Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of marketing mix, price and customer experience on customer satisfaction at Pasar Astana Anyar Bandung. The examination procedures used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, determination analysis and f-test. The results of the review show that the promotion mix affects customer satisfaction at Pasar Astana Anyar Bandung. From the test results with the T test shows that the marketing mix has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Prices affect customer satisfaction at Astana Anyar Market Bandung. From the test results with the T test shows that the price affects customer satisfaction. Customer experience influences customer satisfaction at Astana Anyar Market Bandung. From the test results with the T test shows that customer experience affects customer satisfaction. Judging from the f-test, it is found that F-count > F-table is 212,297 > 3.12, this shows that the marketing mix, price and customer experience basically affect customer satisfaction with a sig level. big. 0.000 < 0.050. is significant of costumer satisfaction

Abstract

he purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Sales, Operational Costs on net income. The population of this research is graphic printing in Cirebon. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The data collection method is descriptive. Data were analyzed using multiple linear-regressions. The results of the research on simultaneous tests are (1) Sales, operational costs have an effect on net income, (2) the partial test on sales variables has a significant effect on net income, (3) Operational costs have an effect on net income.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment knowledge, investment benefits, motivation minimum investment and capital investment on stock investment interest in the capital market sharia. The object of this research is students in Palopo City. The sampling method in this study uses Non Probability Sampling . The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that investment knowledge, investment benefits, investment motivation and minimum investment capital have a significant positive effect on investment interest in the Islamic capital market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the most dominant influence factor on tax evasion in manufacturing companies. The variables as indicators of this research are Return on Assets and company size. The research was conducted on 28 manufacturing companies from 2019 -2021 which are registered on the IDX, so a total of 84 companies The research method used statistical data processing, namely the determinant test and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the dominant influence on tax evasion was company size.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between human resource development and how much influence human resource development has on employee performance. Which became the main variable in this study, namely; human resource development as an independent variable or independent variable (X). And employee performance as the dependent or dependent variable (Y). The population in this study is employee development carried out by the company every year, namely the overall HR development held in previous years before 2013. While the sample in this study is HR development carried out for 7 years, (according to the object studied). Sampling was carried out based on the consideration sample technique. Data collection methods used are documentation studies and direct observation. While the data analysis method used is the concept of human resource development and statistical methods with the help of the SPSS computer. After the data is processed, the results are as follows: there is a strong and positive relationship between human resource development and employee performance.Human Resources, Development, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on satisfaction of cooperative members in Mondang village, Sayur Matinggi sub-district regarding service quality based on respondents' responses obtained from a questionnaire of 17 items with a total of 62 respondents. Data description analysis intended in this study includes calculating the mean or average ( M), median (Me), and mode (Mo). Based on the results of this study, there is a positive and significant influence of service quality variables on member satisfaction variables. Based on the results of this study, it was revealed that most members thought that service quality was categorized as sufficient with a percentage of 53%. Based on the research results, the mean of service quality is 48.53 and it can be said that service quality is in sufficient condition. The R value of 0.453 indicates that the variance in the cooperative member satisfaction variable can be explained by the service quality variable of 45.3%. The second hypothesis is accepted, namely service quality has a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction. This is indicated by a positive line coefficient value and a significance value of less than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out (1) what factors influenced students in buying at online stores and (2) what factors most dominantly influenced purchasing decisions at online stores by students of the Management Economics Study Program at Graha Nusantara University. This research is a factorial research. The population in this study were all 68 students of the Management Economics Study Program class of 2020 and were analyzed using factor analysis. The results of the study show, (1) there are four factors that influence purchasing decisions at student online shops, namely (1) product quality; (2) convenience; (3) information quality; and (4) consumer trust. The magnitude of the variance explains the successive factors, namely product quality 68.934%, convenience 28.744%, information quality 1.470%, and consumer trust 0.853%. (2) the most dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions at the online shop of 2020 Management Economics Study Program students is product quality with an Explain variance of 68.934%, meaning that the total Explained variance value of product quality is able to explain purchasing decisions at the online shop of students of the Management Economics Study Program batch 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the appropriate and competitive marketing strategy used by MSMEs in the Banjarwangi sub-district. The analysis tool used is SWOT with EFAS/IFAS analysis techniques to determine useful access opportunities for company self-development and IFAS/SAP analysis to determine the strategic advantages possessed by the company. The research was conducted using a survey method in the Banjarwangi sub-district. The SMEs studied were working in the food sector. The results of this study are that the potential strengths and weaknesses of MSMEs in Banjarwangi District are very good to be emulated by MSME actors in any region. The strategy for MSME actors in Banjarwangi District is based on their potential, namely the Growth Strategy (Quadrant I), the marketing strategy of MSMEs in Banjarwangi District. by increasing the number of product variations offered, expanding market share, making prices affordable, providing special discounts on certain purchase quantities, especially for regular customers.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the estimated yield between the CAPM model and the Beta Reward approach in calculating. Beta shares in Trade companies, Services, and Investments that are incorporated in the Kompas100 index in Indonesia. The Data used is the closing price of the company's shares during the study period from January 2010 to December 2019. In this study, there are 4 four companies that are consistent. The results showed that the Beta Reward method has R-squared, RMSE, and MAE is better at predicting company stock returns compared to the CAPM method. These findings indicate a systematic relationship between Beta reward with stock return in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study seeks empirical evidence on the impact of independent variables, namely corporate social responsibility and state, as moderating variables on firm performance. The purposive sampling technique was used to analyze a sample of 7 companies in the construction sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2022. Panel data regression and descriptive statistics were employed in this study. The study's findings show that corporate social responsibility has a positive but non-significant effect on firm performance, and that the state does not moderate the effect of corporate social responsibility on firm performance.
