Abstract

Moda transportasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam percepatan pertumbuhan sosial ekonomi suatu wilayah. Surabaya adalah ibukota provinsi jawa timur dan merupakan salah satu kota terbesar di pulau jawa. Kota surabaya yang menyandang sebagai ibukota menyediakan berbagai sarana prasarana dalam upaya melayani masyarakat terutama dalam bidang transportasi. Beberapa moda transportasi yang berkembang di kota ini adalah kereta api dan bus dengan rute beberapa kota kecil yang berada di jawa timur. Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin mengetahui karakteristik masyarakat dalam penggunaan moda transportasi kereta dan bus dari arah Madiun-Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket dengan teknik sampling Solvin, Issac micael dan Morgan, kemudian dilakukan analisis data menggunakan model deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui karakteristik masyarakat berdasarkan atribut harga banyak menggunakan transportasi bus, berdasarkan atribut ketepatan waktu memilih kereta dan berdasarkan hadway serta frekuensi cenderung sama.

Abstract

Pengadaan tanah untuk kepentingan umum termasuk untuk pembangunan infrastruktur perkeretaapian adalah permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh hampir semua negara di dunia ini. Pemerintah Indonesia ataupun pemerintah kerajaan Malaysia memerlukan tanah untuk pembangunan infrastruktur perkeretaapian. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut dibuat peraturan-peraturan yang menjadi payung hukum bagi pemerintah atau pemerintah kerajaan. Rakyat harus mematuhi peraturan-peraturan yang dimaksud. Pengadaan tanah untuk kepentingan umum terutama infrastruktur perkeretaapian di Malaysia bisa terselesaikan lebih cepat daripada di Indonesia. Faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah perbedaan persepsi dari pengertian apa itu kepentingan umum, sejarah dan sistem hukum kedua negara tersebut yang berbeda serta reaksi rakyat dari kedua negara tersebut. Abstract

Kereta api adalah transportasi masal yang mengutamakan ketepatan waktu serta terjadwal dalam penyelenggaraan perkeretaapian. Penelitian ini memudahkan konsumen dalam melihat realisasi perjalan kereta api secara digital dengan mengunakan pengembang program Delphi. Input program berasal dari titik koordinat yang dideteksi oleh modul GPS dan selanjutnya dikirim pada database oleh modul wifi NodeMCU. Database yang digunakan tipe database MySQL. Data primer yang digunakan berupa titik kordinat stasiun yang akan dilewati maupun simulasi titik kordinat yang akan dilalui oleh modul. Penelitian memakai model Linier Sequential Model (LSM) dengan 4 tahap yang berulang yaitu tahapan menganalisis, studi literatur, desain atau perancangan, perakitan dengan pengkodean, dan pengujian. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara simulasi maupun penerapan langsung pada lapanggan. Pemrograman modul nodeMCU dan GPS mengunakan mengunakan bantuan arduino IDE untuk dapat menghubungkan modul dengan database. Selanjutnya database akan dihubungkan pada aplikasi penampil yang akan dibuat dengan pengembang program Delphi

Abstract

Pembangunan doble track yang melintasi kota madiun tepatnya di daerah Nambangan Lor melintasi sungai Bengawan Madiun. Pada sungai tersebut terdapat bangunan jembatan baru yang berada di sebelah sisi selatanjembatan sebelumnya. Sungai bengawan pada musim penghujan mengalami debit dan banjir yang cukup besar, dampat dari banjir tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya gerusan sedimen pada sungai dan memungkinkan menggerus sedimen pada sekitaran abutment jembatan tersebut. Untuk mengurangi dampak gerusan sedimen pada abutment tersebut maka diperlukan suatu bangunan pengendali sedimen. Untuk merencanakan bangunan tersebut maka diperlukan data hujan minimal dari tiga stasiun hujan dimana hal tersebut untuk diperlukan untuk analisa hidrologi penentuan hujan rencana tahunan,banjir tahunan dan analisa hidrolika untuk penentuan dimensi bangunan tersebut. Adapun data hasil perencanaan diperoleh debuit banjir periode ulang 100 tahun sebesar 1557.992127 m3/det,kecepatan aliran 8.319945 m/det, lebar mercu peluap 3.362374m, kedalaman pondasi 2.971201 m, tebal lantai olak 2,1143 m, panjang lantai olak 16,5657 m

Abstract

Kurva nomor 2 dan 18 pada persilangan Manggarai - Jatinegara adalah bagian dari persilangan dalam DAOP (Wilayah Operasi) 1 wilayah Jakarta. Keandalan lengkungan dalam perannya dalam pengoperasian kereta api penting bahkan menjadi faktor utama. Oleh karena itu, kesempurnaan dalam perawatan adalah mutlak dan persyaratan utama dari suatu kondisi di mana lengkungan dapat dikatakan dapat diandalkan. Tetapi tidak semua lengkungan memiliki nilai ketinggian yang sama dengan hasil yang dihitung. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis tingkat perawatan lengkungan reliabilitas lengkungan. Dari hasil analisis data sekunder dan primer maka diperoleh data terkait kondisi kurva nomor 2 dan 18 lintas Manggarai - Jatinegara masih kurang baik dalam hal perubahan panah dan ketinggian rel. Perhitungan dan analisis data yang digunakan dilihiat dalam hal kondisi geometri lengkung yaitu radius lengkung, lengkung melintang, elevasi rel, kondisi grafik kurva ideal dan manajer sumber daya manusia. Setelah menganalisis data dan kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar yang ada, penerapan perawatan melengkung dikatakan hanya saja tidak maksimal, dapat disarankan bahwa perawatan kondisi kurva perlu dipertahankan terus dengan inspeksi sesuai dengan ketentuan dan segera memperbaiki geometri lengkung yang kurang, Arch kembali ke normal dan melakukan perawatan dengan menggunakan mesin MTT pada saat perawatan pada malam hari sehingga pelaksanaan perawatan lebih sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan juga tidak terjadi trial and error.

Abstract

Railway infrastructure is a railroad track, train station and train operation facilities so that trains can be operated. One component of the railway infrastructure is drainage. Railroad drainage is an infrastructure that functions to channel surface water to water bodies and / or artificial infiltration buildings. In the current field research the condition of the railroad drainage channel at the Indonesian Railroad Academy is not in the right conditions due to inundation and siltation which is mixed with the growth of wild plants caused by drainage structures that are not suitable for installation and not in accordance with the topography the area. From the facts in the field, a review of the problems in the drainage was conducted. The drainage flow pattern of the railroad should be flowed to the lake which is the final drainage channel, but this need has not been fully met. From the above problem an alternative is taken to solve the first problem namely Planning and Normalization of Drainage Channels includes (drainage cleaning, drainage elevation, construction of new drainage), the second solution is the construction of supporting buildings including the construction of culverts, construction of gates and construction of pump houses

Abstract

The use of android now not only acts as a means of communication for the community, but also very active role in the dissemination of information quickly and easily. With the current situation which is very practical, in this study, the design of a motorcycle safety history database was designed using android-based QRcode method. Because previously the executor still used the check list sheet, with the design of the Android-based barcode method, the executor did not need to see the data in the archive or add data through the check list sheet. The design of the andoid-based money order motor maintenance database was made in three stages, namely the creation of a database using Firebase. Making android as an interface using Android Studio and making code scanning with QRcode. Data displayed in real time, i.e. data can update data by other devices automatically so that data can be recorded and stored. Data can be opened on more than two devices that have an application installed, provided that the device must scan the QRcode. From the results of testing of the database design that has been made, it can be concluded that the android-based database system can speed up the process of data retrieval compared to taking attendance manually which is the archive of maintenance results. This system can only be used if the device used is on an internet network connection.

Abstract

This study was structured with the aim to determine the effect of changing the brake cylinder from 10 inches to 12 inches in the Open Carriage, because this Open Carriage is the only car that has two different brake cylinders from the other Carriage. The study was conducted by calculating the percentage of braking on the use of 10-inch and 12-inch type brake cylinders on the Open Carriage used at Balai Yasa Surabaya Gubeng. Calculate the working time and release time on the brake cylinder with a size of 10 inches and 12 inches of pressure 0.4 to 3.8 kg / cm2. Calculates the braking distance assuming the type of locomotive and the number of carriages drawn are the same. The study produced work time and release time that varied results, namely faster work time on BC 12 inch and faster release time on BC 10 inch. The results of the braking percentage that has been obtained from calculations with the standard braking percentage is 40% <l £ 120%. From the standard determined according to UIC, the use of a 10 inch brake cylinder does not meet the requirements of the braking percentage calculation when the load is full, and for a 12 inch brake cylinder can meet the specified requirements. The results of the percentage of brake block pressure that has been obtained from calculations with the standard braking percentage is 30% <þ 85%. From the standard determined according to UIC, the use of a 10 inch brake cylinder does not meet the requirements in the calculation of the percentage of the full charge brake block pressure, while for a 12 inch brake cylinder it meets. The braking distance obtained from the calculated simulation results with predetermined factors results in the braking distance for BC 12 inch being closer than that using 10 inch BC. To improve the results of this study it is necessary to test the brake cylinder components dynamically.

Abstract

The development of railroad transportation which is increasingly rapid needs to be made provisions that can support safety, one of which is stipulated in the regulation of the minister of transportation No. 10 of 2011 concerning Technical Requirements for Railway Based Communication Control Train (CBTC) Railway Equipment that will be applied at PT MRT Jakarta so that research is needed to test the relevance of the regulation. The method used in this study is Normative Juridical namely normative legal research method or library legal research method is the method or method used in legal research conducted by examining existing library materials. The collected data is analyzed by comparing current regulations with CBTC technology that will be applied at PT. Jakarta MRT. The results of this study can be seen that there are some specifications of the equipment that are appropriate, not suitable and even there are also completely different between the provisions in PM No. 10 of 2011 concerning Signaling Technical Requirements.

Abstract

In July 25th, 2013 Indonesia for the first time provided rail link service from and to an airport. It particularly was operated from and to Kualanamu International Airport (KNIA), Deli Serdang, North Sumatera, which was also operated for the first time on that date. Managing the airport rail link service, a private company namely PT. Railink basically is the subsidiary company of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) and PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The price of train ticket, in fact, is getting higher as time goes by. It is noted that the ticket price has increased from IDR 80K to IDR 100K since January 15th, 2015. Concerning this situation, this study is conducted to investigate the demand elasticity of the airport rail link service from and to Kualanamu International Airport as well as factors in taking the airport rail link. The result of the study reveals that the demand of airport rail link service as the impact of the increasing of the ticket price is inelastic since its value of elasticity reaches -0.38. The other result, moreover, finds six reasons influencing people to go with airport rail link: comfort, punctuality, speed or travel time, practicality, access to train station, and other modes’ tariff.
