Abstract

Sari Kedelai Arsya merupakan bagian dari usaha kreatif rumahan yang didirikan oleh ibu Yesa sejak tahun 2014. Berbagai kendala hingga saat ini dialami ibu Yesa untuk mengembangkan usahanya, seperti terbatasnya kapasitas mesin dalam proses produksi, terbatasnya tempat penyimpanan hasil pengolahan setengah jadi kedelai yang sudah di rebus, sehingga membuat ibu Yesa membatasi proses produksinya, proses penyaringan dengan menggunakan alat yang sangat sederhana sehingga berakibat lambatnya proses produksi, juga terbatasnya kesediaan produk hanya dalam kemasan botol membuat usaha sari kedelai Arsya tidak maksimal dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar yang ada. Sedangkan masalah manajerial dalam bisnis ini belum dikelola dengan baik, keuangan tidak tercatat dengan baik, pemasaran khususnya promosi belum dilaksanakan dengan cara maksimal padahal peluang pasar masih terbuka lebar, sehingga permintaan masih belum bisa terpenuhi. Masalah manajerial ini masih belum menjadi perhatian utama tetapi menjadi masalah yang secara implisit akan mempengaruhi perhitungan keuntungan usaha. Tujuan program PKM ini adalah berupaya mengatasi beberapa masalah yang dihadapi sari kedelai Arsya, yaitu dengan cara: 1) mendesain dan merancang mesin produksi berupa mesin penghasil sari kedelai yang dapat langsung memenuhi standar mutu bahan baku sari kedelai, 2) mendesain dan merancang mesin untuk memisahkan sari kedelai dengan ampasnya, 3) mendesain dan merancang mesin untuk menyimpan kedelai, 4) mendesain dan merancang mesin sealer dalam bentuk gelas cup sebagai upaya diferensiasi kemasan, 5) memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam bidang manajemen usaha, pemahaman tentang jobdiskripsi, pembukuan sederhana, perhitungan harga pokok penjualah dan perhitungan BEP, penanganan pemasaran dan promosi. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/abdimas.v4i2.3805

Abstract

Kelompok Tani Mawar Maju III adalah salah satu kelompok tani di Desa Gunungsari yang komoditi utamanya adalah bunga mawar potong. Kelompok tani ini memiliki permasalahan utama yaitu harus membeli air bersih dari desa lain untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga, dan harus mengeluarkan tenaga lebih untuk irigasi secara manual, padahal dibagian bawah lahan pertanian kelompok tani ini terdapat sumber mata air bersih dengan debit yang besar dan mengalir sepanjang tahun. Permasalahan lain yang dihadapi adalah adanya limbah berupa daun mawar yang tidak dikelola dan dimanfaatkan dengan baik, sehingga menimbulkan dampak pada lingkungan. Dari segi kelembagaan, masalah yang dihadapi oleh kelompok tani ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang teknologi dalam bidang pertanian dan rendahnya regenerasi dalam pengelolaan usaha pertanian mawar potong. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini akan memberi solusi berupa pemanfaatan pompa hidram dan pipanisasi untuk pengadaan air bersih dan irigasi, serta pengadaan sarana dan pelatihan pengomposan untuk mengolah limbah daun mawar. Dalam kelembagaan dan regenerasi, akan dilakukan penyuluhan dan kaderisasi terhadap generasi lapis sehingga keberlangsungan pertanian mawar potong ini akan berkelanjutan. Dengan adanya program ini, diharapkan akan memberi solusi bagi mitra berupa peningkatan perekonomian, peningkatan produktivitas lahan pertanian, peningkatan kualitas dan SDM berupa kemampuan pengolahan limbah pertanian, kemampuan dalam pemanfaatan dan perawatan penggunaan teknologi berupa pompa hidram , serta peningkatan kuantitas SDM produktif pada Kelompok Tani Mawar Maju III. Hasil fisik dari pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah bangunan bendung air, pemasangan pompa hidram, pipanisasi dan bangunan tandon air sebagai bak tampung serta sarana pengomposan limbah daun mawar. Kualitas SDM juga mengalami peningkatan berupa pengetahuan dan skill anggota kelompok tani tentang teknologi pompa hidram dan perawatannya, serta proses pembuatan pupuk kompos. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/abdimas.v4i2.3807

Abstract

In general, the people of North Raman District do not yet know and understand correctly about tackling trafficking. The people of North Raman Subdistrict have never received legal counsel regarding the crime of trafficking. Therefore, it is necessary to provide good knowledge and understanding through socialization and focus group discussions (FGD) to overcome the problems of partners related to the handling of trafficking in people in the North Raman Regency, East Lampung Regency. Efforts made in this activity are by providing knowledge and understanding of the law about tackling trafficking in people in the District of North Raman, East Lampung Regency. Then proceed with discussion and question and answer, and test the understanding of participants by giving a pre test and post test. Abstract

This paper describes the results of community service activities (PKM) at the Village-Owned Enterprises in Jepara that face accountability issues. The purpose of this community service program is to implement the BUMDes accountability model and BUMDes business management. The program implementation phase includes systematic development of the BUMDes accountability report, application and process of preparing BUMDes accountability report, development of a Simple Financial Information System, and assistance and application of a simple financial information system. The results of the community service program outputs are generated in the form of guidelines for preparing the accountability report of BUMDes Puji Berkah Sinanggul and simple saving and loan financial applications. Based on the results of the dedication, it can be formulated that the implementation of the accountability model of BUMDes Puji Berkah can improve the quality of the performance of existing managers of BUMDes which are the object of service. Abstract

Nowadays, waste is one of the environmental problems, because plastic waste is known to have a long life to decompose in the soil. Ornamental products are one of the products that have good value and can be placed freely. This activity aims to develop knowledge in terms of making decorative products using plastic waste. Participants are high school graduates in Tangerang. By using training methods, ornamental products can be developed using basic plastic waste materials that have gone through the pre-processing stage. The training stage includes presentation, material selection, design, material processing, review, and display. The implementation of this activity, it was found that the use of plastic waste which is used as a base material for ornamental products can provide additional knowledge to high school graduates as well as increase the ability to practice in making design works. Abstract

One important factor in improving the quality of learning is the classroom atmosphere, which is formed through the activities carried out in it between the teacher and students with position, posture, and body language, as non-verbal communication, and the use of words, intonation, and pronunciation as verbal communication. Another important factor is the characteristics of the space where the activity takes place (setting). In applying the student-centered approach, which motivates students to learn more actively and not depend on the teacher, the role of a teacher is very important to always be able to improvise, exploit the potential and position, for the success of the teaching-learning process in schools. The purpose of activities in the field of interior science architecture community service at SMAK St. This framework is to strengthen the participation of teachers and students through the setting of learning spaces that support the establishment of communication as desired. The method used is observation of the physical environment and surveys of teachers and students about the communication experience and the convenience of learning on three subjects that are considered difficult, namely Chemistry, Biology, and English. The survey results show that effective verbal and non-verbal communication media between teachers and students and fellow students is triggered by the setting of the space outside the classroom, with more relaxed and enjoyable reasons, such as in a library room. This has a real impact on increasing student motivation in the form of subjects' likes and grades. Abstract

Health service communication is a form of communication that occurs between health service providers (such as doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, and other health workers) with patients, patients' families or with other health workers. In essence, health service communication is a process of interaction between two parties to obtain information, provide information and provide support, which is carried out in a health setting. Effective communication can reduce patient doubts about the treatment process and increase patient compliance with a series of treatments, so that health problems can be resolved. Therefore, health workers need to maintain a good cooperative relationship with patients. Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, data are obtained that health service communication training provided to health workers at the Cempaka Putih Health Center shows the results of an increase in understanding and knowledge of training participants regarding techniques for communicating health services to patients. Abstract

The objectives of this program are increasing the competence of producers in the product business link by facilitating the formation of legal entities, legal protection of brands expanding internet marketing networks (online), and improving marketing management competencies. The method of approach is to conduct training and mentoring continuously until it is independent. The results of this activity Tegal Waru SMEs want to optimize the role of BUMDES, so there is no need to create an UMKM association, want to have a trademark and compare with e commerce that has been provided by the team. It is expected that turnover will increase, more than 20 percent. Abstract

Community service activities were carried out to introduce solar panel technology to the Suku Anak Dalam village community in Muara Kilis Jambi, where the village had some electricity that had not yet been electrified by PLN. Because PLN has not reached the electricity network, the general public uses generators with fuel as a motor for generating electricity. The use of fuel, especially in rural areas can be said to require expensive costs for operations coupled with the cost of engine maintenance. The use of solar panels is one of the easy and inexpensive alternatives to get electricity. The installation system that is applied is the DC system will make more economical and low-cost installation. With the implementation of this service, one month is enough to meet the electricity needs in the household for every night. The residents can do the installation well and can analyze the electricity needs to be used. Abstract

PT Semesta Mitra Sejahtera is a company engaged in the field of public goods transportation services. The existing system is still manual, especially for recording bills, determining the allocation of goods in trucks, and making Bill Notes. To increase efficiency and effectiveness, a new computerized system is needed to accelerate the administration and billing processes that are accurate to the users of transportation services according to the needs of the company owner. The database used is Microsoft Access, while the application is created using the Visual Basic .NET programming language. The results achieved in the form of computer applications that are easy to operate because of its user-friendly appearance. After the application is complete, the service team conducts training for users at PT Semesta Mitra Sejahtera.
