Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine promotion strategies through Instagram social media by Senja Coffee and Kitchen in increasing post-pandemic sales. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach involving observation and in-depth interviews. A total of 10 respondents were involved in this study, namely parties related to Senja Coffee and Kitchen. The data obtained from this research provides valuable insight into the promotion strategy that has been implemented by Senja Coffee and Kitchen, including the promotional stages used to maximize marketing. The results of the study show that the promotion strategy for Senja Coffee and Kitchen through social media Instagram is very effective in increasing visibility, attractiveness and sales at Senja Coffee and Kitchen in Jember. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of utilizing social media, especially Instagram, as an effective means of promotion for coffee shop businesses. This research provides valuable insights for the coffee shop industry in developing effective promotional strategies through social media.

Abstract

The Mambi Health Center is one of the first-level health service facilities that plays an important role in the national health system with a working area consisting of 2 sub-districts and 11 villages namely Mambi Sub-District, Sendana Village Sondonglayuk Village, Bujungmanurung Village, Tapalinna Village, Talipukki Sub-District, Rantebulahan Village, Saludurian Village , Salualo Village, Salumaka Village, Pamoseang Village, Salubanua Village and Indobanua Village. In its activities, the Mambi Health Center faces a number of problems related to employee performance that is not optimal, which is allegedly the result of inadequate work facilities available and low employee discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities and work discipline on employee performance at the Mambi Health Center. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data obtained using a questionnaire. The population is all employees of the Mambi Health Center and a sample of 38 people with proportional random sampling. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing t test and f test. The results showed that work facilities and work discipline had a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of Mambi Health Center employees.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative data analysis, which is a form of data analysis that uses numerical categories, thus the data must be clarified in certain categories using nominal values. There are two temporary answers which are the subject of discussion in this research which have been tested using statistical analysis methods. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that: (a). The contribution of tourism sector income to Mamuju Regency's original regional income occurred in 2021 and 2022, with a contribution value of 0.02%. The highest contribution occurred in 2018, with a contribution value of 0.08%. From the total local original income, it can be concluded that in the time period studied, the Mamuju Regency government has not been able to rely on tourism sector income as the leading factor in making up local original income. (b). The highest income effectiveness of the Mamuju Regency Tourism Sector occurred in 2018 with a value of 66.03%. Meanwhile, the lowest effectiveness occurred in 2022 with a value of 9.32%. Tourism sector income is included in the less effective category because realized income does not exceed the target of 100%.

Abstract

This research aims to focus on internal communication that occurs between leaders and subordinates, in this case the Principal and the Teachers and Teachers as subordinates who have the task of providing instruction to students who are always motivated to carry out their roles. This research is a qualitative research using informants as the main source of knowledge of the main problems observed at SMA Negeri 1 Kalukku in Mamuju Regency. Data analysis techniques use primary data by carrying out data reduction, data presentation and data conclusions. Data validity uses technical triangulation, method triangulation, and source triangulation. The Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Kalukku in Mamuju Regency is able to provide good and positive internal communication for teachers in teacher motivation, this has been proven to provide encouragement and motivation which has been given and carried out by the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Kalukku in Mamuju Regency. The Principal's internal communication is carried out well, this can be seen from the Principal's ability to bring teachers closer together so that harmonization is built as an educator who has an interest in carrying out his role as an educator who carries out teaching and learning together with students, internal communication of the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Kalukku in Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

Research Objectives: To determine and analyze the application of government accounting standards (SAP) which influences the quality of government financial reports at the Bone Regency Regional Revenue Agency, to determine the accounting basis used by the Government Accounting Standards (SAP) for the Bone Regency Regional Revenue Agency. This research uses quantitative methods to measure the quality of government financial reports at the Bone Regency Regional Revenue Agency. Research results 1) Government accounting standards have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports in a positive direction at the Bone Regency Regional Revenue Agency. 2) The better implementation of government accounting standards will be accompanied by the quality of financial reports. In other words, government accounting standards will help improve the quality of financial reports at the Bone Regency Regional Revenue Agency. 3) The results of this research prove that if the score of government accounting standards increases by 1 (one) unit, there will be an increase in the quality of financial reports

Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview of the quality of customer complaint service as seen from tangibles (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), and empathy (empathy). The type of research used in this research is qualitative, the types of data are primary data and secondary data. while the informants for this research are managers, Customer Service, data and information management departments and customers of PT PLN ULP Hasanuddin. Meanwhile, the data collection used is observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research show that the quality of customer complaint service at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Hasanuddin is quite satisfactory in terms of tangible indicators (physical evidence), reliability is not optimal because it does not comply with the time promised by PT PLN in resolving complaints from customers, Responsiveness (responsiveness) in providing services does not serve customer needs quickly so customers feel that PLN P T officers are slow in handling complaints, assurance (guarantee) has not been categorized as good because of complaints from customers who consider officers favoritism to customers they know, and empathy (empathy) in this indicator regarding communication and service information that meets customer desires

Abstract

This research proposes to determine the performance of village officials at the Lompu Village Office, Cina District, Bone Regency. 1). To find out about community services at the Lompu Village Office, Cina District, Bone Regency. 2). To determine the influence of the performance of village officials on services to the community at the Lompu Village Office, Cina District, Bone Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study is the entire object that is the source of data in this study, namely all people who have received services at the Lompu Village Office, Cina District, Regency. The sampling technique used, the sample that will be taken in this research is 15% of the number of people who have received services at the Lompu Village Office, Cina District, Bone Regency. So the sample for this research is 15% X 360= 54 people and 8 employees as informants . The data analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results of this research show that 1). The level of performance of village officials at the Lompu Village Office, Cina District, Bone Regency is classified as very high with a percentage of 66.67% 2) The level of service of village officials at the Lompu Village Office, Cina District, Bone Regency to the community is classified as high with a percentage of 50% 3). The level of performance of village officials influences services to the community at the Lompu Village Office, Cina District, Bone Regency with a coefficient interval of 0.87 or 87%, which means the level of influence is very high and the rest is influenced by other factors at 13%.

Abstract

PT Pegadaian is a state-owned company which operates in the field of pawn credit distribution. A pledge is a right obtained by a creditor over a movable item given to him by the debtor in his name to guarantee a debt. In pawning there is an accounting system for granting and paying off pawns. The accounting system plays an important role in the company's internal control system. The purpose of this research is to determine the accounting system and procedures for pawn repayment at PT Pegadaian Watampone Branch. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the discussion relating to the problem formulation in this research, the pawn settlement accounting system and procedures at PT Pegadaian Watampone Branch are generally running well because they are in accordance with the pawn repayment SOP that has been implemented by the pawnshop, starting from paying off the pawn until handing over. receive pawned goods. The pawn repayment accounting system and procedures at PT Pegadaian Watampone Branch are also supported by the implementation of internal control quite well, this is evident from the documents and credit records used by PT Pegadaian in the pawn repayment accounting systems and procedures used has been adequate.

Abstract

Research Objectives To determine the magnitude of the influence of debt on net profit at PT Pegadaian Bone Regency in 2023, To determine the magnitude of the influence of loans granted (PYD) on net profit at PT Pegadaian Bone Regency in 2023, To determine the magnitude of the influence of debt and loans granted (PYD) on net profit at PT Pegadaian Bone Regency in 2023. This research uses explanatory research which is explanatory in nature and aims to test a theory or hypothesis in order to strengthen or even reject existing theories or research hypotheses, as well as test the relationship or the relationship between variables, two or more variables. Research results 1) Debt does not have a significant influence on net profit at PT Pegadaian Bone. 2) Loans provided (PYD) have a significant influence on net profit at PT Pegadaian Bone. 3) Debt and loans granted (PYD) simultaneously have a significant influence on net profit at PT Pegadaian Bone.
