Abstract

Tasamuh (toleransi) adalah sikap saling menghormati, menghargai dan terbuka atas setiap perbedaan dan bersikap menerima terhadap perbedaan tersebut, baik perbedaan agama, suku, ras, golongan dan lain-lain. Dalam ajaran Islam toleransi merupakan perbuatan akhlak terpuji (Akhlak al karimah). Kejayaan seseorang, masyarakat atau bangsa ditentukan oleh keluhuran akhlaknya. Dengan demikian Islam sangat menekankan ajaran pokoknya pada pembentukan kepribadian akhlak mulia dan salah satu bagian pentingnya adalah sikap toleran dan terbuka terhadap berbagai perbedaan dalam realitas sosial dihadapannya. Al Qur’an secara tegas memberikan penekanan bahwa keragaman atau perbedaan merupakan sesuatu yang given (sunnatullah). Oleh sebab itu secara fitrah manusia harus menerima keragaman tersebut sebagai sebuah realitas. Dalam Islam menghargai dan menghormati keragamana tidak saja merupakan masalah Ibadan yang bersifat mua’amalah, namun juga bagian dari akhlak mulia. Pembentukan akhlak mulia merupakan bagian penting dari bangunan masyarkat Islam dimana Rasulullah SAW menjadi contoh tauladan paling baik sebagaimana Al Qur’an menyebutnya sebagai “Ithe Living Qur’an” (kaana khuluquhu al Qur’an) atau Rasulullah SAW adalah Al Qur’an berjalan. Dan Rasulullah mengatakan bahwa “sesungguhnya aku di utus ke dunia hanya untuk menyempurnakan akhlak”.

Abstract

Penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syari’ah menjadi sebuah tantangan baru bagi Pengadilan Agama semenjak diberlakukannya UU No. 3 Tahun 2006 Jo UU Nomor 50 Tahun 2009. Secara regulasi penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syari’ah di Pengadilan Agama menjadi sebuah trust terhadap Pengadilan Agama yang berada dibawah Mahkamah Agung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syari’ah di Pengadilan Agama yang menjadi kewenangan absolut dalam menerima, memeriksa, dan memutus perkara khususnya dalam sengketa ekonomi syari’ah. Metode kualitatif deskriptif menjadi pilihan dalam penelitian ini terhadap regulasi Undang-undang Kekuasaan Kehakiman. Pengadilan Agama dalam menjalankan kompetensi absolutnya berdasarkan regulasi Undang-undang No.3 Tahun 2006 dan Undang-undang No. 50 Tahun 2009 telah memnuhi aspek keadilan bagi para sengketa khususnya dalam menangani dan memutus sengketa ekonomi syari’ah. Hal ini berdasarkan dengan jumlah perkara di Pengadilan Agama yang berhasil diputus dan telah incraht meskipun sebagian dari pencari keadilan mengajukan banding dan kasasi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa badan Peradilan Agama telah kompeten dalam menjawab sebuah tantangan dan keraguan dalam menyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syari’ah.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh berbagai personil di lembaga pendidikan, bekerjasama dengan orang tua dan masyarakat untuk membantu anak-anak dan remaja agar memiliki sifat kepedulian, jujur, disiplin, memiliki pendirian yang kuat, dan bertanggung jawab pada setiap hal yang diperbuat. Metode penelitian kajian pustaka atau studi pustaka yaitu berisi teori-teori yang relevan dengan masalah-masalah penelitian. Terkait dengan pentingnya pendidikan karakter, maka sangat diperlukan penerapan pendidikan karakter untuk mewujudkan sebuah peradaban dengan memberikan keteladanan dan pembiasaan budi pekerti yang baik. Setelah dilakukan pengkajian teori, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan karakter sangat penting bagi mahasiswa Lapas Pemuda Kelas IIA Tangerang agar tertanam nilai-nilai moral dan melatih kebiasaan-kebiasaan baik, sehingga ada perubahan sikap, moral, attitude, serta perilaku setelah selesai dan keluar atau bebas dari masa hukuman di rutan.

Abstract

Abstract Bina Santri Lapas is a Dompet Dhuafa program that contributes empathy to inmates through mental spiritual development, independence, personality and motivation for a better life. Optimizing the potential and talents of the inmates to prepare them when they return to the community. Curriculum management in correctional institutions refers to temporary religious and moral education. So that the curriculum not only compromises the quality of education but also emphasizes the irrational, by being stimulated by the curriculum content, history, narrative, and experiences of the inmates. The Dompet Dhuafa institution that plays a role in empowering education in the prison environment is included in informal education. Those who are in correctional institutions (prisons), have the same right to education, there should be no discrimination. Because every Indonesian citizen has the right to get an education. And education for those in prison is also very important. This study uses a qualitative approach (qualitative) which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words or writings from people and observed behavior. So that by using this participant method and inductive analysis to find the meaning of the phenomenon in the background of the research, as well as the existence (participant observation), in-depth interviews (in depth interviews), and documentation. The Penitentiary Development Program (BSL), Dompet Dhuafa can provide religious guidance for inmates in prisons. And to assist in coaching for residents of correctional institutions (prisons). The Role of Community Service Institutions (LPM) Dompet Dhuafa designed a concept called Bina Santri Lapas (BSL). Abstract

The practice of religious teachings, apart from being able to provide curative therapy, also has a preventive aspect to mental or mental disorders. In religion, mental health is a person's ability to manage psychological functions so as to create a good adjustment between himself, both with other humans, other living creatures, the environment, the universe and with God dynamically based on the Qur'an. and Hadith. So by practicing religious values ​​in daily life, problems related to the Covid-19 outbreak and mental health can be resolved. Basically, the purpose of religion is to determine a person to accept the reality of life that has been arranged by God. Therefore it can also be said that religion has a function on physical and mental health which is very important in human life, without religion it is impossible for humans to feel happiness and peace of life. Abstract

Abstract; The importance of interest in learning for students. refers to an increase in student interest in learning which also affects student success. With the interest in students learning activities will arise. Students with great interest will be able to carry out all their learning activities seriously. It is in line with the case that occurred in Mts Al-Hafizh, where many students are less enthusiastic in following lessons, especially in the subject of Aqidah Morals. This is not the case in most Tsanawiyah Madrasas. Thereore it is necessary to do research related to increasing the interest in learning of VIIIth grade students in the subject of Aqidah Morals in MTs Al-Hafizh Rajeg Tangerang.

Abstract

Assessment in leadership is an important part of the management function, namely controlling (supervision/assessment) to measure the progress and performance of the Principal. And the Principal's Leadership Assessment cannot be separated from the foundations of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. The results will have an influence on efforts to improve leadership in an education towards change, improvement, improvement, development and maintaining the achievements that have been achieved in the institution, so that it is a quality and superior educational institution. The study method and approach used in the research is through an approach approach, namely by conducting a literature review and field study. Data was collected through Interview, Observation and Documentation. The data were analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Management problems in school governance are problems that are often not in accordance with the complexity of environmental changes, both in terms of planning, coordination, implementation, direction and supervision (evaluation). The development of school principals carried out by the government (through the education office) has not yet given maximum results in improving the quality of education. This happens because the empowerment of all components in the school environment has not been optimal. However, the implementation of the assessment on the basis of religion, philosophy, psychology and socialism on the leadership of the Head of the DKI Jakarta Education Office is clearly visible in the supervision process, this can be seen in clearly written points (indicators), for example having noble character, being an example of noble character, honest attitude, commitment and integrity.

Abstract

Change is a necessity. We must accept these changes with open arms. There is no other choice but to respond to the challenge of change by preparing various components to welcome it. Various resources must be prepared, especially in terms of human resources. We must prepare competent leadership who has a vision of the future that can answer these challenges. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology with a Library Research approach. The millennium has brought us many challenges and many opportunities for leadership. Leadership is no longer fixated on electing a few who are given power and authority. Each must be engaged to make full use of the knowledge and information that forms the basis of working life in the world of advanced technology in this century. Self-leadership is the key to enhancing learning which is necessary to enable us to face the challenges of a knowledge-based and information- rich age. Superleadership provides a tool for leaders to be able to create self-leadership in others. Religion plays a very important role in leadership. Anyone who enforces leadership, if it is done from a religious perspective, is actually continuing the prophetic mission (nubuwwah) and this applies throughout time. Becoming an effective leader requires a fairly complex process. Many factors influence the birth of future leaders. From a religious, philosophical, psychological and sociological perspective we will be able to see the importance of education in an effort to produce future leaders.
