Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of work discipline, organizational learning and motivation on employee performance at PT CIMB Niaga Tbk. This research is quantitative. The population is employees of the unsecured credit underwriter group. The sampling technique was using nonrandom sampling, namely saturated samples with a total of 221 employees. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the t-test for the variables of work discipline, organizational learning, and motivation partially are significant positive on employee performance. The results of the F-test for the variables of work discipline, organizational learning, and motivation simultaneously are significant to employee performance. Suggestions for further research are to include compensation factors as additional independent variables.

Abstract

The intention of this research was to identify and reveal those impacts from leadership style, training, and organizational culture towards the employee performance of Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital at Depok. This research was included in quantitative research with causal method through cross-sectional methods to see the correlations between variables. The research population was all Medical Staff of Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital at Depok, with a total of 197 employees, while the sample in this research was 130 employees (through Slovin 5% error tolerance). The data collection method in this research used a review of damage and a field review, while the method of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis to examine the hypothesis. The results showed that the leadership style, training, and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously affect the employee performance of the Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital at Depok.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of competence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and work family conflict on the performance of employees at the Secretary General of Bimas Islam Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, the method used is to distribute questionnaires to employees using a Likert scale, respondents used as many as 61 employees, using the SPSS 25 software program, data analysis was performed using validity, reliability and multiple linear regression correlation. The sampling technique obtained from a sample of 61 respondents, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that; (1) Competence has a significant effect on employee performance; (2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant effect on employee performance; (3) work family conflict does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to discern the effect of financial ratios on the stock price of Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed in Kompas 100 Index on 2013-2019 period, partially or simultaneously. The financial ratios analyzed in this research are: Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE) and Dividend Yield (DY). The research population is the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed in Kompas 100 Index on 2013-2019 period. There are 5 Consumer Goods Industry companies used as the research sample by applying the purposive sampling method. This research uses documentation as the collection data technique as well as a panel data as the data analysis technique. This research shows that NPM variable has a partially positive relationship on the stock price, ROE has a positive relationship on the stock price at a confidence level of 90 percent, while CR and DY have no effects on stock price. The CR, NPM, ROE and DY variables influence the stock price simultaneously. CR, NOM, ROE and DY variables can explain the stock price on the Consumer Goods Industry Sector companies listed in Kompas 100 Index at 98,38%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Pension Benefit on millennial employees in Jakarta through preference and motivation as mediators. This research uses a qualitative and quantitative method using SEM Amos. The number of respondents were 262 that determined by purposive sampling technique. The result shows that: Pension Benefit has a significant positive effect to the employees loyalty; Pension Benefit has a significant positive effect to the employees preference; Pension Benefit has a significant positive effect to the employees motivation; employees preference has a significant positive effect to the employees loyalty; employees motivation has a significant positive effect to the employees loyalty; Pension Benefit hasn't a significant positive effect to the employees loyalty through employees preference; Pension Benefit hasn't a significant positive effect to the employees loyalty through employees motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to find out those influence from Product Quality, and Brand Image towards Buying Decisions and its Implications to Customer Satisfaction at Fuji Yusoki Kogyo. This type of research was catagorized as descriptive analytics research. While population was customers from Fuji Yusoki Kogyo totalling of 56 customers according to December 2020 company's internal data. Abstract

The era of globalization has an impact on changes in various aspects, including business competition which has become increasing tightly. More and more competitors and high business competition require organizations to have high knowledge and abilities to be able to compete. Changes that occur due to globalization require companies to be able to establish strategies related to improving performance. Tire manufacturing in Banten is one of companies which are faced with business competition in which the company has fairly tight competitors. The Building Plant, Department T, is one of the parts in the organizational structure of this tire company, where the department is also required to meet the performance indicators set by the company. Many factors affect employee performance including training, work discipline and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance in tire companies in Banten. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis in testing the measurement model and testing the structural model using SmartPLS version 3.2.7 software. The results show that training has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, and training, work discipline and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research has the purpose to reveal the impact which is caused by religiosity, knowledge and service quality on people's interest in implementing cash waqf. The method used in this research through a survey method. The research population was all the people who had done cash waqf with a total sample of 60 people. The research data used was primary data that gathered through distributing questionnaires to samples or research respondents. The analytical tool used was linear regression, correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The results showed that: (1) The regression coefficient of religiosity on interest was -0.062, so the religiosity did not have a positive impact on employee performance. (2) The regression coefficient value of knowledge on interest was 0.265, so the knowledge had a positive impact on interest. (3) The value from service quality regression coefficient on interest was 0.292, so the service quality had a positive impact on interest. (4) The results showed that religiosity, knowledge and services quality simultaneously had an affects on the interest variable.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the affect which appeared on Employees at PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk relates to the high of turnover intention which caused by work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research was included in type of causality research with quantitative research methods. Those population here was employees at PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk, which amounted to 395 people. Meanwhile, the sample consisted of 202 respondents (Slovin, 5% error tolerance). Data analysis method that used was multiple linear regression analysis to examine all the research hypothesis. The outcomes earned from this research was illustrated that work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. Work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were also had simultaneously impact towards the turnover intention.
