Ghaidan Jurnal Bimbingan Konseling Islam dan Kemasyarakatan is a double-blind peer-reviewed and open-access journal that contained articles related to guidance and counseling and published biannually (Juny and December) by the Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang and managed by the Study Program of Bimbingan dan Penyuluhan Islam Faculty of Dakwah dan Komunikasi. Optimization of guidance and counseling services is important so that guidance and counseling services really contribute to the achievement of the Nation or school's vision, mission and objectives. The guidance and counseling service program in schools is unlikely to be achieved if it is not managed in a good quality management. This study aims to describe guidance and counseling management in junior and senior high schools in public and private schools in Jakarta Indonesia. The data obtained can be used as a reference and the basis of plans for improvement and development of guidance and counseling management systems in the school. This research uses descriptive quantitative design with survey method. This study obtained a diverse score on the implementation of the BK management system. In general, the aspects that are quite good are the analysis of the needs when planning the program with the instrument, the making of Satlan, and the division of work tasks. In general, the aspects that need improvement are the addition of BK teachers and skills in using IT.

The purpose of this study is to offer a counseling model for crisis recovery for adolescent victims of Broken Home. This type of research is qualitative research with a grounded theory approach. Data collection techniques using observational instruments, interviews, and documentation. Validity checks use four criteria, namely (1) Trust test, (2) Transferability test, (3) Defendability test, and (4) Conformity test. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out with four stages, namely (1) open coding, (2) axial coding, (3) selective coding, and (4) theoretical note. The results of the study resulted in a model of faith-based counseling. The faith base highlighted by this model is the main advantage, making it effective in guidance and counseling services in Indonesia. The focus of therapy in faith-based counseling is to restore a sense of security in counseling by touching on self-confidence in broken-home adolescents so that it can become a vehicle for developing a variety of potential excellence for adolescents in navigating the dynamics of life. Guidance and counseling are also responsible for creating a sense of security in adolescent victims of broken homes or counseling in changing the way of thinking, behaving, and living culture. Security and affection become the ideal life of humans at the level of personal, family, and community life.

ABSTRAC:Everyone who has a visual impairment either totally or vaguely is called a blind person. Visual impairment causes blind people to have less motivation, are unsure of their abilities and are pessimistic about life. This makes the self-efficacy of blind people tend to be low. From this, blind persons are entitled to special treatment as regulated in Law no. 4 of 1997 article 6 namely social rehabilitation. Social rehabilitation is a program designed to improve physical, psychological and social disabilities. This study aims to determine social rehabilitation in the development of self-efficacy for visual sensory disabilities at RPS Bhakti Candrasa. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. The data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were 6 beneficiaries of RPS Bhakti Candrasa. The results in this study indicate that the process of the vocational guidance service program (ADL, Brille literacy, massage) and mobility orientation begins by introducing some basic theories which are grouped according to ability. In addition, social rehabilitation shows that it can develop self-efficacy for disabled blind RPS Bhakti Candrasa which is proven by the achievement of aspects of self-efficacy.

Because of their physical and mental conditions, people with disabilities are often subject to offensive gossip and are looked down upon by their surrounding communities. To do this, governments need to put policies in place to promote and take into account the rights of persons with disabilities in life activities. One is to optimize disability performance counselors' efforts to avoid discriminatory practices. This article was created to provide an understanding so that readers can educate themselves about disability equality in the workplace. Of course, using the Literature Review and Journal Literature Review methods, data are collected from several journals and articles published in the last decade and accessed via Google Scholar and Publish or Perish.

ABSTRACT: This research aims to develop a media in guidance and counseling services in the form of a module on career planning to produce a module that is suitable for use for students of class X SMA Argopuro. This study uses Borg and Gall development research up to stage 5. The development procedures are: 1) needs analysis, 2) planning, 3) developing the initial product, 4) testing the initial product, and 5) revising the initial product. Based on the results of the validation test of the career guidance module on career planning, the results of the material expert assessment obtained a percentage of 85.00% in the excellent category, the results of the media expert assessment obtained a percentage of 85.00% in the excellent category, the results of the media expert assessment obtained a percentage of 92 .50% in the excellent category, and the results of the BK service expert's assessment obtained a percentage of 92.50% in the excellent category. The average score is 88.75 so it is included in the very good category and has been revised into the final product (draft 2). Thus, it can be concluded that the research product in the form of a career guidance module on career planning is declared content-worthy and can be used by BK teachers to provide an understanding of student career planning at the high school level.

This research is an android-based Circle guidance and counseling service development research at SMK Negeri 10 Makassar that aims to produce an android-based guidance and counseling service application for students who are victims of bullying as well as guidance and counseling teachers at SMK Negeri 10 Makassar. This type of research is called R&D (research and development). This research was conducted through seven main stages: (1) initial research and information gathering (research and information collecting), (2) planning (planning), (3) preparation of the initial model format (developing a preliminary form of product), (4) conducting initial field trials (preliminary field testing), (5) conducting main product revisions, (6) conducting field trials of main models (main field testing), and (7) revising the operational model (operational product revision). The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observation, and interviews. Application product testing was then validated by 1 material expert and 1 media expert. This study used 3 guidance and counseling teachers as subjects and 6 students at SMK Negeri 10 Makassar. The method used to analyze the data is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with a predetermined distribution of scores and scale categories. Based on the results of the research, shows that the developed android-based application is valid and practical to use for the provision of guidance and counseling services by guidance and counseling teachers to students who are victims of bullying at SMK Negeri 10 Makassar

Students are the next generation of young people who need to be given an understanding of leadership in order to have an attitude of responsibility and be able to contribute in responding to future challenges. Through the services provided by BK teachers, the school becomes a forum for education and the formation of students' personalities and mentality. This study aims to develop animated video media about leadership as an effort to provide information about leadership to students at MTs Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. The research model used in this study adopts the Dick and Carry development model with the term ADDIE, which is a development model consisting of five stages including Analysis, Design, Development , Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects in this study were 20 students who attended the student council at MTs Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. The results of the animated video media development research on leadership understanding based on the results of the Material Expert assessment, Media Expert assessment, and Service Expert assessment, all received the "very good" category by getting a material validation score of 88.8, Media Validation 83.9 , and Service Validation 94.4. The hope of research on the development of animated video media about understanding leadership can be an alternative for students in getting leadership education that can be a good leadership development.

The purpose of this research was to find out the Improving Speaking Skills of Santri through Drilling Technique and Group Counseling, that was Cinema Therapy technique of Bakmin Program at Boarding School Wali Songo Sukajadi. The researchers used a classroom action research. The data collection technique used observation, test, and documentation study. The research findings showed that Students speaking ability improved by using repetition drill from the cycle to cycle. At the first cycle, the writer did not get the students to score. The second cycle was 68,75, and the last cycle was 80,08. In the first cycle, the writer did not get the students to score because there were some problems that happened in this cycle. Through the second cycle, students competences step by step were increased. In the last cycle, students showed significant progress to the result. It gave the writer a substantial that the speaking ability improved.

ABSTRACT: This researcher aims to describe the awareness of worship in inpatients and the role of Islamic spiritual guidance in increasing awareness of carrying out worship (Salat) in inpatients. This research is motivated by the low understanding and awareness of the community to continue to carry out worship even though they are sick and being treated in a hospital. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a type of field research. The subjects of this study were three inpatients in the internal medicine ward. Data collection techniques, namely the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that prior to carrying out the guidance of the three subjects they did not have an understanding of the procedures for praying when they were sick, they did not have awareness of the importance of praying even though they were sick. Islamic spiritual guidance is carried out through three stages, namely the preliminary stage (establishing closeness with patients and identifying problems), the core stage (guidance on procedures for worship/praying when sick, motivation to increase awareness of praying when sick). Islamic spiritual guidance has an important role in raising awareness of worship in inpatients, this is evidenced by changes in knowledge of procedures for purification and prayer when they are sick, the emergence of a desire to pray and a commitment to continue praying even though they are sick. The main objective of this research is to increase students' interest in following the guidance service by using the window shopping model in classical guidance services. The type of research used is quasi-experimental. The number of subjects in this study was 29 students. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data collected was then analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results showed that before the window shopping model was used, students' interest in participating in the guidance service varied from not interested to interested. Still, the most dominant classification was less interested and not interested. After using the window shopping model, students' interest in participating in classical guidance services also varied, but the most dominant was the classification of moderately interested and interested. This study's results indicate an increase in students' interest in following classical guidance services. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the window shopping model in implementing guidance services effectively increases student interest in participating in guidance services. The results of this study imply that school counselors can follow up using a window shopping model in implementing classical guidance services. School counselors can also use this model in guidance and counseling action research as an effort for continuous professional development.
