Abstract

This research aims to find out whether self-concept can influence students' hedonistic lifestyles. A hedonistic lifestyle characterized by excessive consumption, chasing instant gratification, and ignoring long-term values is increasingly common among students. This phenomenon raises questions about the factors underlying this hedonistic lifestyle. One interesting factor to observe is self-concept. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a correlational research design. The technique used for this research is purposive sampling. The population in this research is active students of the Guidance and Counseling study program, totaling 150 students and the sample for this research is 97 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been adapted using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the calculated t value (5.354) > t table value (1.661), and the significance value (0.000) < 0.05, then the null hypothesis (H?) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H?) is accepted, so that the self-concept variable has a significant effect on hedonistic lifestyle. This research provides a valuable contribution in understanding the influence between self-concept and hedonistic lifestyle. However, it is important to remember that the results of this study have limitations and need to be interpreted with caution.

Abstract

Tourism is a promising sector in the country's foreign exchange earnings, especially with the emergence of tourism villages that are increasingly popular and become a development strategy in many underdeveloped areas. The development of tourism villages through the potential of natural resources, marketing strategies, human resource management, and community participation in all stages of management has the potential to improve the local economy and the standard of living of local communities. In addition, the development of tourism villages can also contribute to environmental conservation and preserve local wisdom. However, to achieve its full potential, it requires infrastructure development, sustainable management of natural resources, effective promotion, development of quality tourism products and services, and involvement and empowerment of local communities. All of these require collaboration from stakeholders to create an independent and sustainable tourism village development strategy. Based on the research method used, namely descriptive qualitative method, this research provides a clear picture of the social situation under study. Primary data were obtained from interviews, field notes, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained from literature studies and documentary data. In addition, semi-structured interview techniques were used to get open opinions and ideas from the informants. This research also uses a descriptive qualitative method. Non-participatory observation techniques to collect data systematically in the form of field notes. In addition, the internal and external factors of the tourism village were analysed using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Then, source triangulation was conducted as one of the methods to check the validity of the data. Then collaboration was carried out using the Collaborative Governance model (TKK) with the Bichler and Lösch model.

Abstract

Accidents at work in the construction industry recently have caused material losses, deaths, healthproblems, and production disruptions, which are a problem for all parties involved. Occupationalaccidents are often the result of negligence and rule violations, so the government must take joint stepsto prevent and eliminate these incidents. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the K3Management System (SMK3) and safety leadership on safety performance in the HPPO KSB project. Thisresearch method uses a semi-quantitative cross-sectional nature. A sample of 154 people including topManagement (Project Manager, Deputy Manager, and Construction Manager), middle Management(Site Manager, Supervision, and SHE), and Low Management (Man Power). The research was conductedfrom March to June 2023. Analysis tests used descriptive analysis, validity tests, reliability tests usingCronbach's Alpha, R2 coefficient of determination test, concurrent evaluation (F Test), and hypothesistesting. The results of this research are the occupational safety and health management system projectat HPPO KSB, the significance level is set at p 0.05 (T count = 2.270 > > t table = 1.975). In the KSB HPPOproject the safety leadership increased safety performance to the limit of a t-count value of 3.724> in a ttableof 1.975 and an F value of 0.000 0.05, or 16,502> F. An effective occupational health and safetymanagement system improves project safety records HPPO KSB. Safety leadership in the KSB HPPOProject and influence of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) both helpimprove safety outcomes. Strong safety leadership, together in conjunction with an Occupational Safetyand Health Management System, has been shown to enhance the safety of operations.Keywords: SMK3, HPPO KSB, Leadership

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah yang bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Inggris guru di TK All Bright Learning Centre (ABLC) Surabaya melalui metode mentoring. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan dari Kemmis, et.al (2014) dan dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan empat guru anak usia dini sebagai subjek. Alat pengukuran yang digunakan meliputi scoring rubric speaking test, pre-test, post-test, lembar wawancara mentoring, angket subjek, lembar observasi, dan catatan anekdot. Indikator keberhasilan adalah pencapaian nilai ? 70 oleh tiga guru. Sesi mentoring terdiri dari empat tahap: menetapkan tujuan (setting goals), memahami situasi (clarifying and understanding situation), membangun pengetahuan diri dan merangsang pemikiran kreatif (building self-knowledge and stimulating creative thinking), serta berkomitmen untuk bertindak (committing to action). Data awal menunjukkan semua subjek memiliki nilai di bawah standar. Pada akhir Siklus 1, dua subjek menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan berbicara namun belum mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Siklus 2 dilakukan sebagai tindakan perbaikan. Hasil akhir Siklus 2 menunjukkan tiga subjek mencapai nilai ? 70, sehingga metode mentoring ini efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Inggris guru di TK ABLC Surabaya. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa metode mentoring dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Inggris guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam dan menganalisa penerapan sistem digital pemasaran berbasis web dalam meningkatkan penjualan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang bergelut di dunia industri kue kering. Dengan kemajuan teknologi digital, UMKM kue kering memiliki kesempatan untuk memanfaatkan beraneka ragam alat digital pemasaran untuk memperlebar jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan pendekatan kualitatif sekaligus kuantitatif, termasuk survei kepada pelaku UMKM, wawancara serta analisis kasus teladan dari UMKM yang telah berhasil menerapkan digital pemasaran berbasis web. Fokus penelitian meliputi pengembangan website yang menarik perhatian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem digital pemasaran berbasis web mampu secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlihatan serta penjualan UMKM kue kering. Strategi digital pemasaran yang diterapkan dengan tepat mampu menarik lebih banyak pembeli, meningkatkan konversi penjualan, serta memperkokoh merek.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar, lingkungan belajar, literasi belajar dan etos belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. Obyek penelitian adalah siswa SMPK St. Pius X Lewoleba. Populasi penelitian adalah Siswa Kelas IX di SMP Santo Pius X Lewoleba, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 177 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu sampling jenuh (sensus). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini dari sifatnya adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif, sedangkan dari sumbernya adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Instrumern penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner yang telah dilakukan pengujian validitas, dan reabilitas terlebih dahulu. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penilaian responden terhadap variabel penelitian berada pada kategori cukup baik dan baik, yakni variabel motivasi belajar sebesar 67.57 dengan kategori predikat cukup baik , variabel lingkungan belajar sebesar 65.08 dengan kategori predikat cukup baik , literasi digital sebesar 68.42 dengan kategori predikat baik, etos belajar sebesar 67.81 dengan kategori predikat cukup baik, dan variabel prestasi belajar sebesar 67.71 dengan kategori predikat cukup baik. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi belajar (X1), lingkungan belajar (X2), literasi digital (X3), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Sedangkan variabel etos belajar (X4) berpengaruh negatif terhadap prestasi belajar. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa empat variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan hasil uji R, diketahui bahwa koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,624. Hal ini berarti variabel independen yaitu motivasi belajar, lingkungan belajar, literasi digital dan etos belajar menyumbang 62,4 % terhadap prestasi belajar, sedangkan sisanya 37,6 % disumbangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Seafood Poniman adalah sebuah restoran yang berlokasi di Jalan AR. Hakim, Medan. Seafood Poniman menawarkan berbagai hidangan seafood yang biasanya bertema makan keluarga. Selain itu, Seafood Poniman juga menjalankan usaha katering yang beroperasi lebih banyak pada pagi hari. Dalam observasi awal yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa kinerja karyawan terus menurun, dengan hasil kerja yang semakin kurang berkualitas dan semakin lambat. Penurunan ini disebabkan oleh gaya kepemimpinan, pengawasan, dan disiplin kerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Seafood Poniman Medan yang berjumlah 34 orang. Mengingat populasi yang relatif kecil, peneliti menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian, sehingga ada 34 responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Seafood Poniman Medan. Pengawasan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, demikian pula dengan disiplin kerja. Secara keseluruhan, gaya kepemimpinan, pengawasan, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Seafood Poniman Medan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of compensation and work placement on employee performance in a regional authority. The study's population consisted of 39 employees, and the research sample used a saturated sampling method. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing data analysis methods that include research instrument tests, validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), hypothesis testing, partial tests, t-tests, and classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The results indicate a significant positive influence of compensation on employee performance at the Public Works Department of the regional authority. However, there was no significant positive effect of placement on employee performance in the same department. For future research, it is suggested to explore additional factors influencing employee performance, such as job satisfaction and organizational culture, as well as to include a larger sample size for more robust findings.

Abstract

In the digital era, marketing is the main key in maintaining and developing business, especially in industry fashion women as faced by Lozy Hijab. One of the marketing techniques that is the main focus of Lozy Hijab is copywriting in platform Whatsapp Business who face challenges. Therefore, this research aims to find a solution to this problem through object observations carried out with the aim of finding a formula for follow-up effective products, increase consumer interest, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase product closing in platform Whatsapp Business. The research method used is observation by analyzing customer responsiveness to copywriting products. The observation results show that copywriting that is well structured, includes important information clearly, and is supported by attractive product visualization can increase customer response and the chance of closing the product. Besides that, copywriting also has an indirect impact on the overall marketing of Lozy Hijab products, through platform e-commerce. This research contributes to the understanding and development of digital marketing strategies, especially in a business context fashion online, as well as emphasizing it is importance copywriting in achieving success in product marketing.

Abstract

The decline in customer loyalty among users of assessment services at the PT XYZ in DKI Jakarta, particularly among state-owned enterprise (SOE) clients in 2023, serves as the backdrop for this research. This study aims to analyze the impact of trust, brand image, and customer value on customer loyalty, both directly and through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method employed is a quantitative approach with a population of 120 clients utilizing assessment services in DKI Jakarta. The sampling techniques applied are non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. Data collection is conducted through surveys using a questionnaire as the research instrument. Data analysis is carried out using descriptive analysis and SmartPLS 3.0. The findings indicate that trust, brand image, and customer value have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Additionally, customer satisfaction is shown to positively mediate the indirect effects of trust, brand image, and customer value on customer loyalty.
