Differences of interpretation of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah and differences in attitude in the face of modernization with all the causes and impacts make Muslims have different religious styles, one of which is fundamentalist. The fundamentalist commitment of Islamists in maintaining identity and developing fundamentalist ideology in moderate Islamic educational institutions can create ideological conflict in educational institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to solve it by encouraging the conversion of Islamic religious fundamentals by applying a leadership model that gives high attention to the completion of tasks and people (subordinates) and applying the approach of group/democratic management.

Waste issues in various regions, especially in Pandaan Pasuruan do not go down well. Pasuruan Regency Government still has limited ability in waste management. Therefore, the community of Women Jatianom (Wanjati) since 2012 has initiated the establishment of ECEP (Early Childhood Education Program/PAUD)Pro-Environment Wanjati, one of them by developing the program Early Age alms. Approach that is done with integrated community development that has been done since 2012, then obtained the result of environmental hygiene is one of the community needs. By doing environmental education from an early age, children from an early age already understand and apply in everyday life the principles of love environment in accordance with the teachings of Islam. The positive impact of this program also encourages ECEP/PAUD institutions to modify the curriculum to become more integrated between extracurricular activities and daily learning process. In addition, with the education of the character of love for the environment early on their children can give impact to parents to be more participative in maintaining the environment around them by managing the waste become more useful and valuable for and share knowledge among pupil through the "School Creative Mother "to utilize the waste into a craft that is utilized in everyday life.

The last few years a distinct religious color in Indonesian society is facing a great shock with the presence of religious radicalism phenomenon that has been occurring in recent years. It becomes a major task of educational institutions, especially Early Education which is the basis of a strong ideological understanding to choose the right formulation as a prefect and curative action. This paper seeks to initiate integrated education with moderate values in Early Child-based Living Values Education (LVE) with Research and development (R & D) Methods. The results revealed: (1) Basic Competence in Early Childhood Education at Permendikbud 146 Year 2014 integrated with Moderation Values. (2) Process of internalization of moderation values through phase; Knowing the good, feelling the good, and doing the good. The form of moderation learning based on Living Values Education (LVE) as follows: (a) Determining the learning objectives, (b) Determining the target values to be built, (c) Using the integrated approach ) Using comprehensive methods, and (e) Determining learning strategies.

The occurrence of socio-religious conflicts recently is mainly due to a failure in dialogue understanding of religion with a plural and multicultural Indonesia context. The actors behind the conflict are Islamic fundamentalist groups or groups who insist on their Islamic ideology. They demanded that Indonesia become an Islamic state by applying law and system of government in accordance with the shari'ah of Islam as a whole and comprehensive. On the other hand, Muslim groups belonging to mainstream Islamic organizations (Muhammadiyah and NU) and nationalists opposed it. As a result there was a clash of identities and ideologies at the same time. In order to maintain the moderate values of Indonesian Islam, Islamic educational institutions are required to play their role in strengthening moderate Islam through the "Indonesianization of Islam". The role that Islamic education institutions can perform in this area is to internalize the values of moderate Islam through the revitalization of Pancasila in the lives of learners. This revitalization can be done in two levels, namely theoretically and praxis. Theoretically it is necessary to improve the quality and quantity of research and study of Pancasila, positioning Pancasila as an open ideology, and integrating moderate values in Pancasila with materials or teaching materials. Practically, Pancasila revitalization can be done in four aspects, namely the formulation of Islamic education policy, reorientation of vision and curriculum, filtering of teaching and learning materials, contextualizing learning and control and evaluation which is comprehensive and sustainable.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep kawruh pamomong yang merupakan hasil olah pemikiran dari Ki Ageng Suryomentaram. Pemikiran tersebut notabenenya secara indigenous sebagai saripati dari nilai-nilai dasar masyarakat Indonesia yang ada di zamannya. Selain itu, tulisan ini juga berupaya untuk mengetahui prinsip-sprinsip moral dalam kawruh pamomong untuk mengoptimalkan pendidikan empati anak. Terdapat tiga prinsip-prinsip moral dalam kawruh pamomong, yaitu mengajarkan anak untuk sumerep, menumbuhkan rasa cinta kasih terhadap sesama dan mengajarkan anak untuk mencintai keindahan. Prinsip moral dalam menumbuhkan empati sangat penting bagi anak. Pengembangan empati berguna untuk memahamkan anak pada perbedaan-perbedaan yang dimilikinya, sehingga memungkinkan untuk mencegah adanya perpecahan sosial. Pendidikan empati dalam prinsip-prinsip moral kawruh pamomong berupa sikap menerima dan terbuka, memberi perhatian, mendengar, rasa tertarik, mengambil sisi positif dan pendekatan afirmatif, serta antusias. Melalui tulisan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip moral dalam kawruh pamomong dapat selaras dengan pendidikan empati pada anak, sehingga pada gilirannya dapat mengoptimalkan pendidikan empati pada anak.

The presence of pesantren, since several centuries ago has significantly contributed to the middle of social life, this view can not be separated from the role of pesantren as the last moral bastion, as well as the oldest educational system in Indonesia. Sociologically, the role of pesantren gives birth to a value system in the form of local wisdom values, and as a belief and core values subculture in building a moderate Islamic education paradigm. Such social value system is the construction of individual social thought and action based on al-Qur'an and al-Hadith and socio-cultural society. Therefore, the pesantren value system becomes the root of social culture and has transculturated to become (social capital) in giving birth to the moderate Islamic education paradigm. Thus to provide a holistic understanding of this study, the author uses the theory (social construction) between the dialectic of externalization, objectivation and internalization. In that theory, habitualization of the above values is part of the externalization process which is believed to be the objectivation in the social reality of society as the value system (internalization) of pesantren. Thus, the internalization of the aforementioned values becomes social capital for pesantren to build moderate Islamic education. Because essentially, the portrait of Islamic education is always in contact with the social reality surrounding it (historical determinism and practical realism), this view can give birth to a moderate Islamic education paradigm that is believed to be cultural enlightenment by promoting the principle of togetherness (ijtima'iyyah) justice (is), tolerance (tasamuh) consent (shura) to social liberation (taharrur)

The moral degradation of student’s speech that appears in their daily life at school becomes a very sad thing. Bad words and curses that accompany the student’s conversation become commonplace to say and listen. They are no longer embarrassed or uncomfortable to use those words, even as if there is a new identity embedded them that makes them proud, that is the identity of a today’s generation. Then, what about their Islamic identity?. They are unaware that they have leaving their identity gradually. Their Islamic identity with a good moral in speaking as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. All the words, deeds and statues contained in Al-Sunnah Al-Nabawiyyah are solutions that can be given to students to resolve student’s moral degradation or speech by using Al-Sunnah Al-Nabawiyyah as an approach, it will be able to restore the identity of students on the origin as muslims who always tadabbur before saying and muslims who always think about the welfare of the people not only think about their groups and their own interests.

Public school in Bali is a school consisting of various tribes, races, religions, and cultures. With heterogeneous public conditions, public schools are susceptible to disputes, so it is absolutely necessary to plant the values of moderation of islam by PAI teacher, through a process of teaching in the classroom and through the attitude shown in the life everyday life at school. This provision as not only prepare students of the hereafter but rather Scrip in the living world, given the number of Muslim students who pretty much was educated in public schools. SD 3 Sesetan, SD N1 Abianbase, Bali Kiddy School, and SD Star Persada is one public school in Bali. The school is led by principal hindu. The decision of the Constitutional Court to grant the judicial review petition for Law Number 23/2006 concerning Population Administration became viral because the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) opposed it. MUI is grounded in religion is one of the identity of citizens (Indonesia), and the indigenous beliefs is not a religion. Yet if looking at the definition of religion, indigenous beliefs including the religion of the earth (wad'i). Categorization of the celestial (samawi) religions and wad 'i existed at the time of the Prophet, the evidence when the Medina Charter was made, there were at least four groups of peoples: Paganism, Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Among the most important contents of Medina Charter is on Freedom of Religion (Paganism as a religion of wad'i also given freedom). Islam upholds the freedom of religion, the implementation of al-Daruriyyat al-Khams--li hifz al-din--finds its momentum, and the decision of the Constitutional Court which implies the assurance of the status of the believer of trust seen from the perspective of fiqh maqasidi is true.

The government project by establishing a Micro Waqf Bank by cooperating with pesantren to boost the lower-level economy is a relevant program for the lower classes. There are already about 20 standing banks that have been inaugurated by the government spreading in the land of Java until now. Micro Waqf Bank whose capital is used as waqf funds are funded by Laznas BSM, where Laznas main function is collector of zakat property. From here it is feared there is a zakat treasure participated donated for the establishment of Micro Waqf Bank, meaning that the treasure of zakat is made waqf treasure. Then if Laznas BSM in financing the establishment of Micro Waqf Bank turned out to use infaq funds and non-Muslim donations, then how legality of Islamic jurisprudence in that case. In this study the authors want to research and describe the opinion of fiqh scholars related to the legality of zakat property which is used as waqf property and donation of non-Muslims to be made waqf property in Micro Waqf Bank which has been going on today. And the conclusion of this study is that zakat property is not allowed to become a waqf capital in the Micro Waqf Bank by majority of scholars while non-Muslim donation can be used as waqf property in Micro Waqf Bank with existing provisions.
