Abstract

Carica fruit is a fruit that is rarely found, this fruit is only found in the Dieng mountains, namely the Wonosobo-Banjarnegara area. This research aims to identify the level of maturity of carica fruit using HSI color space transformation in order to obtain better information about the level of fruit maturity in selecting fruit to be processed. In the process of identifying the ripeness of Carica fruit, 90 datasets were used. The 90 datasets are divided into 3 categories, namely, 30 cooked, 30 cooked, and 30 raw. Then, the 90 datasets were divided into 30 training data and 60 testing data. The results of the identification showed 57 correct out of 60 testing datasets with an accuracy of 95%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe sistem informasi operasional berbasis aplikasi mobile guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen Café Langit Biru. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada tantangan yang dihadapi Café Langit Biru dalam pencatatan manual penjualan dan pengeluaran, yang mengakibatkan ketidakakuratan dan kekurangan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan bisnis. Metode prototyping digunakan untuk merancang sistem informasi yang dapat memperbaiki proses penjualan, pencatatan pengeluaran, dan rekapitulasi keuangan dengan fokus pada akurasi pencatatan, efisiensi operasional, dan pengalaman pelanggan. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah desain prototype sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan oleh pengembang aplikasi sebagai acuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi sistem informasi operasional Café Langit Biru. Diharapkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi ini dapat membantu Café Langit Biru meningkatkan kinerja keseluruhan bisnisnya dengan menyediakan solusi yang lebih efisien dan terintegrasi untuk pengelolaan operasional sehari-hari.

Abstract

The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has created new opportunities for optimizing container logistics systems. IoT enables physical devices to connect to the internet, facilitating real-time data exchange and remote control. This research aims to design a control and monitoring system for container stations based on IoT using NodeMCU as an intermediary to integrate PLC devices with the IoT network. The waterfall method ensures systematic system development from requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, to maintenance. Data transmission utilizes the MQTT protocol. Test results demonstrate successful integration between PLC devices and the IoT network via NodeMCU. The Blynk application facilitates control and monitoring of container stations, allowing users to easily interact via push buttons and LEDs.

Abstract

Agriculture plays a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, particularly in horticultural sub-sectors like fruit and vegetable production. Cultivation of tomatoes (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) is one of the flagship commodities, but leaf disease attacks pose a major challenge that can reduce yields. Various studies have highlighted the need for computer vision-based plant disease detection solutions for tomatoes. This research focuses on developing a leaf disease detection application for tomato images on Android using the You Only Look Once (YOLO) method. Model evaluation was conducted using a confusion matrix and metrics such as precision, recall, and mAP (mean Average Precision). The results demonstrate high accuracy in classifying various diseases on tomato leaves. The model showed good performance in classifying different types of tomato leaf diseases, achieving an mAP of 96.6% and recall of 92.2% across all disease classes. Black box testing of the application indicated strong detection capabilities. This application has been successfully developed and released as 'Plantify' on Apkpure.

Abstract

This research was conducted at XYZ gas station with the aim of 1). Knowing the value of customer satisfaction and GAP that occurs in each service attribute, 2). Mapping service attributes on a Cartesian diagram based on satisfaction and expectation values, 3). Provide improvement proposals for service attributes that have the highest GAP. Based on the results of the study, it can be obtained that the average satisfaction level of 5 servqual dimensions is 3.42 and the average expectation level of 5 servqual dimensions is 3.38 so that a positive GAP value of 0.04 is obtained. The highest dimensional GAP was identified in the reliability dimension (reability) which has a value of -0.20. Based on the IPA results of 19 indicators, there are 6 indicators that should be the main priority of the gas station because they are in quadrant I, which shows that the indicators in the quadrant are considered important by customers but the performance of the XYZ gas station is actually low and not appropriate.

Abstract

Current advances in science and development make regular daily existence progressively simpler. Where science and advancement are by and large applied with machines or equipment, human work should be done truly, and time abbreviated. Modified water framework control is a motorization methodology that uses an Arduino microcontroller. This examination utilizes abstract investigation and model improvement strategies. The reason for using this system is to create or foster specific things. This procedure is applied to investigate strategies into 6 phases, to be specific (1) needs, (2) fast arrangement, (3) structure model, (4) client evaluation, (5) refinement model, and (6) execution. This framework utilizes an ultrasonic sensor type HC-SR04 which is utilized to measure the distance of water from an article.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari is public vocational school situated in Manokwari, West Papua. Currently, the school lacks an integrated information systems and information technology (IS/IT) infrastructure to facilitate its operational processes, such as student enrollment, employee data management, and financial transactions, all of which are presently handled manually. This study aims to devise an enterprise architecture tailored to the information and communication technology needs of the school. The enterprise information technology architecture design will be crafted utilizing the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), adhering to the initial five stages of the TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method): Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Application & Data Architecture, and Technology Architecture, specifically tailored for SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari.This research yields portfolio of applications: SIPS, SIK, and SIKU. The objective is to improve service delivery according to requirements, thereby enhancing the overall service quality to support the business processes at SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the addition gelatin and the addition egg white on the characteristics of marshmallows. The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor was the addition of gelatin (8%, 10%, 12%) and the second factor was the addition of egg white (6%, 8%, 10%). The results showed that the addition of gelatin and egg white had an effect on water content, ash content and hardness, but had no effect on antioxidant activity, vitamin C and reducing sugars. The best research results were marshmallows with the addition of 12% gelatin and the addition of 10% egg white which produced marshmallow characteristics with a water content of 19,98%, ash content of 0,23%, antioxidant activity of 29,64%, vitamin C of 13,10mg/100ml, reducing sugar 8,36%, hardness 1,06 N and organoleptic test showed color 3,76; taste 4,20; aroma 3,60; and texture 4,04.

Abstract

 This research investigates the factors that affect the adoption of e-commerce innovations by village government employees, who are crucial in developing village-owned enterprises (BUMDES). The study uses a literature review to explore the factors influencing the adoption of e-commerce by village employees. By searching for articles published between 2014 and 2023 in reputable journals like Scopus, EmeraldInsight, Science Direct, and EBSCOhost, 30 relevant articles were obtained. The research reveals that technological, economic, environmental, organisational, and trust factors have the greatest impact on the adoption of e-commerce in village governments. These findings can serve as a basis for future research on the effectiveness of these factors and can also assist policy makers and organizations in implementing effective strategies for e-commerce adoption by BUMDES in rural areas. This adoption is expected to have a positive impact on economic development and overall rural progress.

Abstract

Calcium silicate is a chemical compound with the formula CaSiO₃ that is often used in various industrial fields. Calcium silicate is produced through several methods, one of which is the solid-state reaction method. CaO is obtained by calcining limestone to remove CO₂ compounds for 4 hours at a temperature of 900°C. The production of calcium silicate is carried out using the solid-state reaction method with variables set at different mixing ratios of CaO and SiO₂ (1:0.5; 1:0.75; 1:1; 1:1.25; and 1:1.5) and reaction temperatures to form calcium silicate (1000°C, 1050°C, 1100°C, 1150°C, and 1200°C). This research aims to determine the best CaO to SiO₂ ratio produced in the study using the solid-state reaction method optimized through Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The optimization results with RSM indicate that the optimum point in the experiment is at a temperature of 1050°C with a mixing ratio of 1:0.5
