Abstract

Purpose. This study discusses the Role of Trust in Mediating eWOM and Perceived Risk of Online Purchase Intention in Shopee. Design / methodology / approach. This study was conducted in Jakarta using 185 samples using SEM-PLS data analysis method. Findings. Trust is able to act as mediating between ewom and also perceived risk of online purchase intention in shopee. Practical implication. Shopee companies should be able to provide reliability in services and various features, and also increase security when consumers shop online at Shopee, because it can create an interest in buying online on an ongoing basisTheoretical implications. This research has limitations that can be used as advice or input for further research.

Abstract

Quality education is the most effective method for the Human development, just as it generates modernization in human growth, keeps the whole nation together and pushes the state to extreme achievement. This research aims to explore the view of teachers in the Rawalpindi Division on quality education and their satisfaction and the relationship between quality education and teacher satisfaction at college level. The study population was all teachers in Govt. Degree Colleges in the District of Rawalpindi. The essence of this study was descriptive and correlational in terms of design. By using simple random sampling techniques, the teachers from the 40 government degree colleges were selected as a sample by following the lottery process. Correlation of Commodity Moment Co-efficient was used for quality education and teacher satisfaction. Descriptive statistics were used to assess the interpretation of the teachers and the mean score was taken. The tools of the research were self-constructed questionnaires for teachers on quality education and adapted scales for teacher satisfaction. This study finds that according to the teachers, quality education exits in colleges and they are also happy. A moderately significant positive association between teacher satisfaction and quality education has been found.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze macroeconomics, namely Inflation, Gross Domestic Product, Exchange Rates, Interest Rates and Sovereign Risk to Indonesia 10-Year Government Bond Yield. The population in this study were all government bond yield tenors of the benchmark series for the period 2017 to 2019. The type of research used in this study is causal associative research. The research sample is Indonesian government bonds with a tenor of 10 years. The sample amounted to 36 data. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that inflation and Gross Domestic Product have no effect on the Indonesia 10-Year Government Bond Yield. Exchange Rates, Interest Rates and Sovereign Risk have a positive and significant effect on the Indonesia 10-Year Government Bond Yield.

Abstract

This research has purpose to discover the affect of leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and competence on employee performance in XYZ Ministry. The research method used quantitative approach with the type of research is included in causal research. The research population was 1,587 permanent employees at Work Units and Technical Implementation Units of XYZ Ministry in Jabodetabek. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling with the number of samples was 94 employees. These research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The quantitative data analysis method uses multiple linear regression methods. The results showed if 1) Leadership partially has the strongest and significant impact on employee performance. 2) Job satisfaction partially has a significant impact on employee performance. 3) Organizational citizenship behavior partially has a significant impact on employee performance. 4) Employee competence partially has a significant impact on employee performance. 5) Leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and employee competence simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership styles, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at Financial Education And Training Agency The research methodology used is a quantitative method with cross-section data and primary data obtained from questionnaires. Mechanical sampling uses the purposive sampling method with the data in 2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test the validity, reliability test, the test model stability, linearity test, normality test, classic assumption test (test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing t-statistic and f-statistic to examine the effect together with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study show that partial variables of motivation, work discipline, and leadership styles have a positive and significant on employee performance. Meanwhile, independent variables of motivation, work discipline, and leadership styles simultaneously together have a significant relationship to the dependent variables of employee performance. The coefficient of determination from this study showed 64.46% result. I show that the variation of the independent variables of motivation, work discipline, and leadership styles can explain the rise and fall of the dependent variable variation employees performance is 64.46% while the remaining of 35.54% is affected by other independent variables.

Abstract

In a competitive environment, every organization certainly has the same goal, namely to have potential human resources. Therefore, every organization should be able to find the best solution to each problem to interrupt the expected performance growth. This research aims to analyze the importance of the role of job satisfaction in mediating the affect of Transformational Leadership Motivation on the operators production performance at PT. Alpen Food Industri Cikarang, West Java. This research population was 189 people, with a total sample of 133 employees. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling with a method of organizing data through questionnaires and interviews, quantitative research methods with analytical analysts that job motivation and transformational leadership affect job satisfaction and performance. Meanwhile, the mediating variable of job satisfaction is good for mediating work motivation and transformational leadership on performance. Path analysis earned the structural equation Y = 0.250X1+0.391X2+0.150Y1+0.525, so the transformational leadership is the variable which has the strongest affect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the prophetic leadership and organizational commitment mediated by the motivation that affects employee performance, namely the employee performance of PT Bank Syariah Al Salaam Jakarta and Depok Regional. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with data collection using primary data, secondary data from Personnel Management and library research, primary data using all employees at PT Bank Syariah Al Salaam as many as 80 respondents, from all Jakarta and Depok Regional Divisions. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaire instruments. The questionnaire survey instrument was delivered randomly to employees of PT Bank Syariah Al Salaam. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS3.0 software program. to test the significance of prophetic leadership and organizational commitment affecting employee performance and mediated by motivation. The results showed that prophetic leadership, organizational commitment and motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. Prophetic leadership as the most important factor influencing employee performance. The managerial implication is that the organization or leader must develop a harmonious work culture and motivation for employees to achieve their best performance. This study reveals that organizational commitment, Prophet Leadership and motivation have a significant positive effect on performance, both partially and simultaneously. Besides that, the motivation partially mediate variable of the Prophet Leadership variable and organizational commitment on performance and has a significant effect.

Abstract

The decline in employee performance which resulted in work outcomes were less than optimal, that was the moment when a phenomenon occurred. This research aims to assess the impact of competence, motivation and work compensation on employee performance at PT. ZTE Indonesia. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. This type of research was included in quantitative. The sample subjects in this research were 86 employees of PT. ZTE Indonesia. The multiple linear regression analysis result shows if both partially and simultaneously competence, motivation and compensation had significant influence on the employee performance at PT. ZTE Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify and explain the influence of culture and training on organizational commitment and its effect on the performance of employees at the District Health Center Johar Baru, Central Jakarta. The research method in this study uses a a causality quantitative approach. The population is all health workers at the Johar Baru Puskesmas with probability sampling techniques and simple random sampling techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 3.2.8 software program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, training and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on employee performance partially or simultaneously. In addition, organizational commitment mediates organizational culture and performance training. Research suggestions in the aspect of managing performance targets should be arranged in quality and quantity by considering "people"As executor of activities. Leadership decision making must combine all constructive ideas and opinions, employee selection to determine training priorities so that it is right on target which can be done concretely through leadership training, capacity building, routine motivation programs, evaluation, reward and punishment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of location, promotion and health workers in influencing the decision to choose a First Level health facility (FKTP) for BPJS Kesehatan participants at the Advanced Medical Center. This research is quantitative. The population in the study were BPJS patients who were registered at the Advanced Medical Center. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the t-test for the variables of location, promotion and health care workers were significant for the decision on choosing health facilities at the Advanced Medical Center. Suggestions for further research are to include other factors that have a strong influence on health facility selection decisions.
