Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in consumer behavior, particularly the utilization of social commerce and live streaming features on social media platforms. This study aims to examine the impact of social commerce and live streaming on purchase intentions for beauty products among Generation Z. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with data sources from Google Scholar. The selection process used inclusion and exclusion criteria to identify relevant scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025, resulting in 10 articles for descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that social commerce and live streaming generally have a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions for Generation Z towards beauty products. Factors that strengthen this influence include interactivity, product visualization, host or influencer credibility, promotions, and customer reviews. Thus, it can be concluded that digital marketing strategies based on social commerce and live streaming will be more effective if supported by efforts to build consumer trust through credible information and transparent reviews.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the high unemployment rate, which has a negative social impact. Entrepreneurship is one of solution to economic uncertainty, market fluctuations, and climate risks that affect business sustainability. These conditions require business resilience that is not only based on economic and managerial aspects, but also on the values and character of business actors. This study aims to analyze business survival power in Islamic entrepreneurship through the integration of Islamic spirituality, entrepreneurial character, and business resilience capacity at Syaqila Buah Trading Company. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation, then analyzed using data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that Islamic spirituality, such as zakat, tawakal, gratitude, trustworthiness, and honesty, serve as a foundation of values that guide decision-making and maintain the psychological stability of entrepreneurs. These values are integrated with entrepreneurial characteristics such as optimism, persistence, courage to take risks, proactivity, and innovation, thereby strengthening business resilience capacity as reflected in adaptability, operational flexibility, problem solving, business learning, and relational resilience. The research contribution shows an integrative model of horticultural business actors, viewing that resilience in entrepreneurship is formed not only through character and business resilience, but also spirituality as a core part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis sistem pendistribusiam produk pembelian online yang dilakukan oleh Masyarakat desa Batu Merah Kota Ambon melalui platform digital tiktok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menjabarkan secara nyata keseluruhan data yang ditemukan di lapangan dengan sumber data penelitian yang merupakan data primer. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem pembelian melalui aplikasi tiktok melibatkan pihak ketiga yaitu market place lain seperti Tokopedia. Hasil penelitian lain juga menunjukan bahwa pihak ketiga inilah yang akan melakukan distribusi barang pembelian konsumen dengan melalui agen atau jasa pengiriman yang bekerja sama dengan market place tersebut. Hasil lain menunjukan bahwa terdapat keluhan atau ketidakpuasan pembeli yang diakibatkan oleh beberapa jasa pengirim barang tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the entrepreneurial interest of UPI Automotive Engineering Education students in the automotive sector. The study used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach to 30 respondents through the distribution of Likert scale questionnaires. The results showed that students' entrepreneurial interest was in the high category with an average value of 3.72. The results of the validity test showed that all statement items were valid because they had a calculated r value > r table (0.361), while the results of the reliability test showed a Cronbach's Alpha value > 0.90 so that the instrument was declared very reliable. Factors such as entrepreneurship education, motivation, industrial practice experience, and social environment influenced students' entrepreneurial interest in the automotive sector.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing role of information as a strategic commodity in the digital era with high economic value, particularly in the practice of information entrepreneurship (infopreneurship) in mass media. This study aims to analyze the information management system implemented by Medan Bisnis Daily as a form of information entrepreneurship, including aspects of content management, marketing strategies, and intellectual property rights protection. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed inductively through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that Medan Bisnis Daily has implemented infopreneurship practices professionally through structured information management, the implementation of the 4P marketing mix strategy, and the use of digital platforms for information distribution. In addition, an advertising-based business model is the main source of revenue, while the copyright system and author compensation are applied flexibly according to the author's status. This study concludes that effective and adaptive information management can support the sustainability of media businesses while providing economic and social contributions in the era of digital transformation
