Abstract

The aim of this research is to: 1) Analyze the direct influence of the variable between self-efficacy on Job Satisfaction, 2) Analyze the direct influence of the variable between Self-Efficacy on teacher work motivation, 3) Analyze the direct influence of the variable between Self-Efficacy on teacher performance through satisfaction work, 4) Analyzing the direct influence between variables between Self-Efficacy on teacher performance through work motivation, 5) Analyzing the direct influence between variables between self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and motivation simultaneous work on teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods. Meanwhile, the population of this study was 180 and the sample for this study used the Slovin formula with a sample of 124 teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and using the product moment formula. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is SPSS for Windows 24. The results of this research show that there is an associative causal relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variables. This means that there is a positive direct influence between exogenous variables and endogenous variables. The direct influence between exogenous variables and endogenous variables can produce a model of SDIT Teacher Performance in Central Aceh Regency, Aceh Province which is influenced directly and indirectly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literasi, mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman sehingga dapat merancang strategi dalam upaya meningkatkan literasi di SD Swasta Keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis fenomena yang ada. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui studi dokumen dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Analisis SWOT dapat memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang kondisi Rapor Pendidikan tentang literasi, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menyusun strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan mutu literasi. Strategi tersebut yaitu strategi S-O yang memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada dengan memiliki 5 komponen hasil, strategi S-T yang memanfaatkan kekuatan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi dengan memiliki 3 komponen hasil, strategi W-O yang meminimalkan kelemahan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan memiliki 5 komponen hasil, dan strategi W-T yang meminimalkan kelemahan untuk menghadapai tantangan yang dihadapi dengan memiliki 2 komponen hasil. Sehingga diharapkan analisis SWOT yang menghasilkan total 15 komponen tersebut dapat digunakan oleh SD Swasta Keagamaan guna meningkatkan literasi sehingga menjadi indikator untuk pengembangan rencana strategis untuk mencapai Rapor Pendidikan yang berstandar Nasional di SD tersebut yang akan datang.

Abstract

Kegunaan penelitian ini mempelajari disposisi matematik pada siswa setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran Accelerated Learning, bagaimana aktivitas dan tanggapan siswa saat pembelajaran, serta adanya tingkat kemajuan pada hasil pembelajaran siswa dengan Accelerated Learning. Selain itu bertujuan untuk menjabarkan bagaimana proses ajar pelajaran matematika pasca diberlakukan Accelerated Learning. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan pada satu Sekolah Menengah Atas tingkat Swasta di Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan pada riset ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan diberlakukan 2 tahapan pada empat tingkatan kegiatan diantaranya adalah tingkatan perancangan, tingkatan penerapan, tingkatan pengamatan serta tingkatam refleksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket untuk mengetahui skala disposisi matematik, observasi berupa lembaran kegiatan siswa, wawancara, jurnal harian untuk siswa, serta soal tes hasil belajar. Dalam hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa penerapan Accelerated Learning untuk menaikan disposisi matematik siswa berjalan maksimal. Didukung dari hasil rata-rata sebesar 65,57% meningkat menjadi 74,34%. Pada bagian percaya diri dari 60,33% menjadi 72,08%, aspek ingin tahu dari 68,29% menjadi 74,76%, aspek rajin dan tekun dari 58,86% menjadi 73,33% siklus II, aspek fleksibel dari 75,71% menjadi 80,10% siklus II, dan aspek reflektif dari 64,65% menjadi 71,43%. Penerapan Accelerated Learning menjadikan aktivitas, respon dan prestasi ajar yang siswa miliki meningkat. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada aktivitas siswa 60,10% berkembang naik 77,94%, angka respon siswa yang positif berkembang dari 59,33% ke 79,00%, dan nilai prestasi ajar siswa miliki berkembang naik dari 48,57% ke angka 88,58%.

Abstract

Dalam upaya mengatasi tantangan adaptasi teknologi di sektor pendidikan, penelitian ini secara khusus mengembangkan dan menilai efektivitas implementasi Virtual Reality (VR) sebagai metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang konsep tata ruang rapat kantor. Dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan ADDIE dalam kerangka R&D, penelitian ini berhasil mengintegrasikan VR ke dalam kurikulum Manajemen Perkantoran di Universitas Negeri Malang dengan fokus utama adalah pada peningkatan kapasitas visualisasi dan interaktivitas mahasiswa. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam minat belajar, keterlibatan, dan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang materi, jika dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Pengalaman belajar yang imersif dan interaktif yang disediakan oleh VR tidak hanya memikat, tetapi juga memperkaya mahasiswa dengan kemampuan untuk menerapkan teori ke dalam praktik secara lebih nyata dan efektif. Studi ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa, penggunaan VR dalam pendidikan manajemen perkantoran berpotensi besar dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi tuntutan kompetensi di dunia kerja yang semakin mengedepankan penguasaan teknologi, serta mendukung kebutuhan akademik yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the planning (budgeting), implementation (accounting) and monitoring (auditing) of BOS funds in improving the quality of education in Public Elementary Schools in Bintang District, Central Aceh Regency, to analyze the strategies and obstacles of school principals in managing BOS funds to improve the quality of education. This research method uses descriptive research with qualitative analysis. This research will be carried out at SD Negeri Bintang District, Central Aceh Regency. Data collection in this research used three techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that 1) planning (budgeting) by making a School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS) which is adjusted to the School Work Plan (RKS). The preparation of the plan begins with identifying needs and determining the priority scale or school needs. 2) In the implementation process (accounting), each use of BOS funds follows the technical guidelines that have been determined. One of them is that every transaction/expenditure is recorded or recorded in a special book by the treasurer as the manager of BOS funds, 3) The monitoring (auditing) process is carried out by the entire school community such as the principal, representatives, treasurer, committee and teachers. Apart from that, external audits are directly carried out by BOS management at the Education Office. 4) The principal's strategy in managing BOS funds to improve the quality of education at the Public Elementary School in Bintang District, Central Aceh Regency is carried out with planning that prioritizes school needs/priorities which emphasizes improving the quality of education. by providing learning facilities and media as well as developing teacher competency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal's strategies in enhancing teacher professionalism at SD Negeri 2 Lut Tawar, focusing on the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of strategies. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, allowing for in-depth exploration of the principal's managerial policies and practices. Data collection techniques include interviews with the principal and teachers, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that in strategy formulation, the principal emphasizes the importance of leadership by example and discipline, involving teachers in discussions, and identifying relevant technological needs for learning. In strategy implementation, the principal assigns tasks based on teachers' competencies and integrates technology into the teaching-learning process. A reward and punishment system is also applied to motivate teachers to improve their performance. Furthermore, strategy evaluation is conducted regularly through classroom observations, evaluation meetings, and gathering feedback from students and parents. The evaluation results are used to adjust strategies and ensure the relevance of policies to the school's needs. This evaluative approach fosters continuous improvement and consistent development of teacher professionalism. The study concludes that a combination of participatory formulation, appropriate strategy implementation, and measurable evaluation creates a conducive environment for improving teacher professionalism. The implications of this research provide input for educational departments, principals, and teachers in developing more effective school management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and work discipline of the Dikdasmen assembly on the Development of Human Resources (HR) of the Dikdasmen Tanjung Sari Branch. This study uses a quantitative research method, namely field research using scientific studies by expert scientists. The population in this study amounted to 150 people, with a sample of 60 people. Data was obtained through random questionnaires given to respondents as many as three types of questionnaires, namely leadership questionnaires, work discipline and HR development. Data analysis used the t-test and simple regression for the first and second hypotheses, while for the third hypothesis using the Simultaneous F Test and Simple Multiple Linear Regression Test. The first hypothesis obtained t count 7.114 while for t table 1.67 at a significance level of 0.05 because t count > t table then reject H10 and accept H1a. with a regression equation Y = 44.312 + 0.657X and a Regression value of 0.413. The second hypothesis obtained a count of 6.621 while for ttable 1.67 at a significant level of 0.05 because tcount > ttable then reject H20 and accept H2a. with the regression equation Y = 41.970 + 0.423X and a Regression value of 0.353. The third hypothesis obtained Fcount 28.94 and Ftable at a Significance level of 0.05 of 3.16 because Fcount > from Ftable then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The resulting regression equation is 88.2408 + 0.3800X1 + 0.5718X2 and the value of the Regression is 0.515. This study concludes that there is an influence of Leadership on HR development, there is an influence of Work Discipline on HR development and There is a simultaneous influence between leadership and work discipline on HR development at Dikdasmen Tanjung Sari Branch.
