Abstract

CV. Jaya Abadi adalah perusahaan bergerak dalam produksi kayu. Selama proses produksinya terdapat beberapa jenis cacat yaitu cacat ring shake, lubang, dan mata kayu. Selain itu pada tiap proses produksi terdapat aktivitas pemborosan (waste) atau non-value added (NVA). Selama periode penelitian diketahui rata-rata produk cacat sebesar 8.95%, hal tersebut dapat mengurangi profit perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi kecacatan produksi dengan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses berdasarkan konsep pengendalian mutu dengan metodologi Lean six sigma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan total waktu siklus sebesar 5876.40 menit dengan lead time 16625.80 menit, diketahui bahwa aktivitas NVA sebesar 40.89%.  Pada periode penelitian rata-rata nilai DPMO sebesar 29835.39 atau 3.39 sigma level. Cacat terbesar didominasi jenis cacat ring shake, analisis FMEA menunjukkan faktor metode memiliki nilai RPN terbesar sehingga perlu tindak perbaikan penggunaan perlindungan kayu dengan cara membuat gudang penyimpanan baru, menerapkan perlindungan tambahan, penanganan hati-hati selama proses produksi kayu, dan melakukan pemantauan secara berkala.

Abstract

Konstruksi rumah panggung digunakan untuk kondisi bangunan diatas tanah rawa Banjarmasin. Bangunan rumah dengan menggunakan deretan tiang kayu berada diatas kondisi tanah yang berair. Deretan tiang kayu inilah sebagai penopang beban bangunan diatasnya dan disalurkan melalui pondasi. Sementara digunakan pancangan galam untuk perbaikan daya dukung tanah. Pondasi tiang kayu ini memiliki kemampuan menopang beban yang terbatas sehingga diperlukan inovasi perkuatan pondasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan cara perkuatan pondasi tiang kayu sebagai inovasi desain pondasi di tanah rawa. Selain tiang kayu, digunakan material baru berupa tiang dan pondasi plat beton. Penemuan pengembangan pondasi lapangan adalah dengan memadukan penggunaan tiang kayu dengan tiang beton. Hasil perkuatan pondasi tiang kayu dilakukan berdasarkan tipe kondisi lahan/kavling yang menyebabkan beberapa langkah pelaksanaannya.  Usaha perkuatan pondasi dilakukan dengan membuat sistem kombinasi tiang kayu dan tiang beton dengan tetap menggunakan pancangan galam. Dengan penambahan tiang beton di titik yang terdapat beban berat akan memperkuat pondasi.

Abstract

XYZ Company is a manufacturing company that makes diesel products. In the production process, there is a need for quality control so that the final product can meet the company's quality standards. The problem of the XYZ Company is the quality control process carried out by the company that still uses manual so that a lot of paper is wasted in the quality control process.The design and construction process carried out is using the waterfall method. The waterfall method consists of five steps is requirements, design, implementation, verification and maintenance. The framework for implementation process on the website is Laravel, and the CSS used is Tailwind CSS, and the framework for application is react native. The system that has been designed has succeeded in providing convenience in quality control.

Abstract

The problem with this research is the services provided by Puskesmas Curug seem to have excessively long waiting times. In light of this problem, it is imperative to establish a forecast in order to improve the readiness of healthcare facilities in delivering patient care. The forecast for the number of patient visits at Puskesmas Curug was made using data from the years 2015-2018, including visits from both the general public and those covered by the BPJS. Three techniques, specifically linear regression, single exponential smoothing, and autoregressive integrated moving average, are utilised to predict and ascertain the most precise forecasting accuracy. Furthermore, this study has created a representation that can be used by the Curug health centre. The research findings suggest that the ARIMA technique demonstrated the highest level of accuracy, with a precision rate of 73%. The visualisation result will be transmitted to the Puskesmas and then evaluated.

Abstract

Kerukunan Keluarga Wuamesu Ende Makassar merupakan salah satu organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan yang bertempat di Kota Makassar. Salah satu program kerja dari organisasi ini adalah untuk menyediakan lahan Tempat Pemakaman untuk anggota organisasi dan dibuka untuk Masyarakat Ende lain yang berdomisili daerah Kota Makassar, Kabupaten Gowa dan sekitarnya, akan tetapi TPBU yang disediakan belum memiliki peta topologi yang jelas. Oleh karena itu, pemetaan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kondisi topologi serta ukuran TPBU tersebut. Alat total station digunakan untuk menentukan ukuran site serta elevasi dari TPBU tersebut. Selain pemetaan, dibuat desain contoh makam yang dapat dijadikan alternatif khususnya untuk umat Kristiani. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan didapatkan bahwa luas daerah TPBU adalah ± 5.000 m2 dengan lebar 49,38 m dan panjang 117,56 m, dengan luasan ini TPBU ini dapat menyediakan 390 makam.

Abstract

Trichoderma sp. membantu menyediakan unsur hara bagi tanaman dengan mempercepat terjadinya  dekomposisi senyawa organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan bibit jeruk siam pontianak pada tanah gambut dengan pemberian inokulan T. harzianum (R3). Desain penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) perlakuan sebanyak lima, masing-masing empat ulangan. Variabel pengamatan berupa tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat basah dan berat kering tanaman. Berdasarkan uji analisi sidik ragam, pemberian inokulan T. harzianum (R3) tidak memiliki pengaruh nyata pada tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun, akan tetapi memiliki pengaruh nyata pada berat basah dan berat kering tanaman. Pemberian 50 g inokulan T. harzianum (R3) merupakan dengan perlakuan terbaik untuk pertumbuhan bibit jeruk siam pontianak.

Abstract

The rise of various fire cases needs to be minimized through a fire protection system using equipment that is operated manually or automatically to detect and extinguish fires as early as possible. Changes in temperature and smoke appearing at the location can be parameters for early detection of the fire. This thesis successfully determines the number and point of detectors as well as fire protection installations in laboratory buildings in accordance with Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and Indonesian Regulations, namely the calculation of the number of detectors obtained was 44 units, divided into 22 heat detectors and 22 smoke detectors. On the 1st floor there are 16 detectors installed, 8 smoke detectors and 8 heat detectors, on the 2nd floor 16 units are installed consisting of 8 heat detectors and 8 smoke detectors, while on the 3rd floor there are 12 installed with 6 heat detectors and 6 smoke detectors.

Abstract

The factor that causes potato plants to be less than optimal is diseased potato plants. This potato plant disease can be identified from spotty leaves and dry stems, by identifying it using an identification system based on disease images. Potato stem datasets were obtained at the Ijen Bondowoso plantation as many as 1,132 and 816 diseased and non-diseased potato stem datasets. In the results of the potato leaf graph, the best results were obtained at epoch 25 with an accuracy value of testing data and training data of 82% and 81% with the loss model at epoch 25 being at a value of 0.42 for training data and 0.41 for testing data in the classification of diseased leaves. potato plant. The results of the classification of potato plant stems found the best value at epoch 25 with an accuracy value of 85% on testing data and 86% on training data. The model loss value in the training set is 0.34 and the validation test value is 0.33 at epoch 24

Abstract

This research uses qualitative action research method with a focus on developing automatic door prototypes at Faridh Collection Stores. The problems identified were queues and accessibility difficulties at store entrances and exits. As a result, a prototype was successfully built with the integration of Arduino Uno, ultrasonic sensors, buzzers, and servo motors. The prototype is effective in detecting objects near doors and performing automatic movements. It is hoped that this system will ease the flow of customer traffic, improving the convenient shopping experience, especially for customers carrying goods or child strollers. This research shows solutions and hopes on this system to solve queuing problems and accessibility difficulties in Faridh Collection stores

Abstract

Cookies are small sweet snacks with a crunchy and hollow texture. This research aims to determine the characteristics of cookies from local tuber flour and millet flour with egg yolk concentration. The research design used was a two-factor completely randomized design. Factor I, type of local tuber flour (kimpul, white yam, yellow sweet potato): millet flour (70:30) and factor II, egg yolk concentration (10%, 12%, 14%). The results of the analysis found that the treatment of kimpul flour and millet flour (70:30) with the addition of 10% egg yolk concentration was the best treatment. The characteristics of the cookies produced are a moisture content of 4.90%, ash content of 0.87%, fat content of 20.92%, and a breaking strength of 9.3 N. The results of the hedonic test show an overall average color of 4.25 (like), taste 3.90 (like), aroma 3.95 (like), texture 3.85 (like).
