Abstract

Di tengah dinamika sosial - politik, kondisi hukum Islam dihadapkan  adanya gejala kejumudan mazhab dan kebekuan ijtihad  hukum Islam. Tetapi, pada tingkat tertentu, terdapat sikap fanatisme mazhab dengan bias ideologis mazhab yang monolitik. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis situasi dan kondisi penerapan Ijtihad dan Taqlid di era terkini. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode library rsearch, kategori penelitian historis tekstual dari literatur, dokumentasi, dan pendapat para ahli. Penulisan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada masa kejumudan hukum Islam, penerapan ijtihad masih bisa dilakukan oleh mereka yang memiliki kriteria mujtahid, walaupun tidak direalisasikan secara ijtihad murni namun memungkinkan berijtihad pada level muqayyad, yaitu dengan rumusan metodologi para imam mazhab terdahulu tetapi  hasilnya berbeda. Sikap ber-taqlid dapat dikatakan sikap yang dapat diterima dan dibenarkan dalam praktik keberagaman seseorang, dan mejadi sebuah jalan keluar, karena untuk melakukan ijtihad tidak mungkin dilakukan masyarakat umum dengan mudah, terutama dengan kondisi di era kontemporer saat ini, dengan permasalahan yang semakin kompleks.

Abstract

Nowadays there are many problems faced by students' decreased interest in learning, even though interest has a big influence on learning, Therefore, to increase interest in learning, it is very necessary to apply learning methods that attract students' interest, so that it is easier to learn and quickly understood in learning. This study aims was to increase students' understanding of the practice of worship in fiqh subjects.The application of innovative learning methods through the demontration strategy is very suitable to be applied in the learning process. The demontration strategy is a learning model that uses examples. This research was conducted at MI Mathla’ul Anwar Kota Dukuh,  Pandeglang Regency. This research was conducted for 2 months, from September to October 2023. The time of this research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year. This study uses experimental research methods. The type of experiment used is Quasy Experimental, that is, there is a control group However, it cannot provide overall control over external variables that influence the implementation of the experiment. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. In the Homogeneity Test, the results obtained were Fcount < Ftable or 1.07 < 2.215, then the data obtained was homogeneous, in the t test the results were obtained tcount=16.07 and table=2.044 so that the Coefficient of Determination obtained a value of 88.36, the contribution of variable X was obtained to the Y variable of 88.36% while the remainder is equal to 11.64% followed by other variables. The conclusion in this research is that the demonstration learning strategy can increase students' understanding in learning, especially in the material of religious practice in fiqh subjects.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang konsep kurikulum merdeka dalam perspektif filsafat pendidikan Islam. Kurikulum Merdeka mengacu pada peningkatan potensi, bakat, minat, dan keterampilan peserta didik melalui penggunaan teknologi dan digitalisasi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Filsafat pendidikan Islam memainkan peran penting dalam penyusunan kurikulum merdeka dengan menekankan integrasi antara Ilmu Keislaman dan Ilmu Umum, pengembangan keterampilan hidup, dan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan untuk menganalisis sifat-sifat kurikulum pendidikan Islam dan Kurikulum Merdeka dari sudut pandang Filsafat Pendidikan Islam. Kurikulum Merdeka mencerminkan nilai-nilai fundamental dan prinsip-prinsip pendidikan yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, dengan fokus pada pengembangan karakter, nilai moral, dan etika Islam. Integrasi Alquran dan Hadis menjadi bagian integral dari Kurikulum Merdeka, dan tujuan pendidikan menekankan aspek moral, spiritual, dan sosial peserta didik.

Abstract

This research explored the implementation of integrative thematic learning in Islamic Education (PAI) and Characteristics at SD N Giriwungu Bantul, Yogyakarta. Researchers used qualitative research methods. The research results showed several stages in implementing integrative thematic learning, including 1) Planning the RPP in detail, 2) carrying out two stages, namely core and closing material, and 3) Assessing the implementation results in various stages. The obstacles teachers faced in integrative thematic learning were the need for more learning media provided by the school and the unavailability of thematic teaching materials (books).

Abstract

The development of Arabic language skills mostly targets Muslim communities. However, there are specific obstacles to the acquisition of these language skills in higher education institutions, which largely arise from the need to accommodate students of various religious affiliations in their studies. The aim of this research is to reveal the benefits, weaknesses, prospective benefits, and potential drawbacks of incorporating Arabic into the curriculum of higher education institutions. This research uses qualitative methods and combines data from students, lecturers and policy documents related to curriculum development. Before reaching a conclusion, the data obtained is categorized, displayed and examined. Findings show that these institutions have valuable assets such as skilled Arabic lecturers and dedicated language and study facilities. However, the shortcomings of this institution stem from the lack of linguistic skills of teachers in several disciplines, namely the sharia economics study program and Islamic family law.

Abstract

The current technological advances in the digital world will of course be able to help parents and teachers instilling religious and moral values ​​in children. Therefore, the role of parents and teachers in instilling religious and moral values ​​in digital-based children is very urgent, so that digital use can be useful according to its function. The aim of this research is to describe how in the era of technology or digital attacks, parents have an important role in children's lives in instilling religious and moral values. This research is qualitative research with the Research Library research type. The results of this research are the use of digital tools and media as tools to help instill religious and moral values ​​in early childhood. Parents and teachers must be wise in directing, guiding and embracing their children to use media according to the function and purpose of digital media, so that children avoid excessive addiction and inappropriate media use.

Abstract

The role of institutions in managing cash waqf provided security guarantees and wider investment of funds. Here, the question arises of how to manage cash waqf funding at Bank Wakaf Mikro (BWM) using the SWOT approach. This research aimed to determine the strength factors, weakness factors, opportunity factors, and threat factors in the implementation of cash waqf fund management by BWM Almuna Berkah Mandiri Krapyak. This research was a type of field research using qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique was obtained from various sources through triangulation and carried out continuously until saturation. The results of this research could conclude that the strength factors in managing cash waqf funding at BWM Almuna Berkah Mandiri were good human resources and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the weak factor was that social media management was not running well, so promoting customer products was less than optimal. The opportunity factor was the ease of technology, where customers would find it easy to get information from the Micro Waqf Bank. Finally, the threat factor in managing cash waqf funding was the existence of customers who were in trouble, where customers needed to make installment payments at the agreed time.

Abstract

This research focused on the concept of long-life education in the story of Musa and Khidir surah al-Kahf: 60-82. It is a new effort to explore the values of Islamic education in this story, where previous studies still focused on character education. This research was library research with a descriptive analysis method by looking for sources from tafsir books, journals, and prior research on the story of Musa in Surah al-Kahfi: 60-82. The research results were as follows: First, tawadhu was the main principle in the concept of long-life education because each person had a specialty in mastering knowledge. Second, everyone had to motivate themselves to continuously learn, like Musa, who was enthusiastic about meeting Khidir to gain an understanding he did not yet know. Third, in seeking knowledge, a person had to always adhere to ethics towards his teacher, even at a higher level, such as Musa's ethics towards Khidr. Besides that, someone who seeked knowledge should not easily give up on the learning process even if they experience difficulties.

Abstract

This article discusses the challenges of radicalism in the interpretation of the Koran and presents a multicultural and dialogical approach as an effective solution. Radicalism in religious interpretation often results in social tension and conflict between groups. In the Islamic context, the Koran is often misused to justify radical actions that are contrary to human values and tolerance. The multicultural approach emphasizes the importance of respecting diversity in understanding religion and culture, while the dialogic approach encourages dialogue between various groups to achieve a deeper and more inclusive understanding. This article analyzes how applying this approach can help overcome radicalism and promote social harmony and a more accurate understanding of the teachings of the Qur'an. Through this discussion, it is hoped that a broader understanding will emerge about the importance of a multicultural and dialogical approach in responding to the challenges of radicalism in the interpretation of the Al-Qur'an.
