The accepted papers are the scientific which are the outcomes of either research or thoughts that never be published in other medias. The Journal Ri’ayah publishes works and relevanced issue refers to Social and Religious Journal in some studies such as: Social Phenomenon, Conflict of Religion, Social Violance, Harmony of Prularism, Multikulturalism, Religous Education, Social Culture, Social Studies, Humaniora, and the others. It is published for the readers both regional and global. The Ri’ayah is published into two volumes a year ( June and December). <![CDATA[Lesson Study Program includes the following stages: (1) preparation programs that include: the establishment of organizations and the Division of duties and authorities of the Executive team, assessments in cooperation with related parties; determine the schedule of activities of the Lesson Study; and prepare the instruments and the completeness of the Administration; (2) implementation of programs include: socialization to the teachers, and the school, training to the teachers and the school authorities, the establishment of the operational activities of the Lesson Study and the more operational task Division for the team of researchers, teachers, and principals and implementation of Lesson Study as much as 2 rounds and 6 times the IPS and learning Principles; (3) the evaluation of the activity is focused on the evaluation context, input, process and product. Activity Lesson Study was conducted in two schools in the district Metro Center involving 20 teachers. Implementation of the Lesson Study was: (1) give the results, benefits and impact that is huge for IAIN Metro, the Group of teachers and students in schools in order to improve the quality of learning in MI; (2) able to improve gait in a society with a stakeholder in the synergistic fields especially the school and teachers; (3) a stub for partnership activities of IAIN Metro with MI; and (4) enhance the Simple IAIN Metro Imaging in the community and are expected to push other programs.]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan stilistika kisah pembangkangan iblis dalamAlquran. Ada tujuh kisah di tujuh surat dalam Alquran yang membahas tentang kisahpembangkangan iblis. Stilistika kisah pembangkangan iblis ini dianalisis denganmenggunakan tinjauan kisah-kisah Alquran dalam bingkai stilitiska. Ada empat stilistikayang penulis temukan dalam tulisan ini. Pertama, stilistika kisah ini menggunakanempat teknik pemaparan kisah yaitu kisah yang berawal dari adegan klimaks, kisah yangdimulai tanpa pendahuluan, kisah yang dipaparkan dengan melibatkan imajinasimanusia, dan pemaparan kisah dengan penyisipan nasihat keagamaan. Kedua, penyajianunsur-unsur kisah dalam kisah ini menyajikan semua unsur yang ada dalam sebuahkisah, yaitu tokoh, peristiwa, dan dialog. Ketiga, ada tiga jenis pengulangan yang terjadidalam kisah ini, yaitu pengulangan alur kisah dengan tokoh yang berbeda, pengulangankisah dengan kronologi yang berbeda, dan pengulangan kisah dengan gaya bahasa yangberbeda. Keempat, seni penggambaran kisah dalam kisah ini mampu menggugah akal danpsikomotorik kita.]]>

<![CDATA[Respecting children's views is a fundamental principle that relates to all aspects of the implementation and interpretation of other articles of the convention. Every child's views need to be considered in making decisions that will affect the child's life and development. Factors that can affect the understanding of Civics teachers, the existence of socialization with fellow Civics teachers, the existence of a two-way communication with MGMP members, the existence of shared perceptions in overcoming problematic students, the existence of collaboration when solving problems faced by students and cooperation can be carried out with teachers PAI, counseling teachers, Civics teachers must know or really understand the role and objectives of Civics learning, because Civics subjects have a role in education to develop character development through the role of Civics teachers. In accordance with one of the missions of the new paradigm Civics subject, namely as character education. Civics as one of the subjects that have content in moral education and nationalism, is a subject that is obliged to take part in the character education process through the role of Civics teachers. By applying appropriate teaching methods and supported by all levels of personnel at these educational institutions, Civics teachers can take the initiative to be the driving force for the character learning program. As the output of this Civics learning, there will be a generation with truly quality human resources in accordance with the goals of national education.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesian Muslims are faced with the emergence of a small number of intolerant, exclusive, rigid Islamic groups and other groups that easily express hostility and carry out conflicts. On the other hand, Muslims are also faced with the emergence of an Islamic community that tends to be liberal and permissive. The two groups are classified as the extreme right (tatorruf yamini) and the extreme left (tatorruf yasari), which are against the ideal form of implementing Islamic teachings in Indonesia and even the world. In fact, Islam has very clearly taught about tolerance in religion, especially since Indonesia is a pluralist country that adheres to many religions. This study uses qualitative method. While the data collection is using literature study information. This research obtained several important findings that da'wah is an obligation that every Muslim should carry and convey in wise and wise ways. In the implementation of da'wah in a pluralist society, the method of da'wah bi al-hikmah must be put forward. The diversity or plurality of human life in various ways is sunnatullah. Living in a pluralistic society will exist if everyone understands each other, respects each other, and accepts each other.]]>

<![CDATA[School Principal as the leader in particular school is influential to the teacher performance, in the effort of raising the performance in order to achieve the educational goal of the school. The leader has responsibility both physically and non-physically for the successful performance of the school. The principal's leadership must be able to influence all the school employees so that they are willing to work hard to improve performance voluntarily and passionately in achieving the vision, mission and goals of the school. Emotional Intelligence of the teacher will be able to send out warmth, awareness of one's own feelings, having sensitivity to the feelings of others and will be able to overcome emotional problems openly.This present study aims to: (1). know the contribution of principal’s leadership style toward the state vocational teachers’ performances in Metro City, Lampung, (2) know the contribution of the emotional intelligence of teachers to the performance of vocational state school teachers in Metro City, Lampung and (3) both the contribution of principal’s leadership style and emotional intelligence of the teachers toward the state vocational teachers’ in Metro City, Lampung.This research was descriptive study design used quantitative approach through regression analysis. This research aimed to know the influence between independent variable and dependent variable. The correlative study aimed to know whether there is any influence or not between two variables or more. The researcher decided 336 teachers as the population of the research and 77 teachers of 336 teachers as the sample of the research. The try out was 30 teachers of the rest of the research population which the sample has been previously determined.Due to theoretical assumption and the conclusions of data analysis, it can be concluded that: both the principal's leadership style (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) have positive and significant contribution to the performance of teacher (Y) of State Vocational Schools in Metro City. This conclusion was supported by the analysis findings. There was positive and significant contribution of the principal's leadership style toward the teacher’s performance. The number of the contribution of the principal's leadership style to performance in this study was based on the results of calculations at the sufficient category. There was positive and significant contribution between emotional intelligence on teacher performance. The number of emotional intelligence contribution to teacher performance in this study was based on the results of calculations at the sufficient category and simultaneously there was a positive and significant contribution between the principal's leadership style and emotional intelligence on teacher performance.The dimension of leadership style influenced the teacher’s performance were administrator, class manager, mediator, facilitator and evaluator. The contribution number of principal leadership style and the emotional intelligence toward the performance of the teacher.]]>

<![CDATA[The Arabic language is one of the academic subjects that students learn in Islamic institutes and schools, and it is an important subject in them, because students do not communicate with them only, nor to obtain academic linguistic information and knowledge that students learn about the language only, but it increases their religious knowledge and it is one of the means of personal education. It is one of the world's languages that has the social development of society and science. This article aims to answer the following questions: What is the concept of personal education and what are its characteristics? What is the concept of language and what are its functions? What is the relationship between education and linguistics? What is the role of the language teacher in education? The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical method, adopting the library research method. The most important results of the research is that the relationship of education with linguistics is a reciprocal relationship (influence each other), and linguistics and its fields and its teaching should be used in the interest in educating and building the personality. Language has an important role in our life and this necessitates the reality of awareness of this thing, especially for language teachers, so teaching is not a process of communicating information. <![CDATA[Internet gaming disorder is now no longer a personal problem, but has penetrated into family, community, national and even international problems. The ability to keep up with technological developments and be able to innovate alone is not enough to face the current era, but must be civilized to others as well as to the Creator. There fore, this paper is expected to be able to make a contribution in the form of striving towards building civilization by describing a picture of Islamic spiritual psychotherapy based on sincere intentions as a concept and offering a psychotherapy model for sufferers of internet gaming disorder which is useful for the development and strengthening of Islamic spiritual theory, especially in the field of psychotherapy. and internet gaming disorder. This study uses a qualitative method with primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques is include observation and interview. The main aim the study is to prove that intention-based Islamic spiritual psychotherapy can reduce psychological disorders in sufferers of internet gaming disorder.The concept (design or idea) of Sincere Intention is "lillahi ta'ala only expects the pleasure of Allah ta'ala". While the offer of a practical psychotherapy model for sufferers of internet gaming disorder in the form of before playing online games begins with the sincere intention of lillahi ta'ala, only expecting the pleasure of Allah ta'ala. As for the results of the application of sincere intentions for Internet Gaming disorder, namely the emergence of reluctance to continue playing online games that originated not from self-control or other people's control, but received 'direct' control from Allah SWT so that the addictive and psychological disorders often experienced by Internet gaming disorder sufferers become reduced.]]>

<![CDATA[Perennialis is born as a reaction to progressive education. Perennialism opposesthe progressive view which emphasizes change and something new. Perenialism view the world situation today is full of chaos, uncertainty, and disorder, especially in moral, intellectual and socio-cultural life. Aspects of the study of the application of perennialism in Islamic religious education include the purpose of education as an effort to inherit culture and maintain the nature of students, learning material according to perennialism, curriculum development and selection of learning methods in Islamic religious education. The idea of perennialism that tends to be regressive, traditionalist and conservative causes the application of perennialism in Islamic education to have two sides, on the one hand it can have a good effect and on the other hand it has a negative impact.]]>
