Abstract

This study aims to investigate the determinants affecting the intention to purchase electric cars in Indonesia, with a specific focus on the Java and Sumatra regions. Electric vehicles represent a promising solution to address environmental concerns, notably the issue of global warming, primarily attributed to emissions from conventional vehicles. Recent data indicates a substantial surge in electric car sales within Indonesia. The research findings indicate that green perceived value has a direct and significant positive impact on the intention to buy electric vehicles. Furthermore, individuals' attitudes and green trust products directly contribute to the intention to purchase electric vehicles. Additionally, green trust serves as an intermediary in reinforcing the positive relationship between green perceived value and green attitudes towards green purchase intention. Conversely, subjective norms did not demonstrate a positive influence on the intention to purchase electric vehicles. These results shed light on the factors that shape consumers' intentions to buy electric vehicles and the extent of their impact, particularly in the regions of Java and Sumatra.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of work conflict, workload, work stress, on work motivation of Medical Personnel at the Wonoayu Health Center. This research aims to determine the relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method uses quantitative by sending questionnaires directly to each prospective respondent to collect data. The data used were respondents from Medical Personnel at the Tarik Health Center Wonoayu personnel totaling 100 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression using the help of SPSS 24 (Statistical Program For the Social Sciences) software program to test research data. The results explained that work conflict influences work motivation, workload influences work motivation, work stress influences work motivation.

Abstract

The Blitar Regency Government prioritizes available resources to increase the coverage of services to the target group for the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction which includes adolescents, prospective brides/potential couples of childbearing age, pregnant women, lactating mothers and children aged 0 (zero) to 59 (fifty nine) months in order to support national priorities This st udy aims to analyze how to optimize the role of the family assistance team in reducing stunting at the P3APPKB Office of Blitar Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Informants of this study amounted to 8 people. Data analysis in this study used triangulation and was strengthened by focus group discussions. Based on the research results, it was found that the role of the family assistance team is very important in the context of reducing stunting in Blitar Regency, because in addition to implementing team assistance, it also makes innovations so that the assistance role can run optimally. However, there are still a number of obstacles that must be corrected, such as the lack of quality human resources for the family assistance team and the lack of massive outreach to the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how effective the leadership training with the theme "leading a team and leading a business" is for employees of PT Brantas Energi. This training is intended to provide leadership knowledge within 4 days. This research was conducted quantitatively, and primary data was collected from the pretest and post-test scores of 26 respondents. Data were tested by descriptive analysis and paired t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the scores of the pretest and post-test participants. This shows that the average score of the participants increased after attending the training. In addition, the significance value shown by the Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs test analysis showed that the participants' knowledge increased after participating in the training. Overall, the findings of this study indicate that the training materials increased participants' knowledge and understanding of leadership.

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja karyawan belum maksimal. Hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan pengembangan SDM yang kurang optimal. Kehadiran pemimpin yang minim memicu dampak terhadap komunikasi antara karyawan dan pimpinan yang kurang terjalin dengan baik yang pada akhirnya dapat memicu pula dalam penurunan produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Departemen K3 PT Pupuk Kaltim. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Departemen K3 PT Pupuk Kaltim yang berjumlah 49 orang yang diperoleh dengan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan observasi, membagikan kuesioner atau angket dan melakukan telaah data studi dokumentasi melalui foto, laporan, surat terkait, literatur terkait. Data kemudian diolah dan ditabulasikan dengan menggunakan bantuan Microsoft sedangkan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan uji simultan (F), uji parsial (t) dan koefisian determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Gaya kepemimpinan dan Pengembangan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja Pada Karyawan di Departemen K3 PT. Pupuk Kaltim.

Abstract

Electronic money means the latest financial innovation for payment transactions in Indonesia. There are a variety of electronic wallets in Indonesia offered by banks and non-banks which make it easy for users to carry out transactions via smartphone. This research will review the ability to influence consumer behavioral intentions towards e-wallet services, with the aim of measuring, as well as increasing,acceptance of these systems and customer adoption. The model used for this analysis, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology2 (UTAUT2), additional ideas are presented here to replace Social Influence factors with Trust factors to facilitate individual views regarding behavioral intentions in the consumer environment. This research uses a quantitative approach with Purposive Sampling techniques. Samples are collected using an online questionnaire with 262 respondents, data analysis using (PLS-SEM). The research results show that the intention to use e-wallet is influenced by Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, Price Value, Habit,and Trust. On the other hand, Hedonic Motivation, Facilitating Conditions, and Habit have no effect.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and identify the influence of brand trust, brand experience and brand equity on brand loyalty. The research was conducted on automatic Vespa consumers or customers with a total population of 115 people. The sample used was only 100 respondents because some samples did not match the criteria. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires via Google forms and conventional ones directly. Variable measurement uses a Likert scale with a scale of 1-7 and analysis for data processing uses the multiple linear regression method with the SPSS ver. 25. The research results show that brand trust and brand experience have a significant effect on brand loyalty, while brand equity has no effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the impact of environmental, social and governance factors on company valuation. This research utilizes a sample of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018 to 2022. Data analysis utilizes multiple regression analysis, with the independent variable represented by the ESG score and the dependent variable represented by firm value . The analysis was carried out using evwies 12. Research findings show that the implementation of Environmental and Social disclosures does not produce a statistically significant impact on company valuation. In the field of corporate affairs, it has been empirically shown that governance transparency practices have a major impact on overall company value.

Abstract

This research aims to test whether Celebrity Endors and Product Quality can partially influence Purchase Intentions in E-Commerce or purchase intentions, as well as the role of brand trust in mediating this influence. This research has a population, namely consumers of Scarlet products, while the sample is 149 consumers of Scarlet Whitening in Bengkulu who were obtained using a questionnaire, and selected through a non-probability sampling technique, namely convenience sampling. Data analysis used using the PLS SEM method for the Smart PLS program. The research results show that Celebrity Endors have a significant and positive influence on brand trust, Product quality has a significant and positive influence on brand trust, Brand trust has a significant and positive influence on purchase intention, Product quality has a significant and positive influence on purchase intention, Celebrity Endors does not have a significant influence on purchase intention through brand trust and Product Quality has a significant influence on purchase intention through brand trust.

Abstract

Focus of this research is to see how brand image, social media marketing, easiness, price and e-service quality affect the purchase decision of goods in the marketplace mediated by purchase intention in Batam City. SmartPLS application is used to test the data of respondents. The purposive sampling method was used for non-probability sampling. The main data was collected through a questionnaire distributed with Google Form via WhatsApp and social media. The result of this research that brand image has a significant effect on purchase decision, social media marketing has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, easiness has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, price has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, and e-service quality has no significant effect on purchase decision. Brand image has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, e-service quality has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. The indirect effect of brand image, easiness and e-service quality has a significant positive effect on purchase decision through purchase intention. The object model and other variables are expected to be developed and expanded for further research.
