Abstract

Mulyadhi Kartanegara memusatkan perhatiannya pada diskursus filsafat Islam yang ide-idenya telah dituangkan ke dalam berbagai bentuk karya ilmiah. Epistemologi integarasi ilmu Mulyadhi Kartanegara menyorot aspek integrasi sumber ilmu dan integrasi metode ilmu. Sumber ilmu menurut Mulyadhi yakni indra, akal dan intuisi, sedangkan ilmuan Barat (materialisme-positivisme) hanya mengakui panca indra sebagai sumber ilmu. Metodologi ilmu dalam epistemologi Mulyadhi yakni, metode observasi atau eksperimen untuk obyek-obyek fisik, metode logis untuk obyek metaempirik, dan metode intuitif (irfani) untuk mengenal obyek secara langsung. Sedang ilmuan modern hanya mengakui metode ilmu observasi atau eksperimen dan menampik metode ilmu yang lain. Selanjutnya, dalam relasi epistemologis dan status ontologis, epistemologi Islam mengakui realitas secara integral-holistik (alam materi, mitzal dan akal dan Tuhan yang merupakn puncak realitas). Kritik Mulyadhi terhadap bangunan ilmu modern adalah tertuju pada rasionalisme-empirik (paradigma Cartesian-Newtonian) yang melahirkan aliran pemikiran: naturalisme, idealisme dan sekulerisme yang bercorak mekanistik dalam memandang realitas semesta. Selanjutnya Mulyadhi melontarkan respon kritisnya pada materialisme melalui islamisasi epistemologis pada aspek klasifikasi ilmu dan metodologi ilmu.

Abstract

Abstrak Kajian ini berjudul new modernism Fazlurrahman dalam paradigma pendidikan Islam dengan memakai pendekatan sejarah dan metode yang pakai komparatif. Karena itu, studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemikiran pendidikan Fazlur Rahman terhadap New modernisasi pendidikan Islam cenderung komprehensif, hal ini terlihat komponen pendidikan yang digagas, mulai dari tujuan, peserta didik, pendidik sangat mementingkan modernisasi, sehingga dunia pendidikan Islam tidak tertinggal dan terbelakang serta dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Bahkan Fazlur Rahman telah menggagas paradigma pendidikan non dikotomik sebuah sistem pendidikan yang tidak mengenal adannya pemisahan antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum. akan tetapi wawasan integratif yang memandang ilmu sebagai satu kesatuan utuh dalam memahami realitas dan rahasia Tuhan adalah opini utama yang harus disosialisasikan kepada kalangan muslim. Kata Kunci: Modernisme, Fazlur Rahman, pendidikan Islam Abstract This study is entitled Fazlurrahman's new modernism in the paradigm of Islamic education by using a historical approach and methods that use a comparative. Therefore, this study concludes that Fazlur Rahman's educational thoughts on the New modernization of Islamic education tend to be comprehensive, this can be seen from the educational components that were initiated, starting from the goals, students, educators who really place importance on modernization, so that the world of Islamic education is not left behind and backward and can follow. current development. Even Fazlur Rahman has initiated a non-dichotomic educational paradigm, an education system that does not recognize that there is a separation between religious and general sciences. however, an integrative insight that views science as a whole in understanding the reality and secrets of God is the main opinion that must be socialized to Muslims. Abstract

The study of humans is a very interesting study, because besides being approachable from various aspects, it also concerns us as human beings. This study of humans has been done for a long time since the time of the ancient philosophers in Greece. They have started talking about humans, besides talking about God and the universe. This study of humans also eventually gave birth to various scientific disciplines, such as sociology, anthropology, biology, psychology, and other sciences.Religion is a part that cannot be separated from humans, considering that since humans were born into the world, God has actually been equipped with religion. For this reason, the relationship between humans and religion will be explained in this section so that it becomes clear that religion is an absolute necessity for humans and humans cannot live in order and prosperity in this world without religion. In other words, human nature is religious, so when a human claims to be non-religious means he has lied to himself and at the same time has done wrong against him.

Abstract

Kitab Kuning adalah buku yang menjadi identitas dalam pembelajaran nilai-nilai Islam di sebuah pesantren. Karena pesantren adalah tempat bagi seseorang untuk menuntut ilmu yang diajarkan langsung oleh seorang ulama atau guru agama, sebagai model pendidikan tertua dan sistem pembelajaran di Indonesia. Pesantren juga telah mengalami transformasi karena perubahan sosial yang berkembang begitu cepat. Metode pembelajaran adalah metode untuk bersaing di tengah arus global untuk menangkal berkembangnya radikalisme di era modernisasi yang dapat mempengaruhi banyak generasi. Buku kuning sudah ada sejak sebelum kemerdekaan, tepatnya di era kolonial, buku ini telah menjadi sarana mendidik umat Islam di bidang agama. Juga peran Pesantren yang berada di garis depan dalam melestarikan perbendaharaan buku kuning, yang terdiri dari berbagai bahan seperti fiqh, tauhid, interpretasi, hadits, moral, hingga tasawuf. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dengan pendekatan historis, yang merupakan metode pengumpulan informasi yang relevan dengan topik atau masalah yang menjadi objek penelitian, kemudian dibawa ke masa kini. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan dalam studi buku kuning yang dapat melahirkan sikap tasamuh di setiap santri.

Abstract

Lampung is a province located in the South end of Sumatra island. People will find a glamorous and big icon in yellow color called Siger when they enter the gate of this province. Siger is the symbol of honor for people in Lampung. Unfortunately, there are various kinds of violence suffered by women in this province. Those violence practices include harsh treatment, rape, and common law which verily not beneficial for women. Based on this phenomenon, this research tries to depict the real meaning of Siger as the symbol of honor for Lampung society as well as its relevance toward Islamic concept. After being analyzed using a Library Research approach, it can be concluded that Sigercarries the deep values of feminism and it indicates the concept of gender equality. Those feminism values, then, reflected in society life so the feminine characteristics which full of care, respect, tender and polite become more preferred in daily living. However, the concept carried in Siger also has the relevance toward Islamic concept that reveals the same case.

Abstract

The growth and development of Islam in the early period marked the findings of the tomb of Nisan Fatimah binti Maemun (died 1082 A.D.), in Leran, Gresik, East Java. Estafeta Da'wa Islamiyah unrelenting until the change of the birth of a number of reliable figures, among others, Wali Songo, they are Maulana Malik Ibrahim in Gresik, Sunan Ampel in Surabaya, Sunan Giri in Gresik, Sunan Bonang in Tuban, Sunan Drajat in Lamongan, Sunan Kudus in Kudus, Sunan Muria in Kudus, Sunan Kalijaga in Kadilangu Demak, and Sunan Gunung Jati in Cirebon. The great success of Da'wa Islamiyah has given such an example in the economic aspects. Through economic strength, Islam in Java Island emerged to give birth to political power in the form of Demak Sultanate. The presence of Demak Sultanate is not separated from the role of Wali Songo which is considered as the leader of a large number of Islamic Muballigh in Da'wa Islamiyah in areas in the island of Java.

Abstract

The corona virus has made fundamental changes to educational and legal practices in Indonesia. The large number of Covid-19 cases that have occurred in Indonesia makes holding state policies must be active to tackle the spread of this deadly virus, one of which is changing the pattern and model of education including trial administration using online media depending on the zone categorization set by the government. This paper finds out what happened during the Indonesian pandemic. First, in education, the emergence of covid-19 has made significant changes in the learning process by utilizing online learning media, and students are starting to be sent home, including in the context of higher education. Second, in the field of justice , trial administration in a number of courts is still carried out with due observance of health protocols, some trials are also conducted using an online trial model using various media, so that the law enforcement process continues. This paper also explains that the Covid-19 pandemic has become the center of serious attention of the government, including in providing education and implementing judicial processes in the world of law in Indonesia. Or in other words that even in the midst of a pandemic, activities must continue in various aspects, especially during the new normal era.

Abstract

I’jaz merupakan kemampuan untuk menundukkan dan menunjukkan dirinya melebihi yang lainnya. Ketika istilah ini disematkan kepada Alquran, maka kitab suci yang dibawa oleh Rasulullah ini dapat menundukkan seluruh tulisan-tulisan yang pernah ada, sekaligus juga menobatkan Alquran menjadi mu’jizat sekaligus kitab paling mulia dan tidak terbantahkan. Kemukjizatan Al-Qur’an tidak mungkin bisa tertandingi. Hal ini terwujud dalam aspek keindahan bahasa, kisah yang terkandung di dalamnya, selain tauhid, aturan syariat, dan sebagainya, serta informasi ilmiah yang luar biasa lengkapnya jika ditelaah secara mendalam. Untuk mengapresiasi kemukjizatan Alquran ini, hendaknya setiap umat Islam memenuhi hak Alquran yaitu dengan membaca, menghafal, mengkaji, menganalisa serta diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai petunjuk bagi orang yang bertakwa.

Abstract

Natsir's view of the relationship between Islam and the state is that religion is not merely a ritual of worship in everyday terms such as prayer or fasting, but religion includes all principles, boundaries in muamalah and social relations. Therefore, in order to ensure that these rules and standards can apply and run as they should, it is necessary and not necessary, there must be strength in social life in the form of power in the state, as warned by the Prophet Muhammad to Muslims that Allah is Allah. holder of the ruling power. It seems that Natsir wants to emphasize that Islam and the state are integrally related, even symbiotic, that is, they are reciprocally related and need each other. In this case, religion needs a state, because with religion and the state it can develop in the field of ethics and morals. This is because in Natsir's understanding that Islam is a complete teaching. Islamic teachings do not contain other aspects such as the field of law regarding statehood, so the establishment of a state is a necessity as argued by H.A.R. Gibb, For Natsir Islam is not just a religion, but also a complete civilization. For that in Islam it is irrelevant to separate Religion from the State because universal Islamic values cannot be separated from the idea of forming a state.

Abstract

The role of the Librarian, has progressed over time. Now librarians are not only serving the circulation of books, but are required to be able to provide information quickly, precisely, accurately, and efficiently in terms of time and cost. Librarians are required to develop competence in themselves in order to support the implementation of tertiary education programs. Competency and librarians play an important role in supporting the achievement of the vision of higher education. In this paper, it is explained and explained matters relating to the competence and role of librarians in supporting the establishment of international universities. Also explained the problems faced by librarians, problem analysis, solutions, and efforts that must be made to achieve goals in support of international universities.
