Abstract

This study aims (1) develop a HOTS-based assessment instrument to measure the analytical and creative thinking skills of fourth grade elementary school students (2) analyze the effectiveness of the HOTS-based assessment instrument to measure the analytical and creative thinking skills of fourth grade elementary school students. The development of the HOTS-based assessment instrument adopts the 4D model developed by Thiagarajan, Semmel Semmel those are : Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate stages. The product trial design consists of product validation and test instrument testing. The subjects of the research trial included 3 teachers and 30 students of fourth grade of elementary school in Dabin 3, Jepara District. Analysis of product quality data uses validity, reliability, level of difficulty and differentiating power. Meanwhile, data analysis of feasibility and students' thinking skills uses analysis of ideal assessment criteria. The results showed that the instrument of HOTS-based assessment met content validity by the agreement of expert judgment with the percentage result of material aspects 94%, construction aspects 92% and language aspects 90% . Those are good categories. Furthermore, the results of the analytical thinking ability test of 52% of students are in the medium category, and 37% of students' creative thinking skills are in the medium category. The conclusion of this study is the development of the instrument of High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) – based assesment is needed by teachers to carry out the learning assessment process to train and measure students' thinking skills.

Abstract

Aspek pribadi dan sosial berkenaan dengan pemahaman dan pengembangan karakteristik, potensi, dan kecakapan-kecakapan yang dimilikinya, baik intelektual, sosial, fisik motorik maupun efektif emosional. Berdasarkan tahap perkembangannya, usia remaja disebut dalam masa transisi atau peralihan karena sedang mengalami perkembangan fisiologis––perubahan fisik primer maupun perubahan fisik sekunder––, perkembangan emosi––psikis atau mental yang mudah berubah-ubah/emosi tidak stabil––dan perkembangan sosial––tuntutan atau beban sosial––yang akan menimbulkan ketakutan, kecemasan bahkan rasa tidak percaya diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kajian pustaka. Berdasarkan penelitian ini didapatkanlah urgensi dari pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi sosial untuk siswa SMK (remaja). Dalam hal ini adalah implementasi yang digunakan guru bimbingan konseling yaitu: metode tidak langsung diantaranya: bimbingan klasikal, kolaborasi dengan wali kelas, kolaborasi dengan orangtaua, kaloborasi dengan pihak terkait di luar dari sekolah, kunjungan rumah. Metode langsung yaitu: konseling individual, bimbingan kelompok, konseling kelompok, dan bimbingan individual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme, efektivitas dan efisiensi anggaran pendidikan pada implemenyasi kebijakan regrouping SD Negeri Wiru 01 Kecamatan Bringin Kabupaten Semarang. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tehnih observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang regrouping di SD Negeri Wiru 01 dan SD Negeri Wiru 02 adalah: (1) kedua sekolah berada dalam satu lokas; (2) tiga ruang kelas tidak terpakai; (3) SD Wiru 01 hanya 16 siswa terdiri dari 3 kelas; (4) kurangnya tenaga pendidik di SD Negeri Wiru 01. Mekanisme pelaksanaan regrouping di SD Wiru 01 meliputi pendataan, sosialisasi, penetapan, dan penyatuan sekolah. Regrouping SD Wiru 01 mampun meningkatkan efektivitas dalam hal (1) pemanfaatan gedung, (2) pelayanan bagi siswa, (3) pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, (4) penanaman budaya sekolah. Regrouping SD Wiru 01 juga meningkatkan efisiensi meliputi:(1) pemanfaatan gedung yang ditinggalkan, (2) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, (3) pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan, (4) pengelolaan keuangan, (5) kedudukan komite

Abstract

Kemampuan berinteraksi dengan seluruh sumber belajar dapat menciptakan kondisi pembelajaran  yang kondusif serta menjadikan peserta didik sebagai pusat dalam kegiatan belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas media puzzle yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA serta pengaruh penggunaan puzzle terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling menghasilkan X Boga sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X Busana sebagai kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen menggunakan media puzzle dengan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning sedangkan kelas kontrol dengan metode ceramah dan tidak menggunakan media. Hasil penelitian meliputi hasil validasi pakar materi dan pakar media, aktivitas peserta didik dan hasil belajar. Validasi dari pakar media mencapai skor 97,5% dan validasi pakar meteri mencapai skor 93,75% dengan pencapaian kriteria masing-masing sangat baik. Analisis data aktivitas peserta didik menujukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan varians data kedua kelas sama. Uji-t menunjukkan aktivitas peserta didik  kelas eksperimen  lebih baik dari kelas kontrol dengan thitung (-8,409) ttabel (1,68). Hasil belajar kelas eksperimen juga lebih baik dari kelas kontrol dengan ttabel (1,995) thitung (6,062). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media clue in puzzle efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA dan dapat meningkakan akivitas serta hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Kudus regency is one of the districts in Central Java, Indonesia. Before Islam entered, Kudus district was named Tajug village, which means a fertile area stranded between the Tanggulangin river and the Juwana river to the east. The design of project story book development is a form of solution to existing problems, namely attracting early childhood interest and learning about local wisdom in the Kudus district. This study discuss the design of the project story book that was made. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data obtained are results of literature studies in the form of book, journals, interview with competent people and observastions. The result of this research is the creation of a project story book aimed at early childhood in Kudus district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengekplorasi pembelajaran project market day untuk menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dalam penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dipilih oleh peneliti agar dapat mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran project market day secara mendalam. Kemudian Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari satu orang guru dan 4 orang siswa kelas IV SD N Ringinkidul. Sedangkan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data dan dianalisis menggunakan tradisi kualitatif induktif-interaktif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian dan kesimpulan. Dalam menumbuhkan nilai kewirausahaan untuk penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila melalui pembelajaran project market day terungkap melalui tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sedangkan nilai-nilai kewirasuahaan yang menonjol antara lain nilai integritas, kerjasama, inovatif dan kreatif, dan intelektualitas. Temuan ini dapat dijadikan salah satu pijakan dalam pengembagan kajian ekonomi civic dalam membekali warganegara muda tentang pemahaman ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Work Discipline on PAUD Teacher Performance in Bandungan Raya District, Semarang Regency. The population in this study were PAUD teachers in Bandungan Raya Sub-district, Semarang Regency with a total of 167 PAUD teachers, which then obtained samples using proportional random sampling technique using the formula from Slovin as many as 118 people. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, prerequisite test and simple regression analysis which was processed using IBM SPSS Statistic 23. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline on the performance of PAUD teachers in Bandungan Raya District, Semarang Regency, this was evidenced by the correlation between work discipline variables on performance is positive, with a calculated r value of 0.505 with Sig (2-tailed) i.e. 0.000 0.05. Furthermore, the value of R square is 0.255 = 25.5%, which means that the magnitude of the influence of the variable X2 on Y is 25.5% and the magnitude of other influences outside of work discipline that affect the performance of PAUD teachers in Bandungan Raya District, Semarang Regency is equal to 74.5%. Furthermore, it is known that the value of t arithmetic is 6.305 t table (1.658). This means that there is an influence of work discipline on performance, so the hypothesis which states there is an influence of work discipline on PAUD teachers in Bandungan Raya District, Semarang Regency is declared accepted

Abstract

The purpose of the study wasto designof developing teaching books for dyslexia through learning style intervention assisted by audio-visual media for elementary school students. This research is Research and Development. Data collection uses a needs questionnaire, expert validation sheets, student learning outcomes tests, interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The subjects in this study were dyslexic students at SDN Brambang Karangawen Demak with a total of three of the third grade students. The result of the study is that the design of developing audio-visual-assisted teaching books has characteristics, including the use of good and easy-to-understand language, the presentation of the teaching books equipped with pictures and videos, and the contents of the teaching books describing the author's ideas. The teaching book development product consists of three parts, namely the introduction which contains of the title page or book cover, the introduction, and the table of contents. The section consists ofletter introducing, words repeating, writing, drawing, direction and story. The closing section contains reflection.  The conclusion of study is the design of the teaching book is adapted to the characteristics of a good teaching book and the needs of dyslexia students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar perkembangbiakan makhluk hidup melalui model pembelajaran problem based learning dengan media powerpoint pada siswa kelas VI SD 1 Garung Kidul semester I tahun pelajaran  2019/2020. Prosedur pelaksanaan dan implementasi penelitian terbagi dalam dua siklus. Siklus I dilakukan dua kali pertemuan dan siklus II juga dilakukan dua kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I memperoleh rata-rata skor 20,55 atau sebesar 72,37% (sedang), siklus II meningkat menjadi 25,20 atau sebesar 90,05% (sangat tinggi). Pada akhir tindakan siklus I nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh 72,89 atau sebesar 73,68% mengalami peningkatan 26,31% dari kondisi awal. Nilai rata-rata siklus II diperoleh 79,74 atau sebesar 89,47% ketuntasan belajar sehingga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 15,79% dari siklus I. disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning dengan media powerpoint dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar perkembangbiakan makhluk hidup pada siswa kelas VI SD 1 Garung Kidul Kaliwungu Kudus.

Abstract

The academic quality achieved by SD Negeri Wonoyoso is very proud because of the well-organized management from planning, organizing, implementing to supervising. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at SDN Wonoyoso. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis procedure with data reduction, data presentation and data verification. While the research subjects were principals, heads of foundations, teachers, committees and school supervisors. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of academic quality management at SD Negeri Wonoyoso was carried out in a structured manner starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising by involving the active roles of principals, teachers, committees, heads of foundations, supervisors and parents of students. . 2) in the functions and responsibilities of academic quality in schools placing personal according to their respective competencies. 3) the obstacles experienced include the urgent need to improve coordination of each field, high loyalty, completeness of administration and infrastructure. Academic quality management is needed in changing educational organizations. This is important for organizational innovation and adaptation to management practices. Academic quality management will be realistic when placing the quality of educational services and the quality of graduates in accordance with the needs of the community
