Abstract

This research is a mapping of the socioeconomic dynamics of the people of Bunyu Island, North Kalimantan, which is helpful as baseline studies when community development programs and other development programs are launched. Socioeconomic mapping of the community becomes important when we often see various government development programs and the private sector being criticized for not being based on the community's actual needs. This research shows how the socioeconomic dynamics of the people of Bunyu Island, economic characteristics, culture, socio-political dynamics, and various other things are expected to describe the socioeconomic conditions of the people of Bunyu Island. Bunyu itself is an area with firm characteristics. Its geographical environment is in the form of a small island, but it is known for its extraordinary natural wealth. Since the Dutch era, it has been known as an oil-producing island, and recently it is also a coal-producing area.

Abstract

The current study aims to explore the influence of interpersonal conflicts at the workplace on job depression and turnover intention. To meet the respective research aim, the current study collected data through an online survey. The study relied on primary data collection by considering 215 employees working in different banks in Pakistan. The direct effects of the structural equation modeling revealed that changes in interpersonal conflicts are responsible for around 41.9%, 15.4%, and 15.8% variations in job depression, turnover intention, and organizational prestige. The findings of current study showed that interpersonal conflict positively influences job depression and turnover intention at a 10% significance level while negatively influence the organizational prestige at 5% significance level. The employer attitude towards conflict management significantly reduces the job depression and turnover intention. The mediation results suggested that employer attitude significantly improves the organizational prestige through reducing the interpersonal conflicts in the organization. For achieving higher organizational growth and performance, organization need to promote merit based culture, encourage employee frankly policies, and reduce favoritism.

Abstract

This study is to analyzes the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty at Restaurant Burger Bangor Medan. The population in this study was at Restaurant Burger Bangor Medan. The number of samples in this study was 83 customers with a saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed (1) results showed that partially the service quality variable affected customer loyalty at Burger Bangor Restaurant Medan City. (2) The results showed that partially the variable Consumer Satisfaction affected Customer Loyalty at Burger Bangor Restaurant Medan City (3).

Abstract

After the implementation of distance learning with internet-based media such as Zoom and Google Meet, children are getting closer to their activities with gadgets. Many children are increasingly sticky and difficult to separate from their gadgets, even children often become addicted to gadgets. This study involving 15 children aims to see the effect of playing online games by children on children's ability to communicate, this research was conducted at SMP N 6 Panyabungan. The results of this study found that first, children who have control over the use of gadgets from their parents will have good communication patterns and skyrocket their achievements, second, children who are not controlled by their parents in the use of gadgets then they have a tendency to be aloof and difficult to communicate. Third, children show other symptoms of gadget addiction by playing online games, namely lack of concentration and seem unfocused when spoken to, fourth, children tend to have unstable emotions when angry or use words they often hear when playing online games.

Abstract

This study, which aims to determine the extent of knowledge and skills of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal students regarding hoax news and its distribution, was conducted at MAN 1 Mandailing Natal. By involving 45 students, with the criteria of having and active users of observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that skills in media literacy are a perspective that can be used by a person when he is carrying out activities related to media, in interpreting the meaning of a message received from various sources. Building a perspective that is carried out by someone based on a knowledge structure that is constructed from the ability to use existing information. From the results of research conducted on 45 students, various data were obtained, especially the data section social media for news search, not only for eintertein use. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection methods through regarding technical skills. There are 28% of students who daily get information on the internet and 30% use the information on the internet to then view and read and share information.

Abstract

This research, which was conducted in Saba Padang Village, Panyabungan Timur District, Mandailing Natal Regency, aims to analyze the influence of the presence of an e-commerce platform on Facebook social media on adolescent entrepreneurship interest in Saba Padang Village, East Panyabungan District. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, because this research is a social phenomenon that is shown by the subject to be studied. This research method was conducted by observing and interviewing 20 teenagers, the interview was conducted by asking 10 questions related to the research objectives. The results of this study were obtained, first, there was a desire from teenagers to carry out entrepreneurial activities, this was delayed due to the need for large capital. Second, The motivation of teenagers in Saba Padang Village is high, but they collide on several things such as capital and skills in marketing. Third, there is the influence of the existence of E-commerce with the interest of teenagers in carrying out entrepreneurial activities, because of the simple way of working with the existence of E-Commerce.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, it strikes all over the world. One of them is in the field of aviation, especially flights in Indonesia. The innovation process for public transportation companies that produce transportation services to the public who use transportation services (users), then in principle there are four functions of transportation service products, namely safe, orderly and regular, comfortable, and economical. The research methodology used is qualitative. The existence of the strategic defense industry of PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (DI) is a manifestation of the desire of the Indonesian people to use domestically produced defense equipment aimed at supporting the defense system.

Abstract

Sayyid Muhammad Rashid Rida, in his life, has to give discordant to others with three types of thinking, namely religious thought, educational thought, knowledge, and political thought. Temporary that in the field of economic reform is not explained so clearly, but in a study, this researcher uncovered that many of the works produced by Shah Ridha one of the works that have been printed up to more than 1000 are the al-Manar magazine which contains interpretations of the Koran that are easily understood by the general public. Rashid Ridha's other works are no less interesting than his previous works, even with several published works and succeeded in spreading among the public; that is how Rashid Rida broadcasts his religion through trading with the works he created with the teacher Muhammad Abduh.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the economic fiqh review of the termination of agricultural land lease contracts in Alahan Panjang. Renting farmland is done during the growing season until the harvest season in Alahan Panjang. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of the termination of agricultural land lease contracts in Alahan Panjang and how the economic fiqh review of the termination of agricultural land lease contracts. This study uses field research with qualitative approach. The data was obtained through in-depth interviews. Based on the results of the study concluded the implementation of agricultural land lease contracts have not met the pillars and conditions, namely the unilateral termination of agricultural land lease contracts from Mu'ajir while the time agricultural land contract has not expired. Termination of this contract results in material losses for musta'jir. In this economic fiqh review is a bad habit or urf' fasid. There is no benefit of both parties in the termination of the land lease contract, because one of the parties feels harmed.

Abstract

The bicycle mode of transportation is an environmentally friendly vehicle, does not cause air pollution and supports sustainable development. Cycling is the second best mode of transportation after buses which will become a fashion in the future. Cities where bicycle infrastructure is added will increase bicycle users by 48 percent, and when compared to other cities that do not add bicycle lanes, this is already greater. In this study, multiple regression analysis was used to show the influence of characteristics as well as people's perceptions of the convenience of the bicycle lane on Jalan Sudirman, DKI Jakarta. The results showed that there was an influence of public perception on the level of comfort of the bicycle lane. The bicycle mode of transportation being the most inclusive and sustainable is the easiest and cheapest.
