Abstract

Economic growth and the growth of restaurant activities is very rapid, will affect many aspects of the economy, the need for staples, and other needs make distribution of merchandise will be increasingly busy. Business people will create strategies to complement the needs of the community or consumers. Nowadays, restaurant business is a solution for entrepreneurs, because the busyness of the community will make them prefer the meaning of fast food. Consumers will see the quality of products from the retail store they will buy, as well as the quality of service, whether the brand image displayed by fast food restaurants is in accordance with customer satisfaction. It is expected that loyalty will arise if satisfaction arises in the minds of these consumers. Data analysis techniques used are correlation analysis techniques and SEM (structural equation model) analysis techniques. Correlation analysis techniques to determine the relationship between variables, while SEM analysis techniques to determine how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The software used to process and analyze data from this study is Smart PLS version 3.0.

Abstract

This research was to find out the effect of Job Evaluation on Job Satisfaction in the Merangin Tourism, Youth and Sports Department (DISPORA), as well as to find out the Effect of Job Evaluation on Job Satisfaction in the Merangin Tourism, Youth and Sports Department (DISPORA). The population in this study were employees at the Merangin Tourism, Youth and Sports Department (DISPORA), 90 respondents and using the Sugiyono formula in determining the number of samples. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research, data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires or questionnaires. Data obtained from the questionnaire were then analyzed using the help of statistical formulas and the help of Microsoft Excel with the validity test method, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. There is a strong and significant positive influence between work assessment (x) on job satisfaction (y), namely the value of the correlation coefficient (r) = 4.5% The amount of contribution or influence of work assessment (x) on employee performance (y) of 0.212 or close to 1 meaning there is a rather strong relationship between R-Square indicating a large contribution of 0.045. Thus the hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive and significant effect between work assessment of employee performance in the Merangin Tourism, Youth and Sports Department (DISPORA).

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of compensation, career development, and workload on turnover intention of PT. Successfully Manage Persada or Trade Mall Mangga Dua Square. This research is quantitative in nature. The population is all employees of PT. Success Manage Persada. The sampling technique was random sampling with a sample of 114 employees. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 test tool. The results of the t-test for compensation and career development variables partially had a significant negative effect, and workload partially had a significant positive effect on turnover intention. The results of the F-test show that the Sig. ie 0.000 and less than 0.05. This indicates that the variables of Compensation, Career Development, and Workload together have a significant effect on Turnover Intention (H4 accepted). The results of the normality test showed that 0.96, which means greater than 0.05. This means that the residual data is normally distributed. Suggestions for further research are to include other factors that have a strong influence with Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Quality. Service, and School Location towards Student Loyalty through Satisfaction in XII grade students at SMA Negeri 32 Jakarta. The results of the study using primary data in the form of questionnaires to 274 class XII students at SMA Negeri 32 Jakarta using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method showed that service quality and school location had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between service quality and student satisfaction on student loyalty, while there is no influence between school location on student loyalty. Judging from the results of the SEM calculation analysis of service quality, and school location has an estimate coefficient of 0.48 or 48% of its effect on student satisfaction, while service quality has an estimate coefficient of 0.56 its influence on student loyalty, and satisfaction has an estimate coefficient of 0.44 influence. student loyalty, this shows that the quality of service, and good student satisfaction will increase student loyalty at SMA Negeri 32 Jakarta, and the better the quality of service will increase student satisfaction. The results showed that student satisfaction as an intervening variable could increase the relationship between service quality variables and student loyalty, but did not affect the relationship between school locations and loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of situational leadership and career development on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of BLU employees of the Marine and Fisheries Business Capital Management Institution (LPMUKP). This research was conducted from September 2019 to March 2020 at BLU LPMUKP. The research method used a quantitative approach, the population in this study were all BLU LPMUKP employees totaling 294 employees consisting of permanent and temporary employees. The sample used in this study were permanent employees of 81 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaire instruments. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.2.7 software program. The results of this study indicate that situational leadership and career development have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, job satisfaction is no more effective in mediating situational leadership and career development on organizational citizenship behavior as without mediation of situational leadership and career development would greatly affect organizational citizenship behavior in BLU LPMUKP.

Abstract

Maritime higher education, as a higher education institution in the shipping sector, is directed to produce professional and reliable graduates in the shipping sector who meet national and international standards and can compete in the global market. The application of competency-based education for vocational education is a government decision, in this case, the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, as an effort to improve the quality of education and for vocational education based on the Manila amendment of STCW 2010. Many things can be done with information systems such as the academic information system for Maritime higher education seafarers 'education and training, which regulates the registration process, data on learning schedules, teaching, lecturers, training participants, and training participants' scores, to the stamp book process. The Seafarers' Education and Training Academic Information System gave a role of 61.41% to training participants in the Maritime higher education Jakarta environment, and other roles influenced 38.59%. The information system will also make it very easy for Maritime higher education to produce the information related above and facilitate all Maritime higher education activities related to data management.

This article discusses literature review studies of Business Information Systems, analyzing factors that affect IT infrastructure: Software, IT Flexibility and Organizational Performance. The method of writing this article is literature study or library research. The results are that: 1) Software has a relationship and affects the IT infrastructure; 2) IT flexibility has a relationship and affects the IT infrastructure; and 3) Organizational performance has a relationship and affects the IT infrastructure.

Abstract

Cunsumer loyalty is determined by a positive response to the perceived experience. The use of social media in marketing products can improve the quality of marketing. The purposes of this research are to: (1). Explain the relationship between social media marketing and consumer loyalty with brand equity as a mediation variable. (2). Explain the relationship between social media marketing and consumer loyalty with consumer response as a mediation variable (3). Develop a model of social media marketing and consumer loyalty relationships. The design of the research was done quantitatively to analyze the model of the relationship between social media marketing and consumer loyalty. To interpret quantitative results used focus Group discusion (FGD) methods and literature studies. The research sample numbered 200 respondents with consumer criteria of users of branded fashion products. Analysis tools using SEM with PLS Software. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between social media marketing to the consumer loyalty of fashion products both before and after mediated by brand equity and consumer response. The priority of the research to be conducted lies in how digital development in marketing contributes thought to the business world, government and how this study strengthens the theory for similar research

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the contribution of the number of hotels, the number of hotel rooms and tourists to the absorption of labor. Tourism sector is one of the strategic sectors that must be utilized for tourism development as part of national development, having the aim of, among others, expanding business opportunities and opening jobs. The data used in this study is secondary data. The data was obtained from literature related studies in jambi city such as BPS, Department of Culture and Tourism, Youth and Sports, previous research, and other relevant library materials. Data Analysis Method Tested with multiple linear regression models. Based on the results of the study found that Simultaneously independent variable Number of Hotels (X1), Number of Hotel Rooms (X2) and Tourist Visits (X3) affects the variable Absorption of Labor (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 6.5% which means independent variables Number of Hotels (X1), Number of Hotel Rooms (X2) and Tourist Visits (X3) of 6.5% and the remaining 93.5% are influenced by other variables outside this research. And the Number of Hotels had no significant effect on Labor Absorption with a regression coefficient of 0.141

Abstract

For around 41 years, Theater Koma did not stop working. Continued to produce until its name is increasingly known, then holds a special place in the hearts of its fans. It's not an easy thing to maintain a theater community which in Indonesia is not yet popular. As the times changed, slowly but surely, Theater Koma's audience entered a period of regeneration. Performing arts production requires proper marketing techniques so the show could be accepted by the target community. Social media is a massive growth area for online marketers and one of which has potential to offer highly targeted advertising to specialized social groups. The transition of Theater Koma's marketing technique from offline to the digital world by utilizing social media needs to be developed because it is important in effort to regenerate the audience. This scientific was made written by conducting field observations during production process of the “Gemintang” show from mid-April 2018 to July 15 2018. This research aims to let us know the marketing techniques which have been applied to production of “Gemintang” show. This research concludes that awareness of the need for the existence of an art group is not only proven by work productivity itself, but how the work could be recognized and accepted by various segments of society which current entered the digital era.
