<![CDATA[In this era where international languages are a bridge to access information in the digital world, every educational institution is looking for ways to get the best methods to improve international language communication skills. This research aims to determine the application of the Communicative Teaching Language (CLT) and Total Physical Response (TPR) methods in improving communication skills in English in practicum classes at the Faculty of Economics, Garut University. The research method uses experimental techniques with research samples of students who received practicum classes in the 2017-2021 period. Data collection techniques use observation, pre-test post-test, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the application of this method is able to provide a pleasant atmosphere in the classroom, can be well received by both students and teachers and improves students' ability to communicate in English and has other advantages in terms of student interest and enthusiasm which is quite good.]]>

<![CDATA[Judicial competence within the scope of judicial power includes general and religious courts. The explanation in Law No. 7 of 1989 regarding religious courts still provides a choice of law for those who litigate and adhere to Islam. This study aims to determine the legal position of the Bandung District Court decision No. 166/Pdt/G/1991/PN.BDG after the amendment of Law No. 7 of 1989. The research method used is descriptive analytical by using literature study and using secondary and primary legal sources and interviews. The results showed that the decision of the Bandung District Court No. 166/Pdt/G/1991/PN.BDG was based on the competence of the Religious Courts contained in Law No. 3 of 2006 after the amendment of Law No. 7 of 1989 regarding Religious Courts. Bandung District Court Decision No. 166/Pdt/G/1991/PN.BDG is null and void because the settlement of property and inheritance disputes for those who are Muslims must be resolved through the Religious Court because Law No. 3 of 2006 does not recognize the choice of law for those who are Muslims in resolving property and inheritance disputes as previously regulated in Law No. 7 of 1989.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the extent of the relevance between Compulsory Education in Basic Education 12 Years, Pancasila Students, and the 2045 Indonesian Golden Generation. The results of this study indicate that an educational strategy is needed to create the Indonesian Generation towards 2045 as a superior generation. Careful, well-planned strategy and integrated steps for all elements of the nation. In this case basic education is the foundation for seeking to improve the quality of human resources, "every citizen aged seven to fifteen years is obliged to attend basic education"[1]. The Pancasila Student Profile is designed according to the expectations or results of the Indonesian education system. As for what is meant by Pancasila Students, namely: "Indonesian students are lifelong students who are competent, have character, and behave according to Pancasila values"[2]. This statement is closely related to two things, namely: "the competence to become citizens of a democratic Indonesia and to become superior and productive human beings in the 21st Century". In this case, Indonesian students are expected to be able to participate in global development that is sustainable and resilient in facing various challenges.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the Primary School Malay Language Skills Teaching curriculum among core Malay elective teacher students at IPG for the Bachelor of Teaching Degree Program (PISMP). This study will evaluate the effectiveness of this curriculum for non-option teacher students who take the Malay core elective as a minor subject. Stufflebeam's 1971 Evaluation Model which is Context- Input-Process-Product (CIPP) was used in this study. The effectiveness of this curriculum for student teachers will be seen in the dimensions of context, input, process and product. Quantitative methods using questionnaire surveys were used to obtain data from student teachers. Quantitative data was obtained through a questionnaire from 119 student teachers. Data analysis using IBM SPSS software version 26.0. Descriptive findings show that some aspects of context, input, process and product are good. Through this study it was found that the Primary School Malay Language Skills Teaching curriculum had a very positive effect on student teachers based on all four dimensions Aspects such as learning outcomes and curriculum content, physical resources, human resources, and assessment were found to have a positive effect on student teachers who take the course. The effectiveness of this curriculum for elective core Malay language teacher students is a catalyst to produce student teachers who have extensive knowledge about Primary School Malay Language Skills.]]>
