Abstract

Kebutuhan masyarakat yang mendasar dan merupakan hak asasi manusia adalah pangan yang mempunyai arti dan peran sangat penting bagi kehidupan suatu bangsa. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam ketahanan pangan mengisyaratkan tidak ada single policy yang dapat mengatasi semua persoalan sekaligus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisa dan mengkaji factor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai yang diukur melalui kepemimpinan visioner, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi dan dampaknya pada kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial dan simultan. Pegawai yang diteliti sebanyak 105 pegawai dengan metode sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah descriptive survey dan metode explanatory survey, untuk analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Secara umum hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kepemimpinan visioner masuk dalam kategori baik dan untuk motivasi, kompetensi dan kepuasan serta kinerja masuk kedalam kategori cukup baik. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 62,1%, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 76,9%.

Abstract

Supervision as one of the management functions in achieving goals, plays a very important role by monitoring the possibility of preventable deviations, then discipline is a tool used to communicate with employees so that they are willing to change behavior and as an effort to increase awareness and willingness to obey all company regulations and prevail social norms. The purpose of this study is to determine the responses of respondents and the influence of supervision, work discipline on employee performance at BAPPEDA Kota Bandung, simultaneously or partially. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed consumer responses to supervision with a score of 3.73, discipline with a score of 3.76, and performance with a score of 3.77. There is as well as a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously from supervision, discipline of employee performance at BAPPEDA Kota Bandung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine customer perceptions about prices, testimonials and service user decisions at PT. Kampung Marketerindo Berdaya. The population were about 218 with the sample of 118 customers by an accidental sampling technique. while the data analysis is path analysis. In general, the results of this research indicated that price is in the good category as well as testimonials and service user decisions. The results of T Test showed that the prices partially has a significant effect on decision making for using services. Morever, testimonals partially has a significant effect on the decision to use services and the result of F test showed that the prices and testimonials simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision making to use services.

Abstract

Salah satu kebutuhan yang sangat penting untuk masyarakat saat ini adalah mengenai ketenagalistrikan. Seiring dengan berkembangnya ekonomi dan pertumbuhan kelistrikan, Badan Hukum PLN mengalami perubahan dari Perusahaan Umum (Perum) menjadi Perseroan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pegawai PT. PLN tentang fringe benefit dan mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja baik secara parsial dan simultan, serta untuk Untuk mengetahui, menganalisa dan mengkaji seberapa besar pengaruh fringe benefit dan mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan simultan. Pegawai yang diteliti sebanyak 71 orang dengan metode simple random sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan eksplanatori, untuk analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier ganda. Secara umum hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan fringe benefit, mutasi dan kepuasan kerja masuk kedalam kategori cukup baik. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh fringe benefit dan mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 72.2 %, dan fringe benefit memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan mutasi.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an individual contribution that exceeds the demands of roles in the workplace. This study was conducted to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on OCB on employees of PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Bandung. This study used saturated samples were 41 respondents. Method used were descriptive and verificative, using multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that simultaneously organizational commitment and organizational culture influence on OCB of 81.3%. Partially, it is known that the influence of organizational commitment on OCB is 67.3%, while organizational culture has an influence of 14.0%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and investigate the effect of liquidity, solvency, and profitability on stock returns in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 - 2018. In this study, the measurement of liquidity ratio used the current ratio; the solvency ratio was measured using DAR (Debt to Asset Ratio) and DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), while the profitability ratio used ROA (Return on Asset Ratio) and ROE (Return on Equity Ratio). The results of this study indicate that liquidity which measured using current ratio had a negative but insignificant effect on stock returns, while solvency measured using DAR and DER, as well as profitability measured using ROA and ROE had a positive but insignificant effect on stock returns of telecommunications companies, respectively.

Abstract

Previous research gave different results regarding financial management behavior and appear research gap, so the researchers aimed to examine whether financial experience and knowledge have a positive effect on financial management behavior, locus of control mediates the effect of financial experience and knowledge on financial management behavior, and the number of dependents moderate effect of financial knowledge on financial management behavior. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, while analysis technique used the Structural Equation Model. Financial experience and knowledge have significant positive effect on financial management behavior. Locus of control mediates effect of financial experience on financial management behavior but is better directly. Locus of control doesn’t mediate effect of financial knowledge significantly on financial management behavior. The numbers of dependents doesn’t moderate effect of financial knowledge on financial management behavior. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Surabaya government provide access and education such as seminars, workshops (pension funds, insurance, and investment).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia and the very rapid development of the Hallyu phenomenon during the quarantine period at home and the PSBB which is used by e-commerce to carry out promotional activities. The Covid-19 pandemic has made almost all business activities in Indonesia have a bad impact until bankruptcy. This forces companies to be able to find ways to survive during the pandemic and also compete with competitors.This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Tokopedia WIB BTV Show X BTS marketing event on the purchase intention of the Banana Flavored Indomilk Dairy Product. The method used is quantitative with the aim of causality research and the SEM-PLS analysis method. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a total of 385 people throughout Indonesia who know and have seen the Tokopedia WIB TV Show marketing event. Based on the research hypothesis testing, it is concluded that event marketing directly has a positive and significant effect on buying interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study would be to see how certain variables, such as Store Atmosphere and Hedonic Shopping Motivation, influenced impulse purchases. There are some linear regression models used. The authentication function’s goal is to determine the validity of such a hypothesis, which also is achieved by collecting data from its surrounding region. The purposive method is a strategy that is related to specific criteria, and the sample throughout this study was made up of buyers from modern retail outlets within Kuningan Regency. There were just as many about 96 people who took part in the study. The amount was rounded towards 100 participants to make work successful. The environment of modern major retailers and hedonic shopping motivation does have a positive impact on impulse buying.

Abstract

PSBB Policy or Large-Scale Social Restrictions policy is expected to suppress the spread of the virus and break the chain of spread in various regions in Indonesia. Although it has an impact on various sectors, it also creates new opportunities in the business system, which is called by online system. The study objective was to analyze the opportunities and challenges of online business during a pandemic. This study method used a descriptive qualitative approach with the object in the study was the MSME online business players who are domiciled in West Java. The data source in the study were taken from primary data sources by using interview techniques. The results of the study showed that the opportunities for economic trends during the pandemic can be seen from the progress of online businesses that may affect consumer behavior accompanied by challenges in the form of the public trust level in products.
