Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Brand Equity on Purchase Decisions through Consumer Behavior as an Intervening Variable. The study also aims to compare between Wardah Skincare Brand Equity and Emina Skincare Brand Equity whether there is a significant difference between the two skincare brands. This research is a type of quantitative research, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. And the data will be analyzed using the Path analysis method using the SmartPLS3 Application. The population in this study is Wardah Skincare and Emina Skincare Consumers in Tulungagung regency which is infinitely numerous. The sampling technique in this study is using the Accindental Sampling technique. The results of the study showed that Brand Equity had an effect on Consumer Behavior, Consumer Behavior had an influence on Purchase Decisions, Brand Equity had an effect on Purchase Decisions, so all hypotheses were accepted, and the indirect influence hypothesis showed significant value. The comparison between Wardah skincare Brand Equity is more beautiful than that of Emina skincare Brand Equity which can be proven in the results of the Outer model Convergent validity and Validity Discrimination tests.

Abstract

Currently, the use of e-wallet applications has increased, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic. The use of e-wallet applications has become popular for financial transactions and payments for online applications such as Grab and Gojek. The purpose of this research is to test the relationship between the variables such as perceived usefulness, social influence and perceived security on attitude toward using and intention to use e-wallet for generation Z users from a payment online transportation transaction perspective. This study is a quantitative study. The number of research respondents was 205 respondents who were e-wallet users aged 11 to 26 years. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form. Research data was processed using by PLS application. The results of the research showed that the variables perceived usefulness and perceived security are variables that influence attitude using toward and intention to use e-wallet, but other variables, namely social influence do not affect attitude using toward and intention to use e-wallet.

Abstract

Economic development and competing companies that increasingly require companies to develop Human Resources who are members of a company or organization. The provision of rewards and punishments in accordance with the behavior shown at work is one of the company's management efforts to get the best performance from its employees. All employees of PT. Adam Kurnia Abadi with a total of 50 employees involved in the study as respondents. The researcher proposed three hypotheses in this study and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS Version 24 Program. Rewarding has a significant influence on employee performance, while the punishment system does not have a significant influence on employee performance. However, the provision of rewards and punishment systems that are given at the same time can have a positive and meaningful influence on the performance of PT. Adam Kurnia Abadi. Therefore, the more appropriate the reward and punishment system that can be given by the management, the performance of PT. Adam Kurnia Abadi will increase. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk skincare Skintific di kalangan mahasiswa STIE Nganjuk. Faktor-faktor yang diperiksa meliputi pemasaran media sosial, duta merek, dan harga. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 223 mahasiswa, dari mana sampel 69 dipilih menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel probabilitas. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Pemasaran media sosial memiliki dampak penting melalui konten yang menarik dan interaktif, sementara duta merek memainkan peran penting dalam membangun citra positif dan membangun kepercayaan pada produk. Selain itu, harga terbukti menjadi faktor penting, dengan harga yang kompetitif dan keselarasan dengan kualitas produk menjadi pertimbangan utama bagi konsumen. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemasaran media sosial, duta merek, dan harga secara kolektif dan individu mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk perawatan kulit Skintific di kalangan mahasiswa STIE Nganjuk. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya perusahaan untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran media sosial, memilih duta merek yang sesuai, dan menetapkan harga yang kompetitif untuk meningkatkan daya tarik produk di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This research investigates the factors influencing poverty levels in the cities and districts of the Mataraman region, East Java Province, within the framework of Maqasid Sharia. Employing a quantitative approach and secondary data analysis from 2018-2023. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of EViews 13 software to test the research data. The study focuses on education, Gini ratio, minimum wage, and Regional Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as variables affecting poverty. The findings indicate that education negatively impacts poverty, the Gini ratio correlates positively, minimum wage negatively affects poverty, while GDP shows a negative impact, albeit not significant. These results underscore the importance of education, income equality, adequate wages, and inclusive economic growth in poverty reduction efforts, aligned with the goals of Maqasid Sharia. The study recommends further exploration into health, financial access, and qualitative methods to enhance understanding and policy recommendations. Integrating Sharia economic principles could offer unique solutions in poverty eradication efforts.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayananpublik , standar pelayanan terminal dan kinerja petugas secara parsial dan simultanterhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa transportasi di Terminal Tipe A Tamanan Kota Kediri.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitiandilakukan di Terminal Tipe A Tamanan Kota Kediri dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100responden. Pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. pengumpulan data yangdigunakan melalui kuisioner. alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan kualitas pelayananpublik , standar pelayanan terminal dan kinerja petugas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasanpengguna jasa di Terminal Tipe A Tamanan Kota Kediri. R square diperoleh sebesar 0,872.Hal ini berarti bahwa 87,2 % kepuasan pengguna jasa transportasi (Y) dapat dijelaskanoleh variabel independen X1,X2,X3 sedangkan 12,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas lainyang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Variabel yang paling dominan yang berpengaruhterhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa transportasi (Y) yaitu kinerja petugas (X3) sebesar0,419.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Curriculum is the latest policy in Indonesia that prioritizes learning activities outside of campus/school life, with assessments predominantly focusing on the characteristics of Pancasila and diversity as the hallmarks of the Indonesian nation, and the alignment of graduate outputs with industry and entrepreneurship in accordance with global developments to prepare students for future careers. The gap between social life and current technological development makes curriculum innovation urgently necessary so that students can use technology wisely to solve social problems and play a role in community life. The concept of education towards outcome- based education in the era of society 5.0 has become an urgent need in the world of education. This literature review research found that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum faces more complex difficulties and challenges, considering that the application of this curriculum requires the active involvement of educational facilitators and students, which in practice has not been optimally achieved across all educational units. A capacity-building program for learning facilitators is needed, supported by educational units and relevant stakeholders, to improve time management skills, conduct clear and mutually agreed-upon learning orientations, create a culture of active involvement from all parties involved in the project, manage students' active participation in group work, collaborate with various parties including those outside the school, optimally utilize technology, and evaluate teacher and student projects using individual and group performance assessment methods, followed by preparation for the next project.

Abstract

Human Resource Management in an organization is a very important factor. This research aims to analyze human resource management at the Al-Mukarromah Mosque, South Bekasi in the context of rapid cultural and technological developments. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this research identifies and evaluates various aspects of HR management implemented in the mosque. It is hoped that the findings from this study will provide insight into how HR management in this mosque adapts to rapid environmental changes and how this affects the effectiveness and prosperity of the mosque. This research provides a comprehensive overview of the challenges and strategies used to maximize the role and contribution of human resources in the context of dynamic mosque management

Abstract

The restaurant industry is an important sector in the world of tourism and consumption, including in Indonesia. A successful restaurant depends not only on the quality of its food, but also customer satisfaction which encourages repeat visits. This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality on visitor satisfaction and interest in visiting the Ampera 2 Tak Restaurant, as well as testing the role of visitor satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative research with path analysis techniques involving 100 respondents who are visitors who have visited more than once. The research results show that product quality has a significant influence on visitor satisfaction and interest in visiting, both directly and indirectly through satisfaction. Visitor satisfaction acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between product quality and visiting interest. Therefore, restaurants need to continue to pay attention to and improve the quality of products and services to create a sustainable positive experience. The advice for restaurant managers is to maintain consistent product quality and provide friendly service, while visitors are advised to provide constructive input to improve their dining experience.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to demonstrate how work motivation, work environment, and work discipline impact the productivity of employees at PT Karya Mina Putra's wood division in the city of Rembang. The study included employees from the wood section of PT Karya Mina Putra's production department in Rembang city. Utilizing questionnaires for data collection methods. The sampling technique employed was cluster sampling, which falls under the probability sampling category. Various data analysis techniques are applied through the utilization of multiple linear regression analysis. The study results indicate that Work Motivation (X1) has a small positive impact on employee work productivity, Work Environment (X2) shows a slight negative influence on employee work productivity, while Work Discipline (X3) significantly boosts employee work productivity. Based on the determination test results, it was found that the variables of training, career development, and work experience account for 51. 4% of the variance in employee productivity. The remaining 49. 6% is attributable to factors outside the scope of this particular analysis. keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Work Productivity
