Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has been so rapid since the emergence of the internet, especially social media. The use of social media has developed into a way for event organizers to do social media marketing to introduce their consumers through electronic media, one of the applications has been carried out by OMG Event Asia. This study aims to identify and measure the effectiveness of promotional strategies through social media that have been carried out by the event organizer in generating brand awareness and buying interest from potential customers. The results of research conducted that promotion through social media has a significant relationship to brand awareness and purchase interest. Event organizer companies can carry out promotions through social media with clear target segments related to product functions. Submission of information about the product must be in detail related to quality, price, and social value to the target segment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on organizational culture and its impact on teachers performance. The research method in this study is a quantitative method that used type of expansive research. The population in this study was honorer teachers or KKI of 7 Public Senior High Schools in Pesanggrahan and Kebayoran Lama sub-districts totaly 54 people. The sample determination method in the study uses non-probability sampling with sample determination using the entire population. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using the help of statistical product for service solution (SPSS) program version 25. Previously, instrument validity testing was conducted using Pearson Product Moment Correlation and reliability test was conducted. The results showed that emotional intellegence and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the organization's culture and teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to examine how much influence the understanding of taxation, tax sanctions and taxpayer awareness of tax compliance. The population in this research are the taxpayers of individual entrepreneurs in the Tangerang Region, then the samples are drawn using a method simple random sampling. Using quantitative and analytic statistics method for the analytical method that are multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that taxpayer understanding and taxpayer awareness affected taxpayer compliance while tax sanctions did not affect the compliance of taxpayers of individual entrepreneurs in the Tangerang Region. The data analysis technique used in this research was SPSS v.23

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Human Relations, Locus Of Control, and Organizational Culture on OCB with Customer Satisfaction. The method of collecting data analysis uses a questionnaire, with a sample of 50 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The result shows that Human Relations has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with significant level of (0.014 <0.05). Locus of Control has significant effect on customer satisfaction, with significant level (0.038 <0.05). Organizational culture has significant effect on customer satisfaction, with significant level (0.016> 0.05). Human Relationship has significant effect on Ocb, with significant level (0.047 <0.05). Finally, the writer suggests that the company PT Suka Fajar Company increase the way of service for customer satisfaction or improve the way products sold to consumers, or increase competition in sales so that consumers feel satisfied with the company. Furthermore, enhance the way of marketing in a way that attracts customers to the company.

Abstract

This study identifies and analyzes optimization by work morale to mediate leadership style, work environment, and communication on the performance of employees of PT. State Electricity Company (PLN PERSERO) Customer Service Unit. This research was conducted using a quantitative, descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. State Electricity Company (PLN PERSERO) of the Customer Service Unit, amounting to 48. We use path analysis techniques to determine the direct and indirect relationship between leadership style, work environment, and communication on employee performance. As well as how the enthusiasm of work mediates the variables of leadership, work environment, and communication on the performance of employees in the Nuisance Services Division at the PT State Electricity Company, Network Service Unit. The results of this study conclude that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on morale, (2) leadership style directly has a positive effect on work performance, (3) work environment has a positive effect on morale, (4) the work environment directly has a positive effect on work performance. (5) Communication has a positive effect on morale, (6) communication directly has a positive effect on work performance, (7) work performance has a positive effect on morale. (8) Leadership style indirectly positively influences work performance through work morale as an intervening variable, (9) work environment has a positive effect on work performance through work morale as an intervening variable, (10) communication style positively influences work performance through work morale as an intervening variable in service division employees at PT. State Electricity Company (PLN PERSERO) Customer Service Unit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, school image on the satisfaction and loyalty of students of SMK PGRI 35 Jakarta. The population used in this study were students of SMK PGRI 35 Jakarta with a total sample of 160 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis of this research used SEM with Lisrel. The research results show that service quality and school image have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and loyalty, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. In addition, the results of this research indicate that without going through the intervening variables, it will directly have a higher effect value than indirectly.

Abstract

This research purpose way to explored those influence from leadership style towards performance and players' work satisfaction at Bintang Pratama Basketball Club. These research method used quantitative approach. Population and sample were 108 respondents whose members of the club. Data analysis method in this research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with assist of SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The research results indicated that leadership style has a positive and significant impact towards player performance. The leadership style has proven to have a positive and significant influence over the player's work satisfaction. Organizational culture has proven not to have a positive and significant influence towards player performance. Organizational culture has proven to have a positive and significant control across players' work satisfaction. Player's work satisfaction has proven to have a positive and significant control over player performance. Work satisfaction has been shown to mediate the influence of leadership style towards player performance. Work satisfaction has proven to mediate those influence from organizational culture towards player performance.

Abstract

Madrasah management is an activity to empower and coordinate all resources through the planning process, organize, move or implement and supervise to achieve predetermined goals in an effective and efficient manner, including managing teacher professionalism, which can be carried out through education at a higher level according to academic qualifications, Teacher Certification program, Education and Training and training for teachers, Reading Teacher Movement (G2M), KKG organization (Teacher Working Group) and always productive in producing works in the field of education. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the optimal portfolio forming stocks using the Single Index Model, determine the optimal portfolio risk and return expectations, then compare the optimal portfolio risk and return expectations with market return expectations, then analyze the optimal portfolio performance using the Treynor model. The research was conducted on the Jakarta Islamic Index stocks. Population of 48 issuers, which meet the sample criteria of 14 issuers. Using monthly data for the period December 2014-November 2019, it was found that 2 stocks entered the optimal portfolio, namely (with a proportion of funds) ICBP (91.46%) and TLKM (8.54%). The value of E (Rp) 0.0128 is greater than the value of E (RM) 0.0003 and the value of the risk free rate is 0.0048. The value of ?p 0.0438 is greater than the value of ?2M 0.0364. The value of portfolio performance with the Treynor index is 0.0091.

Abstract

The development of tourist destinations today, has motivated research on revisit intention to be an important factor to be researched. This study seeks to examine the influence of tourist motivation and tourist experience on the revisit intention of tourists in West Sumatra which is mediated by the novelty seeking variable. The population of this research is tourists who visit tourist objects in West Sumatra. Samples were taken using accidental sampling method as many as 150 respondents. This study uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with Smart PLS 3 as an analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that tourist motivation is the main factor that determines tourism revisit intention, while tourist experience and novelty seeking have no real role in increasing revisit intention. Another fact also finds that tourist motivation and tourist experience are the determining factors for novelty seeking. Whereas in another case novelty seeking as an intervening variable in this study was not proven to play a role in strengthening the influence of tourist motivation and tourist experience on revisit intention. In the future, these findings are expected to have implications for local governments in order to improve facilities or infrastructure and better deregulation of existing tourist destinations, so that all factors in this study can increase revisit intention
