<![CDATA[Regional superior products in NTT Province are currently the main pillars of the people's economy. Through the development program of superior products of export-oriented regions in the natural stone handicraft industry in UD Pesona Batu Alam, it is able to increase productivity, turnover and other assets. The support of Kupang State Polytechnic through the improvement of innovation-based mechanization on the types and kinds of production needed by the community through craftsmen in UD. Pesona Batu Alam is very necessary. Measured activities include the development of rock type designs through a variety of forms to attract tastes of domestic and foreign customers. The implementation methods that are carried out include the manufacture and application of cutting tool technology and portable stone grading screw systems to be part of the innovation targeted in this service program. The characteristics of the tool are designed in accordance with the conditions of natural stone and NTT Province's distinctive limestone products. The results of this service program are able to improve the quality of products, including the use of by-products in addition to being able to stimulate sales and marketing between islands and between neighboring countries.]]>

<![CDATA[Ginger farmers in the Junrejo village, Junrejo sub district, Batu, generally sell ginger in fresh form which hasa risk of low profit. Storage of fresh ginger for a long time can reduce the content of essential oils resulting in decreasedquality and selling value. One of techniques that can be used to minimize the risk is to process the fresh ginger into theessential oils. The purpose of this program was to provide counseling about post-harvest handling of ginger and trainingof fresh ginger processing into essential oils with distillation techniques. The target of this program was to improve skillsof ginger farmers to distillate fresh ginger rhizome into essential oil. During the training, farmers showed enthusiasmand high spirits in following the training phase. The results of calculation of essential oil content of two types of freshginger used in the training was 0.15% in emprit ginger and 0.2% in red ginger. The results of laboratory analysis ofessential oil characteristic of ginger emprit showed that the emprit ginger produced by Junrejo village farmers consisted of acid value, specific gravity (at 250C) and refractive index (at 250C) of 0.98% ; 1.498; and 0.98, respectively]]>

<![CDATA[The partner in the community partnership program is Usaha Ilabulo Bakar. Ilabulo is a typical snack from Gorontalo. Formerly by the kings, Ilabulo symbolizes "Totombowata" which means united. PKM program by taking independent business partners as Ilabulo Bakar business actors. Partners who until now have many competitors that are difficult to develop. Every time Ilabulo was made per night, it could only be around 500 - 600 packs. The selling price per pack is around Rp. 5,000. Related to this PKM program the proposer wants to expand his business with ilabulo products globally by online marketing. This PKM program will help partners in the form of packaging improvements, product taste and quality, brands that do not yet exist, aspects of sales using only verbal communication, as well as simple management, the concept of inventory in warehouse does not yet exist and the financial management system is still lacking manual. and online sales training (e-commerce) of ilabulo Bakar products can be made as souvenirs typical of Gorontalo.]]>

<![CDATA[Bajulmati Backwoods is one of four backwoods under the auspices of Gajahrejo Village which has extraordinary natural potential. However, the low level of public knowledge about the concern to preserve the environment can have a detrimental impact. The detrimental impact can be seen from the magnitude of the potential disaster that has occurred in the last 10 years, such as the annual flood disaster. So on this basis, the need for PPM activities related to how to cope with disasters also prevents disasters. The disaster preparedness activity received a very positive response from the community, so that this activity could be achieved well and smoothly. In the future, the community still needs follow-up efforts and assistance to further develop the existing natural and environmental potential.]]>

<![CDATA[These activities are aiming to provide training on how to utilize email and mailing list as support media systemin learning process to the High School Students on SMK Sari Buana Makassar. Offered methods were participatorylearning method and learning by doing approach. Our activity was highly appreciated and supported by the school?Principal and also the students themselves. It can be seen on their enthusiasms and willingness to attend such trainings. Material and subject utilized are around the basic concept on email and mailing list, how to start a mailing list forum,how to upload and download files on mailing list, and how to save file on mailing list. The contributive factor on thistraining was the active participation from the students, which could make these activities become easier. <![CDATA[The achievement of Mathematics contestants from the City of Pare-pare is very concerning. In February 2017elementary school mathematics competition was held. Of the 82 participants from Pare-pare, there were only 13 studentswho got scores above zero. Other students get zero or less than zero (negative). In March 2018, from 17 MathematicsEvent XVIII 2018 participants from Pare-pare, only 5 students had got positive scores. There was a decrease in interestand achievement in Mathematics in elementary school students in Pare-pare. The solution offered was training forMathematics Elementary School teachers by emphasizing learning method with playing. <![CDATA[Stingray is a fish that is non-economical and less delicious when it is consumed fresh, but when it is processedby fogging, then the taste will be very delicious and popular among the community.So the smoked stingray is one of thetypical and popular products in Jeneponty regency. The processing of smoked stingrays in Jeneponto Regency is locatedin ToreangSubdistrict, namely "Pari Jaya" Business Group and in Arungkeke Sub-district the group named "PariIndah" Business Group. These two groups are partners in thiscommunity servicesprogram. The biggest problem faced bythe community is the amount of production is still meager.This is because, in the smoked process, it only uses the smokefrom the kitchen stove with an open system so that fumigation is not running perfectlyand it resultsthe quality of stingraysmoke is still very low and not hygienic.Moreover,it is directly marketed without packaging, and cash flow is managingwell. Through this community servicesprogram, partners are provided with training and assistance in the application ofclosed-loop fogging technology. So that the smoked stingrays produced will be durable, safe, nutritious and hygienic. Inaddition, partners are built in the diversification of processed products of smoked stingrays, packaging techniques so thepackaging is attractive. It is expected to have competitive power in the marketbe able to apply business management well.The results of this activity can generallybe concluded that stingray curing technique by using closed system can beaccepted by the partner group because the process of smoked stingray is more quickly mature, the procedure is easier andmore hygienic. <![CDATA[Law No. 14 of 2008 concerning Freedom of Public Information mandates that Public bodies must develop and develop information and documentation systems to manage Public Information properly and efficiently so that it can be easily accessed. This service aims to train village officials to use SiDeKa as one of the media that can encourage the emergence of four (4) types of novelty, namely: awareness, skills, habits and governance of Village Information Systems. These community service activities are carried out in three stages. The first stage is the location survey and distribution of ICT understanding questionnaires at the village / kelurahan level on Friday, 17 May 2019 at 09.00 - 11.00 WITA. The second phase is the SiDeKa workshop for Pantae village officials on Friday, June 28, 2019 from 08.00 - 13.00 WITA and the third stage is the distribution of feedback questionnaire on the implementation of SiDeKa activities that have been carried out on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 09.00 - 11.00 WITA. Constraints encountered include the lack of computer and internet facilities at the village office and there are still many village officials who do not yet have the knowledge in using information and communication technology devices. The benefit of this training activity is to increase the ability of Pantae village officials to manage coordinated village data with the help of a computer-based system so that they can provide accurate information and services that are more satisfying to the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Pinang Habang Village is one of the villages in Central Amuntai Sub-District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The population of 607 consists of 307 men and 300 women. This village is an area of ??watery peatland throughout the year. The livelihood of the largest population is fishing and raising ducks. Fishing can be done throughout the year, the types of fish caught are cork (Channa striata), betok (Anabas testudineus), siam spikes (Trichogaster pectoralis), ponds (Helostoma sp.) And swamp fishing (Trichopterus sp.). All types of fish are sold fresh and only a few are processed into processed products. At the beginning of the dry season the production of catches is abundant so that fish tend to be untreated and rotten. Therefore, fisheries product processing technology is needed to overcome it. Through the program of the Peat Restoration Agency in 2018, efforts were made to revitalize the economy of the peat community in Pinang Habang by training and assisting in the processing of shredded cork fish and cork fish crackers. Participants consisted of 20 housewives divided into two groups. Each group is a community economic team focused on one processed product. The training activities began with the dissemination of activities, training on the processing of shredded cork fish, and cork fish crackers. After they are able to process the product, they are given assistance in packaging, labeling, promotion and marketing. The participants' responses during the activities were very positive and the spirit of entrepreneurship emerged when training and capital were provided in the form of equipment and raw materials. Assistance to them continues until all groups succeed independently.]]>

<![CDATA[Garbage is an important issue in everyday life, especially in boarding schools occupied by approximately 2500 students. The amount of waste that many every day cause many problems. In this community service is accompanied by recycling training of plastic waste to reduce the impact on earth. Assistance is carried out for 22 days with the activity is the provision of materials about waste, providing training reuse of plastic waste. Practice making various handicrafts from plastic waste. Evaluate the consolidation of results. From the evaluation results obtained the conclusion that this assistance received a positive response with all activities followed until the end. Participants produce works that can be reused such as bags, wallets and shopping bags. For the results that have been achieved in bag making obtained an average of 80 which means in terms of material variation, design and harmony of products with the category of being.
