a validation instrument sheet, which three validators will carry out, each on material expert validation, media expert validation, and teaching materials expert. The validation results obtained on the material expert get a percentage value of 82.88% with the category "very valid", on the media expert get a percentage value of 90.91% with the category "very valid", and on the teaching materials expert get a percentage value of 91.55% with the category "very valid" so that from the results of the validation of the research-based e-module conservation theme can be used with some revisions.Abstrak. Taman Nasional Ujung Kulon merupakan salah satu taman nasional yang mempunyai banyak biodiversitas yang hampir punah akan tetapi hal tersebut masih belum disadari oleh banyak siswa. Padahal pemahaman dan kepedulian siswa terhadap flora dan fauna yang terdapat di kawasan TNUK bisa di latih melalui pembelajaran yang berbasis literasi lingkungan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas e-modul berbasis riset tema konservasi untuk melatih sikap literasi lingkungan siswa SMP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development R & D) dengan mengacu pada Thiagarajan, kemudian disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan kebutuhan peneliti sehingga dibatasi pada 3 tahapan saja, yaitu: tahap define, design, dan develop. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar instrumen validasi yang akan dilakukan oleh 3 validator masing-masing pada validasi ahli materi, validasi ahli media dan ahli bahan ajar. Didapatkan hasil validasi pada ahli materi mendapatkan nilai persentase 82,88% dengan katagori “sangat valid”, pada ahli media mendapatkan nilai persentase 90,91% dengan katagori “sangat valid” dan pada ahli bahan ajar mendapatkan nilai persentase 91,55% dengan katagori “sangat valid” sehingga dari hasil balidasi tersebut e-modul berbasis riset tema konservasi dapat digunakan dengan beberapa revisi.

Abstract

The availability of teaching materials and learning resources is an important component in a lecture. The purpose of this study was to describe the results of a questionnaire on the needs of teaching materials by students. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Research respondents consisted of 30 students. The research instrument used a case-based needs analysis questionnaire on food microbiology material. Data analysis techniques by describing the data from the questionnaire needs of teaching materials, which are analyzed in detail. The results in this study were that 94% of students still found it difficult to understand learning food microbiology material, as many as 76% of students felt they did not understand food microbiology material only by using references from books. As many as 53% of students stated that the learning resources currently used had not attracted interest in learning food microbiology material, as many as 100% of students said they were happy if food microbiology learning was presented using a variety of learning resources. As many as 71% of students stated that they had not studied food microbiology material based on the cases presented in it. As many as 100% of students wish to have a case-based book on food microbiology material. Based on these results, it can be concluded that case-based teaching materials on food microbiology need to be developed.Abstrak. Ketersediaan bahan ajar dan sumber belajar adalah salah satu komponen penting dalam sebuah perkuliahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguraikan hasil angket kebutuhan bahan ajar oleh mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 30 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket analisis kebutuhan bahan ajar berbasis kasus pada materi mikrobiologi pangan. Teknik analisis data dengan menguraikan data hasil  angket kebutuhan bahan ajar, yang dianalisis secara mendetail. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah 94% mahasiswa masih merasa kesulitan dalam memahami pembelajaran materi mikrobiologi pangan, sebanyak 76% mahasiswa merasa belum memahami materi mikrobiologi pangan hanya dengan menggunakan referensi dari buku. Sebanyak 53% mahasiswa menyatakan sumber belajar yang pakai saat ini belum menarik minat untuk belajar materi mikrobiologi pangan, sebanyak 100% mahasiswa menyatakan senang jika pembelajaran mikrobiologi pangan disajikan dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber belajar yang bervariasi. Sebanyak 71% mahasiswa menyatakan belum mempelajari materi mikrobiologi pangan berdasarkan adanya kasus-kasus yang disampaikan di dalamnya. Sebanyak 100% mahasiswa berkeinginan untuk memiliki buku berbasis kasus pada materi mikrobiologi pangan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis kasus materi mikrobiologi pangan perlu dikembangkan.

Abstract

Insufficient nutritional knowledge, diets that do not meet nutritional adequacy levels, and excessive physical activity for the body affect the learning outcomes of some students. This study aims to investigate the relationship between knowledge about balanced nutrition and diet with biology learning outcomes through physical activity. This study is an ex post facto, which is correlational in knowing the relationship between knowledge of balanced nutrition and diet with biology learning outcomes through physical activity. The population in this study were all students of class XI of State Senior High School in Polewali Sub-district, Polewali Mandar Regency, 2023/2024 school year, which includes SMAN 1 Polewali, SMAN 2 Polewali, SMAN 3 Polewali and SMAN 4 Polewali. The sample in this study was taken as many as 210 using simple random sampling. The research instruments used in this study were a balanced nutrition knowledge test, a dietary pattern questionnaire in the form of a Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) form, and a Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) physical activity questionnaire. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential path analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that knowledge of balanced nutrition with diet can affect biology learning outcomes, and diet with physical activity can affect biology learning outcomes. This research can impact the improvement of the health and wellbeing of learners by improving concentration and overall performance. It can assist in developing more effective educational strategies to promote health and academic achievement.Abstrak. Pengetahuan gizi yang kurang, pola makan yang tidak sesuai dengan tingkat kecukupan gizi, dan  aktivitas fisik yang berlebihan untuk tubuh mempengaruhi hasil belajar beberapa peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang gizi seimbang dan pola makan dengan hasil belajar biologi melalui aktivitas fisik. Penelitian ini adalah ex post facto yang bersifat korelasional dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan gizi seimbang dan pola makan dengan hasil belajar biologi melalui aktivitas fisik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Polewali, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang meliputi SMAN 1 Polewali, SMAN 2 Polewali, SMAN 3 Polewali dan SMAN 4 Polewali. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 210 dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes soal pengetahuan gizi seimbang, kuisioner pola makan berupa formulir Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), dan kuisioner aktivitas fisik Global Physical Activity Questonnaire (GPAQ). Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan gizi seimbang dengan pola makan dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar Biologi dan pola makan dengan aktivitas fisik dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar Biologi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dapat berdampak terhadap peningkatan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan peserta didik untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi serta kinerja secara keseluruhan. Ini dapat membantu dalam pengembangan strategi Pendidikan yang lebih efektif untuk mempromosikan kesehatan dan prestasi dalam bidang akademik.

Abstract

Collaboration and critical thinking skills are part of the 21st-century skills that must be mastered and developed. Therefore, innovative teaching materials are needed to help develop students' critical thinking and collaboration skills. This development research aims to produce Team Games Tournament (TGT) based digital interactive modules that are valid, practical, and effective for students. The instruments used are needs analysis in the form of teacher interview guidelines and questionnaires for students, teaching material and material expert validation sheets, and practicality sheets. Then, the effectiveness sheet is in the form of a pretest post-test sheet. Based on the results of the data analysis, the teaching material validation obtained a score of 98.55%, the material validation results obtained a score of 96.73%, the teacher response questionnaire results obtained a score of 97.92%, and the student response questionnaire results obtained a score of 93.15%. The effectiveness assessment resulted in an average N-Gain score of 0.80 with a high category, and the results of student collaboration skills scored 91 with a very effective category. Therefore, the TGT-based digital interactive module is considered a feasible, practical, and effective learning tool, facilitating the development of students' collaboration and critical thinking skills. However, further development research can expand the material on biology learning that has not been covered in the development of this interactive digital module.Abstrak. Kemampuan kolaborasi dan berpikir kritis merupakan bagian dari keterampilan abad ke-21 yang perlu dikuasai dan dikembangkan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan bahan ajar yang inovatif yang dapat membantu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kolaborasi siswa. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul interaktif digital berbasis Team Games Tournament (TGT) yang layak, praktis dan efektif bagi siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah analisis kebutuhan berupa pedoman wawancara guru dan angket untuk siswa, lembar validasi ahli bahan ajar dan materi, serta lembar kepraktisan. Kemudian lembar keefektifan berupa lembar pretest post test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, validasi bahan ajar memperoleh skor 98,55%, hasil validasi materi memperoleh skor 96,73%, hasil angket respon guru memperoleh skor 97,92%, dan hasil angket respon siswa memperoleh skor 93,15%. Penilaian keefektifan menghasilkan rata-rata skor N-Gain sebesar 0,80 dengan kategori tinggi, dan hasil kemampuan kolaborasi siswa memperoleh skor 91 dengan kategori sangat efektif. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul interaktif digital berbasis TGT dinilai sebagai perangkat pembelajaran yang layak, praktis dan efektif, memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan kolaborasi dan berpikir kritis siswa. Namun demikian untuk penelitian pengembangan selanjutnya dapat memperluas materi pada pembelajaran biologi yang belum tercakup dalam pengembangan modul digital interaktif ini.

Abstract

The ability to think creatively has an important role in 21st century learning. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the video-assisted Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the creative thinking skills of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sekampung Udik on environmental pollution material. The research sample was selected by purposive sampling technique. The design of this study used a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The type of data taken is quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data in the form of mean values of pretest, posttest, and N-gain ability to think creatively tested using the Independent Sample t-Test with a significance level of 5% obtained Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 <0.05. Qualitative data in the form of a questionnaire on student responses to the use of the video-assisted PBL model. The results showed that the N-gain value for the experimental class was 0.57 in the "medium" category and the control class was 0.29 in the "low" category. These results indicate that there is a significant effect of using the video-assisted PBL model on students' creative thinking abilities in environmental pollution material. Student responses showed a positive response with an average score of 71.2% in the "good" category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the video-assisted PBL model has an effect on the creative thinking abilities of students.Abstrak. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif memiliki peranan penting pada pembelajaran abad 21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) berbantu video terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sekampung Udik pada materi pencemaran lingkungan. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperiment dengan bentuk desain penelitian non-equivalent control group design. Data kuantitatif berupa rerata nilai pretest, posttest, dan N-gain kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang diuji menggunakan uji Independent Sample t-Test dengan taraf signifikansi 5% didapatkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,00 < 0,05. Data kualitatif berupa tanggapan peserta didik pada penggunaan model PBL berbantu video. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai N-gain kelas eksperimen mencapai 0,57 dengan kategori “sedang” dan kelas kontrol mencapai 0,29 dengan kategori “rendah”. Hasil tersebut memperoleh terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model PBL berbantu video terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada materi pencemaran lingkungan. Respon peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran menunjukan respon yang positif dengan rata-rata nilai 71,2% dengan kategori “baik”. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model PBL berbantu video berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa.

Abstract

In this digital era, data and information in biology are increasingly presented in quantitative form that must be processed and interpreted. To deal with this, students' numeracy literacy becomes essential to train. This study aims to reveal an increase in students' numeracy literacy by implementing the brain-based learning model. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent group design. The sample consisted of 28 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class who had been selected by random sampling. The instruments used were question sheets with various types, such as the Minimum Competency Assessment (MCA) questions. The findings of this study indicate that the experimental class has a higher N-Gain Score, which is 0.71 with high criteria, while in the control class, it is 0.60 with a moderate category. The better N-Gain Score can also be seen from each numeracy literacy indicator's analysis. This indicates that the brain-based learning model improves students' numeracy literacy more effectively. Based on these findings, further research can conduct a long-term study of applying the brain-based learning model to students' numeracy literacy to understand the sustainability of the improvements.Abstrak. Di era digital ini, data dan informasi dalam ilmu biologi semakin banyak disajikan dalam bentuk kuantitatif yang harus diproses dan diinterpretasikan. Dalam rangka menghadapi hal tersebut, literasi numerasi siswa menjadi hal yang penting untuk dilatih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap adanya peningkatan literasi numerasi siswa melalui implementasi Model Brain Based Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan desain pretest posttest non-equivalent group design. Sampel terdiri dari 28 siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan 30 orang siswa kelas kontrol yang telah dipilih secara random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar soal dengan berbagai tipe seperti pada soal Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen memiliki N-Gain Score yang lebih tinggi, yaitu sebesar 0.71 dengan kriteria tinggi, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 0.60 dengan kategori sedang. Perolehan N-Gain Score yang lebih baik juga terlihat dari analisis setiap indikator literasi numerasi yang diteliti. Hal ini menandakan bahwa model Brain Based Learning lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi numerasi siswa. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian berikutnya dapat melakukan analisis jangka panjang dari penerapan Model Brain Based Learning terhadap literasi numerasi siswa untuk memahami keberlanjutan peningkatan yang dicapai.

Abstract

The education digitalization era is growing rapidly, and integrating information technology with religious values is becoming increasingly important, especially in providing relevant and holistic learning resources. This research aims to create an integrated e-book with the Al-Quran to support learning in nutrition and health courses in the Biology Education Study Program at UIN Alauddin Makassar, which is valid, practical, and effective. This research uses research and development with the ADDIE development model. Development products are tested through validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests. The research subjects were validation experts (validators), practitioners (course lecturers), and sixth-semester students taking the nutrition and health course in the Biology Education Study Program. The research instruments are media validation sheets, response questionnaires, and response questionnaires, as well as learning outcomes test items. The research results showed that the media developed had a validity level of 3.86 (very suitable) and a practicality level based on response assessment, namely 3.61 (highly practical). The learning outcomes test has a percentage level of effectiveness with a percentage of 20% in the very effective category, 68% in the effective category, and 12% in the quite effective category. Classically, 88% reached the minimum value for the effective category. Based on the findings of this study, the development of e-books integrated with religious values is recommended to be optimized in dissemination, similar development, and application.Abstrak. Era digitalisasi pendidikan yang berkembang pesat, dan integrasi antara teknologi informasi dengan nilai-nilai keagamaan menjadi semakin penting, terutama dalam konteks penyediaan sumber belajar yang relevan dan holistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk e-book terintegrasi Al-Quran untuk Menunjang Pembelajaran pada Mata Kuliah Gizi dan Kesehatan Prodi Pendidikan Biologi UIN Alauddin Makassar yang bersifat valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Produk pengembangan diuji melalui uji validitas, uji kepraktisan dan uji keefektifan. Subjek penelitian adalah ahli validasi (validator), praktisi (dosen mata kuliah), dan mahasiswa semester enam yang memprogramkan mata kuliah Gizi dan Kesehatan pada Progtam Studi Pendidikan Biologi. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi media, angket respon dan angket respon, serta butir-butir tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat validitas yaitu 3.86 (sangat layak), tingkat kepraktisan berdasarkan penilaian respon yaitu 3,61 (sangat praktis). Tes hasil belajar memiliki persentase tingkat kefektifan dengan persentase 20% kategori sangat efektif, 68% kategori efektif, dan 12% kategori cukup efektif. Secara klasikal 88% mencapai nilai minimum untuk kategori efektif. Berdasarkan temuan dari penelitian ini, pengembangan e-book terintegrasi nilai-nilai keagamaan direkomendasikan untuk dioptimalkan dalam penyebarluasan, pengembangan serupa, maupun penerapannya.
