Abstract

The positive growth of the local perfume industry is driven by increasing public interest in unique, high-quality, affordable fragrances that reflect local wisdom. Statista Market Insights projects that Indonesia's perfume market revenue will reach US$440.9 million, or approximately Rp 6.9 trillion, by 2024, with 70% contribution from non-luxury perfumes. The current investigation is conducted to investigate the effect of Social media advertising, personal branding owner and influencer collaboration marketing on purchase intention of local brand Careso. A quantitative method framework was applied in this study. The sampling method implemented was purposive sampling, involving 96 respondents who actively accessed social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram. The data collection process was carried out through a structured questionnaire and subsequently analyzed with SPSS software, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis, t-test procedures and coefficient determination analysis. The findings indicated Social media advertising, personal branding owner and influencer collaboration marketing had a significant influence on purchase intention. But the coefficient of determination analysis shows the result r-square value of 0.238 its means that all independent variable has an influence on puchase intention anly 23,8% while the remaining 76,2% is influenced by other factors not observed in this research.

Abstract

The hospitality sector in Bangka Island has experienced significant growth, with an increasing number of both star-rated and non-star hotels. In the face of intense industry competition and ongoing digital transformation, employee performance becomes a crucial element in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of core self-evaluation and proactive personality on hotel employee performance in Bangka Island. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, involving the entire hotel population as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using partial least squares. The findings indicate that core self-evaluation has a positive influence on employee performance. Similarly, proactive personality also has a positive effect on hotel employee performance. These results suggest that an individual’s confidence in their self-worth, ability to face challenges, and tendency to act proactively are important factors in improving job performance. This study contributes theoretically to the literature on human resource management and offers practical implications for hotel management in designing employee development and management strategies that are more effective and aligned with individual personality traits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan return dan risk pada instrumen investasi Bitcoin, saham LQ45, dan emas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen dengan return tertinggi adalah Bitcoin, diikuti emas, dan kemudian saham LQ45. Sementara itu, instrumen dengan risiko terkecil adalah emas, diikuti saham LQ45, dan terakhir Bitcoin. Analisis menggunakan metode Sharpe memperlihatkan adanya perbedaan signifikan di antara ketiga instrumen tersebut. Dari segi strategi investasi, Bitcoin lebih sesuai dengan strategi pasif berupa buy and hold, saham LQ45 cocok dengan strategi aktif berupa strategi momentum harga, sedangkan emas tepat digunakan dengan strategi pasif buy and hold sebagai instrumen lindung nilai (hedging) atau safe haven. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran bagi investor dalam menentukan pilihan instrumen dan strategi investasi yang sesuai dengan profil risiko masing-masing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas layanan elektronik terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Shopee pada Generasi Z di Kabupaten Jember. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh karakteristik Generasi Z yang memiliki ekspektasi tinggi terhadap pengalaman belanja online yang cepat, efisien, dan interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring berskala Likert 5 poin, yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden Generasi Z pengguna aktif Shopee di Jember, menggunakan teknik purposive dan simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (sig. 0,068 > 0,05), sedangkan kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh signifikan (sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Secara simultan, harga dan kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (sig. 0,000 < 0,05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 62,2%, sementara sisanya 37,8% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan elektronik menjadi faktor utama dalam menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan Generasi Z pada platform e-commerce. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengelola Shopee dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan layanan serta memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan pada segmen pasar muda yang potensial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya tingkat karyawan keluar (Turnover) di Rumah Sakit XYZ. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mencari tahu penyebab tingginya tingkat karyawan keluar di Rumah Sakit XYZ dengan melihat kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja sebagai faktor penyebab utama, lalu kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor yang memediasi pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Dengan menganalisis sampel sebanyak 157 responden dengan menggunakan metode proporsional stratified random sampling menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dengan nilai p-value 0.000 (< 0.05). Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dengan nilai p-value 0.000 (< 0.05). kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai p-value 0.000 (< 0.05). Lingkungan kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai p-value 0.000 (< 0.05). Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai p-value 0.003 (< 0.05). Kompensasi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0.006 (< 0.05), yang berarti signifikan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai p-value 0.011 (< 0.05), yang berarti pengaruh ini juga signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh green innovation, green product knowledge, dan environmental concerns terhadap green purchase intention konsumen di Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 200 orang yang merupakan mahasiswa di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online menggunakan Google Form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green innovation, green product knowledge, dan environmental concerns memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green purchase intention. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa green product knowledge dan green innovation berpengaruh positif terhadap environmental concerns, yang selanjutnya memperkuat minat beli hijau konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh produk, persepsi, dan citra bank syariah terhadap loyalitas nasabah dengan kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel mediasi pada Bank Muamalat Cabang Tanjungpinang. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada fakta bahwa meskipun perbankan syariah di Indonesia berkembang pesat sejak berdirinya Bank Muamalat Indonesia pada tahun 1992, pangsa pasarnya masih relatif kecil, yaitu hanya sekitar 7,44% dari total aset perbankan nasional pada tahun 2024. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian meliputi 4.323 nasabah aktif, dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 225 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert 1–5 dan dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, persepsi, dan citra bank berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Selanjutnya, kepuasan nasabah terbukti memediasi hubungan produk, persepsi, dan citra bank dengan loyalitas nasabah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keberhasilan bank syariah dalam menciptakan loyalitas jangka panjang sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan dalam menyediakan produk inovatif sesuai prinsip syariah, memperkuat persepsi positif masyarakat, dan membangun citra bank yang profesional dan terpercaya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi manajemen perbankan syariah untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui strategi berbasis kepuasan nasabah serta membuka peluang penelitian lebih lanjut dengan memperluas variabel dan objek kajian.

Abstract

Bank memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian dengan menghimpun dana masyarakat dan menyalurkannya sebagai kredit untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup. Namun, risiko kredit bermasalah atau Non-Performing Loan (NPL) menjadi tantangan besar karena dapat menurunkan likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat NPL di PT. BPR Suryajaya Kubutambahan serta memberikan rekomendasi strategi pengurangan risiko. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan. Hasil menunjukkan NPL Gross: 2020 (8,17%), 2021 (4,92%), 2022 (2,26%), 2023 (2,76%), 2024 (9,66%). NPL Net: 2020 (6,89%), 2021 (4,64%), 2022 (2,26%), 2023 (2,02%), 2024 (3,58%). Rata-rata NPL Gross lima tahun sebesar 5,55% (cukup sehat) dan NPL Net 3,88% (sehat). Temuan ini mengindikasikan fluktuasi kesehatan kredit yang memerlukan penguatan manajemen risiko agar stabilitas keuangan dan kepercayaan publik tetap terjaga.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and servant leadership on employee performance with employee engagement as an intervening variable at the General Bureau of the East Java Provincial Secretariat. The background of this study stems from the phenomenon of fluctuations in the performance of civil servants (Aparatur sipil negara), high levels of disciplinary violations, and the need to improve the quality of public services, which requires a humanistic leadership approach and the strengthening of employees' emotional competencies. This research is quantitative in nature with an explanatory design. The research population consists of all 108 employees of the General Bureau of the East Java Provincial Secretariat, all of whom were sampled using the total sampling method. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that: (1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance; (2) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance; (3) Employee engagement has a significant positive effect on employee performance; (4) Employee engagement partially mediates the effect of emotional intelligence and servant leadership on employee performance. The implications of this study confirm that increasing employee emotional intelligence and implementing a servant leadership style can strengthen employee commitment to their work and directly improve organizational performance. The results of this study are expected to provide strategic input for the East Java Provincial Government in developing more effective human resource management policies that are oriented towards public service and based on the values of empathy, integrity, and participation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interest of students in Gresik City in using digital investment, particularlycryptocurrency, as an alternative investment instrument. The research employs a quantitative approachwith data collected through questionnaires distributed to students in Gresik City. The sampling methodused was purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out usingmultiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results show that Social Influence andFacilitating Conditions have a positive and significant effect on students’ interest in cryptocurrencyinvestment. Meanwhile, Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy do not have a significant effect.Simultaneously, the four independent variables significantly influence students’ investment interest.These findings indicate that social encouragement and the availability of supporting facilities are themain factors driving students to invest in cryptocurrency, while perceived benefits and ease of use arenot considered decisive factors.
