Abstract

This study focused on the form and influence of the organization, the level of discipline and competence possessed by nursing staff and their influence on the level of patient safety at YPK Mandiri Hospital. In this study, the respondents who participated were 100 people who worked in the hospital YPK Mandiri. The research design was cross sectional using a quantitative approach. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to all hospital employees. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) is an alternative method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that there was no influence between organizational culture and work discipline, competence had a positive effect on discipline, organizational culture did not have a positive effect on patient safety, competence had a negative influence on patient safety culture, work discipline had a positive effect on patient safety, work discipline could not mediate Positively the influence of organizational culture on patient safety culture, work discipline cannot positively mediate the influence of competence on patient safety culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the model of employee performance that is influenced by motivation, leadership and organizational culture. The method of writing scientific articles is by using qualitative methods and library research or library research. The results of this literature review article are: motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

PT Nardevchem Kemindo is a company in the distribution of raw materials for processed food and beverages industries. The problem studied in this research is that during the 2015 – 2019 period, the waste level occurs in the company’s data always exceeds the company's tolerance limit of 1% and always increases each year. The purpose of this research is to find out the root cause of the waste and to formulate the improvement recommendations for the company to minimize waste as the company's efforts towards Green Logistics. The methods used in this research is the DMAIC concept, followed by the fishbone to identify the root cause of the problem and the FMEA followed by the 5W+1H method to formulate proposed improvements for company. Improvement recommendations for the company are the training for the sales team, installation of air conditioners and thermostat at the warehouse and formulating SOPs for incoming goods inspection.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the relationship model between workload, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of banking employees in Jakarta. The research design is descriptive quantitative causal, where the object of this research is banking employees in Jakarta as many as 100 people. Data analysis using SPSS test tool will be tested for validity, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. In this study there are three hypotheses where the test results show that partially the workload, work motivation, and work discipline variables affect the performance of Islamic banking employees in Jakarta.

Abstract

The background of the research in this thesis is that an agency often only demands high performance from employees, regardless of the factors that influence it, even though the fundamental factors in supporting performance, such as competence, work discipline and work environment must also be considered for the sake of increasing employee productivity. The research questions in writing this thesis are: (1) How does the work environment affect the work discipline of KPPU's employees (2) How is the influence of the Work Environment on KPPU Employee Performance? (3) How does competence affect KPPU's employees' work discipline? (4) How does competence affect KPPU's employee performance? (5) How does work discipline affect KPPU' s employee performance? (6) What is the indirect effect of the Work Environment on KPPU Employee Performance through Work Discipline? (7) What is the indirect effect of Work Competence on KPPU Employee Performance through Work Discipline. This type of research is a causal research which aims to test the hypothesis about the effect of the independent variables (work environment, competence and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance) in the Business Competition Supervisory Commission. From the results of this study, the authors concluded that: (1) Work Environment affects Work Discipline. (2) The work environment affects employee performance. (3) Competence affects work discipline. (4) Competence affects employee performance. (5) Work Discipline affects Employee Performance. (7) The work environment has an indirect effect on employee performance through work discipline. (8) Competence has an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of workload and work discipline on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The number of respondents involved in this study reached 107 respondents. All respondents are employees at PT. XX, both employees who occupy staff positions and employees who have positions as leaders/managers of the company. This research is a quantitative research. Research data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The research data was then analyzed through the Partial Least Square analysis technique with the SmartPLS program. The results of the analysis using the PLS analysis technique provide the following conclusions: (1) Workload has a negative effect on job satisfaction; (2) work discipline has a negative effect on job satisfaction; (3) Workload has a negative effect on performance; (4) Work discipline has a positive effect on performance; (5) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance; (6) Workload can affect performance through job satisfaction; (7) Work discipline can affect performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

In the midst of digital business growth rapidly and Covid-19 pandemic that has lasted for several years, people tends to carry out all their activities from home, including fulfilling their needs through various e-commerce services. This research model intends to investigate the important role from customer perceived value in increasing online repurchase intention on various e-commerce sites in Indonesia, such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada and Blibli. This research method designed by quantitative causality with a total sample of 310 people through snowball sampling. The analytical method used AMOS-SEM to verified the role of customer value perceptions. This results shows that customer perceived value indirectly act as an crucial part in increasing the influence from e-service quality, ease of use, store image and online promotion on online repurchase intention.

Abstract

The digital era brings humanity into life easier, even in ordering food or drinks in the modern era is very easy. Because it is supported by sophisticated technology, it will support a more aggressive economy. However, this is an aspect that is considered by researchers, with an economy supported by sophisticated technology, there will be quite tight competition, many MSME companies feel helped but many small companies are threatened due to lack of knowledge about strategies for customer satisfaction related to product quality and price perception. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Quality and Price on Purchase Decisions and their impact on Repurchase on Samsung smartphone consumers in the city of Jakarta. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased and used Samsung smartphone products located in the city of Jakarta. The number of samples used is based on the number of indicators multiplied by 5 to obtain 180 respondents. The research data was obtained through a survey conducted using a questionnaire and data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results showed that product quality and price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality had no effect on repurchases, prices had a positive and significant effect on repurchases, and purchase decisions were not able to mediate the relationship between product quality and repurchase, but were able to mediate relationship between Price and Repurchase.

Abstract

The main problem in this research was the discovery of work-family conflicts, family-work conflicts, and work stress on female teachers in The State High School Cluster 05 Tangerang Regency of Banten Province, which is an indication-based on the low performance of the teacher. This study uses descriptive methods with quantitative approaches, and those subjects are all female teachers in cluster 05 with a total of 150 people, and the sample turns into 60 female teacher respondents who have a family. The analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis, to obtain valid and reliable data so the results can be used to understand and anticipate problems in school organizations. The results partially showed that work-family conflict, family-work conflict, and work stress did not significantly affect the performance of female teachers, but still had an impact on the performance of female teachers of Cluster 05 High School in Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. Therefore, female teachers should be able to balance professionalism as a teacher by exploring performance competencies in female teachers, both in innovative and creative teaching initiatives, and building good communication in the family to create family harmony that can support a woman's career, and reduce the work stress with all ambiguities due to her dual role.
