Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research comes from a phenomenon that occurred to employees in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Jakarta Cikini. The objectives of the research are to analyze: (1) whether Internal Branding has effect on Affective Commitment; (2) whether Affective Commitment has effect on Employee Engagement; (3) whether Affective Commitment has effect on Job Satisfaction; (4) whether Employee Engagement has effect on Job Performance; (5) whether Job Satisfaction has effect on Job Performance; (6) whether Internal Branding has effect on Job Satisfaction. The research took sample from 124 (one hundred and twenty-four) employee of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Jakarta Cikini and the number of samples represents the existing population. Validity and reliability are used to test the research instruments. The methodology of this research uses cross-sectional data and hypothesis testing. Data was collected by using questionnaires and the measurement scale was using Likert scale. The  results of this research indicate that: (1) Internal Branding has positive effect on Affective Commitment; (2) Affective Commitment not positive effect on Employee Engagament; (3) Affective Commitment not positive effect on Job Satisfaction; (4) Employee Engagement has positive effect on Job Performance; (5) Job Satisfaction has positive effect to Job Performance; (6) Internal Branding has positive effect on Employee Engagement; (7) Internal Branding has positive effect on Job Satisfaction. This research only analyzed five variables job performance, employee engagement, job satisfaction, internal branding and affective commitment. Futher research is required to analyze the effect of other variables by using construct in this research.Keywords: Job Performance, Employee Engagement, Job Satisfaction, Internal Branding, Affective Commitment. AbstrakMasalah penelitian ini berangkat dari sebuah fenomena yang terjadi pada karyawan di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Jakarta Cikini. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan data cross-sectional dan pengujian hipotesis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Internal Branding berpengaruh positif terhadap Affective Commitment; (2) Affective Commitment tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagament; (3) Affective Commitment tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction; (4) Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance; (5) Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance; (6) Internal Branding berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagement; (7) Internal Branding berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction.Penelitian ini hanya menganalisis lima variabel job performance, employee engagement, job satisfaction, internal branding dan affective commitment. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel lain dengan menggunakan konstruk dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Prestasi Kerja, Keterlibatan Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja, Branding Internal, Komitmen Afektif.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aimed to examine the antecedents of organizational commitment, work environment, job stress, leadership empowering, and organizational commitment that affect teacher job performance. This research contributed to the scientific repertoire for organizational leaders and policymakers for educational institutions to improve teacher performance. Subjects of the research were teachers at private Catholic high schools totaling 200 people who had worked for more than 2 years in Jakarta, Indonesia. The survey used a purposive sampling method and data analysis using factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results showed that the work environment and empowering leadership affected the organizational commitment, which has a significant positive effect on teacher job performance. On the other hand, job stress hurts organizational commitment. The competence of school leaders was urgent to be improved following the needs of stakeholders and the challenges of the times.Keywords: work environment, job stress, leadership empowering, organizational commitment, job performance. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji anteseden komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, pemberdayaan kepemimpinan, dan komitmen organisasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi khasanah keilmuan bagi pimpinan organisasi dan pengambil kebijakan bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para guru di SMA Katolik swasta yang berjumlah 200 orang yang telah bekerja lebih dari 2 tahun di Jakarta, Indonesia. Survei menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor dan pemodelan persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru. Di sisi lain, stres kerja merusak komitmen organisasi. Kompetensi pemimpin sekolah sangat mendesak untuk ditingkatkan mengikuti kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan dan tantangan zaman.Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, pemberdayaan kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, prestasi kerja.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the power relations between the government, society and non-governmental organizations in the revitalization of Jakarta Bay. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The research location is in the province of Jakarta with a focus on the revitalization area of Jakarta Bay. The power relations formed in the revitalization of the Gulf divide the power relations into three parts that influence each other, namely: a) The place or arena of power is at the local level; b) The power of each stakeholder is different, visible power works between the government and the community as well as NGOs and relations between communities and NGOs in the planning process to implementation, then the hidden power that the government has over the community is formed so that an agenda setting is formed by the government towards policy implemented in the Gulf; and c) Place or space in power that was formed in the planning process to the implementation that was created, namely the invited space carried out by the government for the community and NGOs in the planning process for the revitalization of Jakarta Bay.Keyword: Stakeholder, Power Relation, Politic SpaceAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis relasi kekuasaan antar pemerintah, masyarkat dan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat pada revitalisasi teluk Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunkaan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian berada di provinsi Jakarta dengan fokus pada kawasan revitalisasi Teluk Jakarta. Relasi kekuasaan yang terbentuk dalam revitalisasi Teluk membagi relasi kekuasaan menjadi tiga bagian yang saling mempengaruhi, yaitu: a) Place atau arena kekuasaan berada pada tingkat local; b) Power yang dimiliki masing-masing stakeholder berbeda, bekerjanya visible power antar pemerintah dengan masyarakat maupu NGO dan relasi antar masyarakat dan NGO dalam proses perencanaan hingga implementasinya, kemudian bekerja hidden power yang dimiliki pemerintah terhadap masyarakat sehingga terbentuk suatu strategi agenda oleh pemerintah terhadap kebijakan yang diterapkan di Teluk; dan c) Place atau ruang dalam kekuasaan yang terbentuk dalam proses perencanaan hingga implementasi yang tercipta yaitu invited space yang dilakukan pemerintah terhadap masayrakat dan NGO dalam proses perencanaan revitalisasi Teluk Jakarta.Kata Kunci : Stakeholder, Relasi Kekuasaan, Ruang Politik.

Abstract

AbstractHeat-absorbing material is a natural or synthetic material applied to withstand high temperatures. In civil applications, to get comfort in carrying out daily activities, heat-absorbing materials are widely chosen because of their ability of these materials. In nature, there are many heat-absorbing materials such as soil, mineral rocks, and others. The raw material is processed or used directly applied as a heat-absorbing material. Sorong city is that city has the most critical condition and has become challenging for many cities in the problem of the urban heat island. This condition spurred the emergence of an Urban Heat Island (UHI) phenomenon. In an attempt at the heat generated, various materials used to apply in several ways. These materials include Cast Concrete Materials, Asphalt Materials, and Soil Materials. In this study, the performance of the materials was determined. The measuring instrument used is a measuring instrument commonly used to measure temperature. Measurements start from morning until night. The results obtained that cast concrete material has better performance than other materials when applied as a roof to reduce heat. While asphalt is a good material when applied as road material. With the average temperature produced by each material, morning= , afternoon= , evening= , and night  and morning= , afternoon= , evening= , and night .Keywords: Urban Heat Island (UHI), Cast Concrete Material, Asphalt Material, Soil Material. AbstrakMaterial peredam panas merupakan material alami atau sintetis yang diaplikasikan untuk menahan temperatur tinggi. Pada aplikasi sipil, guna mendapatkan kenyamanan dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari material peredam panas banyak dipilih oleh karena kemampuan material tersebut. Di alam, banyak terkandung material peredam panas misalkan tanah, bebatuan mineral, dan lain sebagainya. Raw material tersebut, nantinya akan diolah atau dimanfaatkan langsung untuk diaplikasikan sebagai material peredam panas. Kota sorong merupakan sebuah kota yang memiliki kondisi paling kritis dan telah menjadi tantangan penting bagi banyak kota dalam permasalahan pulau panas perkotaan. Kondisi tersebut memacu timbulnya sebuah fenomena Urban Heat Island (UHI). Dalam upaya untuk mengurangi panas yang ditimbulkan, digunakan berbagai macam material untuk diaplikasikan di beberapa hal. Material tersebut diantaranya Material Beton Cor, Material Aspal, Material Tanah. Dalam penelitian ini, performa material dalam mengurangi panas ditentukan untuk ketiga material tersebut. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah alat ukur yang umum digunakan untuk mengukur temperatur. Pengukuran dilakukan mulai dari pagi sampai malam. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa material beton cor memiliki performa lebih baik dibanding dengan material jenis lain jika diaplikasikan sebagai atap dalam mengurangi panas. Sedangkan material aspal merupakan material yang baik jika diaplikasikan sebagai material jalan. Dengan temperatur rata-rata yang dihasilkan masing-masing material pagi= , siang= , sore= , dan malam  dan pagi= , siang= , sore= , dan malam .Kata Kunci: Urban Heat Island (UHI), Material Beton Cor, Material Aspal, Material Tanah.

AbstractFull day schools are not the latest issue. America has long recognized and applied it in the world of schooling. This issue heated up in Indonesia as a logical consequence of two things; on the one hand the more uncomfortable the social environment for child development, while on the other hand the parents rarely accompany the children at home because they work all day long. Then, is there still a comfortable environment for our children? This paper examines FDS from the perspective of the sociology of education. That school as a learning organization has turned out to be the best institution in fortifying children from the negative effects of the increasingly unfriendly social environment.Keywords: Full Day School, Sociology of Education. AbstrakSekolah sehari penuh bukanlah isu terbaru. Amerika sudah lama mengenal dan menerapkannya dalam dunia persekolahan. Isu ini memanas di Indonesia sebagai konsekuensi logis dari dua hal; di satu sisi lingkungan sosial semakin tidak nyaman bagi perkembangan anak, sedangkan di sisi lain orang tua jarang menemani anak di rumah karena seharian bekerja. Lalu, apakah masih ada lingkungan yang nyaman untuk anak kita? Makalah ini mengkaji FDS dari perspektif sosiologi pendidikan. Bahwa sekolah sebagai organisasi pembelajaran ternyata menjadi lembaga terbaik dalam membentengi anak dari dampak negatif lingkungan sosial yang semakin tidak bersahabat.Kata kunci: Sekolah Sehari Penuh, Sosiologi Pendidikan.

Abstract

AbstractKampung Naga is one of the traditional villages or cultural villages in Indonesia, besides the kampung naga there are still many other cultural villages in Indonesia. However, this dragon village has an open society to global developments or the times. This can be seen in various aspects, namely the aspect of education where the children of the Naga village community are given the freedom to study outside the village or even outside the city. The thinking of the Kampung Naga community is very broad in thinking about the ideals and hopes of their children to be successful with the abilities and education they get in this formal education. In this study, the aim of this research is to find out how education plays an important role for the community of the Kampung Naga, and how the development of the Kampung Naga community from the aspects of education, health, livelihood and technology. The methods used are qualitative methods and literature. After making observations with various sources and coming to the location directly, the researchers get the results that the role of education is important for the people of the Kampung Naga to arrange a better life in the future for their children.Keywords: Education, Development, Kampung Naga Community AbstrakKampung Naga merupakan salah satu kampung adat atau kampung budaya yang ada di Indonesia, selain kampung naga masih banyak kampung budaya lainnya di Indonesia. Namun, desa naga ini memiliki masyarakat yang terbuka terhadap perkembangan atau perkembangan global. Hal ini terlihat dalam berbagai aspek yaitu aspek pendidikan dimana anak-anak masyarakat desa Naga diberikan kebebasan untuk belajar di luar desa atau bahkan di luar kota. Pemikiran masyarakat Kampung Naga sangat luas dalam memikirkan cita-cita dan harapan anak-anaknya agar sukses dengan kemampuan dan pendidikan yang mereka dapatkan di pendidikan formal ini. Dalam penelitian ini, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendidikan berperan penting bagi masyarakat Kampung Naga, dan bagaimana perkembangan masyarakat Kampung Naga dari aspek pendidikan, kesehatan, mata pencaharian dan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan kepustakaan. Setelah melakukan observasi dengan berbagai sumber dan datang ke lokasi secara langsung, peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa peran pendidikan penting bagi masyarakat Kampung Naga untuk menata kehidupan yang lebih baik di masa depan bagi anak-anaknya.Kata kunci: Pendidikan, Pengembangan, Komunitas Kampung Naga

Abstract

AbstractThe Academic Management System (AMS) is an information system created to assist the academic management of the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Palembang. This system is used by several types of users, namely, students, lecturers, financial admins, PMB admins, and Academic admins. In this system there is a whole flow of students starting from registering to submitting a thesis and graduation. Students go through a series of steps in this system, from registering to writing a thesis to receiving their diploma. When it comes to measuring how user-friendly an application is, researchers used the System Usability Scale (SUS) with ten statements as a gauge. An overall sample size of 356 people was used in this study, which had lecturers and students as inclusion criteria. A proportional random sampling technique was used to select the respondents at random, with particular attention paid to the proportion of each population category represented in the sample. After testing 356 respondents, representing each faculty, the final result was a score of 66.5. So it can be said that the AMS Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang is in the acceptable category. On the adjective rating scale, the AMS Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang is included in the Good category. And on the AMS Poltekkes rating scale it is included in rank D. As a result, it can be concluded that the system is both user-friendly and capable of being used as an information system.Keywords: Academic Management System, Usability, System Usability Scale AbstrakAcademic Management System (AMS) merupakan sistem informasi yang dibuat untuk membantu pengelolaan akademik Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang.  Sistem ini digunakan oleh beberapa jenis pengguna yaitu, mahasiswa, dosen, admin keuangan, admin PMB, dan admin Akademik Siswa melalui serangkaian langkah dalam sistem ini, mulai dari mendaftar hingga menulis tesis hingga menerima diploma mereka. Ketika mengukur seberapa ramah pengguna suatu aplikasi, peneliti menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan sepuluh pernyataan sebagai pengukur. Besar sampel keseluruhan 356 orang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang memiliki dosen dan mahasiswa sebagai kriteria inklusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel acak proporsional digunakan untuk memilih responden secara acak, dengan perhatian khusus diberikan pada proporsi setiap kategori populasi yang diwakili dalam sampel. Setelah dilakukan pengujian terhadap 356 responden, yang mewakili setiap fakultas, maka didapatlah hasil akhir yaitu skor 66,5. Sehingga dapat dikatakan AMS Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang termasuk kategori acceptable. Pada skala adjective rating AMS Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang termasuk dalam kategori Good. Dan pada skala peringkat AMS Poltekkes termasuk pada peringkat D. Hasilnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini ramah pengguna dan mampu digunakan sebagai sistem informasi.Kata kunci: Academic Management System, Usability, System Usability Scale

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the external environment and marketing strategy on the marketing performance of fashion SMEs in the Bandung area. This research use quantitative methods. Primary and secondary data were analyzed in this study. The study's preliminary results comes from questionnaires administered to ten respondents using the Likert scale. Validation tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing were used in this study's data analysis. According to the statistics and study findings, external environmental variables have a positive but non-significant effect on marketing performance; and marketing strategy has a positive but non-significant effect on marketing performance.Keywords: Analysis, Influence, External Environment, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Performance, MSMEs. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan eksternal dan strategi pemasaran terhadap kinerja pemasaran UKM fashion di wilayah Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data primer dan sekunder dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil awal penelitian ini berasal dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada sepuluh responden dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Uji validasi, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis digunakan dalam analisis data penelitian ini. Menurut statistik dan temuan studi, variabel lingkungan eksternal memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran; dan strategi pemasaran berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran.Kata kunci: Analisis, Pengaruh, Lingkungan Eksternal, Strategi Pemasaran, Kinerja Pemasaran, UMKM.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper reveals the role of parents in their children's learning through systems in the network in a covid pandemic 19. The purpose of this study is that the purpose of this study is to determine what roles and contributions have been made and can be done when their children carry out online learning activities. In addition, this research can also describe what is being faced by parents in the midst of a covid-19 pandemic in accompanying their children. The approach and method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The findings obtained include the fact that parents face directly when accompanying their children to implement a learning system in the network, the child's response in learning in the network and the analysis of researchers using the theory of sociology. This study concludes the family in mentoring online learning in the covid-19 pandemic as the main spearhead in carrying out a role in encouraging children's enthusiasm for learning.Keywords: Roles, Parents, Online Learning,Technology, Covid 19, Education. AbstrakTulisan ini mengungkap peran orang tua dalam pembelajaran anaknya melalui sistem dalam jaringan di masa pandemi covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dan kontribusi apa saja yang telah dilakukan dan dapat dilakukan ketika anak anak-anak melakukan kegiatan belajar online. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat mendeskripsikan apa yang sedang dihadapi orang tua di tengah pandemi covid-19 dalam mendampingi anaknya. Pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Temuan yang diperoleh antara lain fakta bahwa orang tua berhadapan langsung saat mendampingi anaknya menerapkan sistem pembelajaran dalam jaringan, respon anak dalam pembelajaran dalam jaringan dan analisis peneliti menggunakan teori sosiologi. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the factors that influence the volatility of stock earnings on leverage, systematic risk, firm size, and profitability in manufacturing companies whose stock earnings volatility on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2020 period and to determine the most dominant variables for affect the volatility of stock earnings. The data used in this research is secondary data. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling so that 40 companies were sampled when multiplied by the number of years, 240 data were obtained. The results also showed that profitability showed a positive effect on stock earnings volatility, systematic risk had a negative effect on stock earnings volatility, while the leverage of firm size and growth has no effect on the volatility of stock earnings. So that each of the variables there are several that are of concern to investors as a basic priority for making investment decisions.Keywords: Company size, Growth opportunities, Leverage, Profitability, Systematic risk, Volatility AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi volatilitas earning saham terhadap leverage, risiko sistematik, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan dan profitabilitas pada perusahaan manufaktur yang volatilitas earning saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2015-2020 dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan untuk mempengaruhi volatilitas earning saham. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan data sekunder. Sampel penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 40 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel apabila dikalikan dengan jumlah tahun maka diperoleh data sebanyak 240.Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas menunjukkan hasil berpengaruh secara positif terhadap volatilitas earning saham, risiko sistematik berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap volatilitas earning saham, sedangkan leverage ukuran perusahaan dan pertumbuhan tidak berpengaruh terhadap volatilitas earning saham. Sehingga masing-masing variabel terdapat beberapa yang menjadi perhatian bagi para investor sebagai prioritas dasar guna pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan berinvestasi.Kata Kunci : Leverage, Pertumbuhan, Profitabilitas, Resiko sistematik, Ukuran perusahaan, Volatilitas earning saham.
