Abstract

Dalam memilih indekos, ada banyak kriteria yang dipertimbangkan calon penyewa. Kondisi ini membutuhkan pendekatan analitik yang dapat membantu individu dalam mencari indekos dengan tetap memperhatikan preferensi masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem rekomendasi melalui pendekatan analisis klaster K-Prototype dan Partitioning Around Medoids (PAM) dengan Gower Distance. Metode PAM dengan Gower Distance bekerja lebih baik dengan indeks Silhouette 0.45 dan berhasil mengelompokkan indekos kedalam 2 klaster, yakni indekos standar dan eksklusif. Sistem rekomendasi kemudian dibangun berdasarkan kesamaan jarak Gower. Hasil pengujian dengan User Acceptance Test (UAT) sebesar 70% mengindikasikan bahwa secara keseluruhan sistem dapat dikatakan baik dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna.

Abstract

Identification and mapping of industrial centers is a strategic step in supporting sustainable regional planning and development. The Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN) algorithm offers an effective approach in identifying industrial centers by analyzing the spatial distribution and density of data. This study aims to apply the DBSCAN algorithm in spatial data analysis to identify industrial centers in the Situbondo Regency area. The study uses a dataset of small and medium industries (IKM) from the Cooperative, Industry, and Trade Office of Situbondo Regency. The analysis results show that the DBSCAN algorithm successfully grouped industrial locations into several high-density clusters, identified as the main industrial centers. Further analysis reveals that the application of the DBSCAN algorithm can identify areas with potential for new industrial centers. These results can be used by the local government of Situbondo Regency as a basis for better regional development and economic planning.

Abstract

Tsunami telah meninggalkan tragedi di Indonesia, salah satunya tsunami Selat Sunda pada Lampung dan Banten. Diperlukan mitigasi bencana, tetapi kurangnya sinergi Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) dengan pelaporan erupsi Pusat Volkanologi dan Mitigasi Bencana Geologi (PVMBG) menghambat upaya mitigasi dampak tsunami Selat Sunda. Untuk meningkatkan sinergi, dirancang dasbor pra-bencana tsunami dengan tujuan memaksimalkan pengurangan risiko bencana (PRB) di Panggarangan, Lebak. Perancangan dilakukan dengan metodologi Prototype, yang dilakukan secara sistematis mulai dari analisis kebutuhan GMLS, perancangan dengan menggunakan business intelligence tool bernama Tableau, pengujian dengan kuesioner System Usability Scale, kemudian revisi hingga dasbor sesuai kebutuhan. Harapannya, rancangan dasbor dapat meningkatkan sinergi antar-stakeholders, terutama di Panggarangan, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan baik pihak yang berkepentingan dalam perencanaan tata kota maupun mitigasi bencana.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur pengelasan baja. Salah satu produknya yaitu cerobong pembuangan gas (ducting) berbahan baja karbon rendah Structural Steel (SS400). Dalam proses produksi sering terindikasi cacat pengelasan sehingga memerlukan pengerjaan ulang karena terindikasi cacat. Jika sebuah ducting mengalami retak dan bocor maka struktur ducting akan roboh dan penyaluran gas akan bocor dan tidak tersalurkan dengan baik. Maka tujuan penelitian ini yaitu identifikasi jenis cacat pengelasan dan upaya penanggulangannya dengan menggunakan metode NDT Penetrant dan metode Statistical Quality Control (SQC) untuk mencari faktor penyebab dan persentase kecacatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya cacat pengelasan porosity, undercut dan crack. Cacat paling dominan yaitu porosity dengan luasan cacat 825 mm persentase (2,23%), undercut 455 mm (1,23%) dan crack 155 mm (0,42%). Hasil analisis control chart pada SQC bahwa dari ketiga cacat tidak adanya penyimpangan keluar dari batas kontrol yang di tetapkan sehingga jumlah cacat masih dalam kendali dan perusahaan dapat mempertahankannya.

Abstract

The inventory management system for car workshops is still using Excel, which makes it inefficient and inaccurate for complex stock calculations. The solution is to design an inventory application that uses the Economic Order Quantity and Reorder Point methods. The application will provide timely stock replenishment information and optimize order quantities, increasing inventory management efficiency and accuracy. The Software Development Life Cycle used in this study is Rapid Application Development, a process emphasizing short development cycles. User Acceptance Test results show that users received the inventory management system very well, with an average satisfaction level of 98.44% for Admins and 97% for general users, indicating high satisfaction with the system's features and functionality.

Abstract

Dalam era Industri 4.0, teknologi digital menjadi elemen krusial dalam operasi bisnis, terutama di industri fashion. CV DV Star, yang didirikan pada tahun 2017, menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam manajemen inventaris, akurasi transaksi, dan sinkronisasi data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mentransformasi proses penjualan dan distribusi CV DV Star melalui sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) berbasis web yang terintegrasi. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara dan observasi, memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang proses bisnis yang ada di perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan metode prototyping, sistem ERP dikembangkan dengan modul-modul untuk manajemen stok, pemrosesan transaksi, pengawasan produksi, dan pelaporan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam akurasi data, efisiensi operasional, dan produktivitas keseluruhan. Dengan mengadopsi solusi digital ini, CV DV Star dapat mengelola inventaris dengan lebih baik, memastikan distribusi produk tepat waktu, dan menjaga catatan transaksi yang akurat, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan daya saing dan produktivitas perusahaan.

Abstract

Cosplay is an activity where individuals imitate the dressing style of a character, typically from fictional works such as games, anime, VTubers, and others. Before engaging in cosplay activities, cosplayers need to choose the desired costume according to their individual needs. Therefore, cosplayers often experience confusion in selecting a cosplay costume due to the many costume options and the desired costume criteria. One way to assist in making decisions is through a recommendation system. A recommendation system can help users make decisions based on their preferences. In this study, the design and development of a webbased recommendation system for selecting cosplay costumes using the Simple Additive Weighting method were conducted. This system was then evaluated by 52 respondents. Based on a survey conducted using the EUCS method to measure user satisfaction levels, an average score of 80.65% was obtained.

Abstract

Operational problems related to performance evaluation within the company are the background for this research. Data was collected through interviews with the chief auditor, a 4-item questionnaire for the head of IT and 3 IT staff, and observations of company documents and staff performance. The questionnaire used a Likert scale, and the overall assessment applied the Maturity Model. Results indicated that PT. Bersama Kita Besar achieved a level 3 (Defined Process) in maturity. Small improvements are needed to reach levels 4 and 5, such as enhancing staff performance through training and adding competent human resources. The study focused on the IT division of PT Bersama Kita Besar, using clauses 4 to 10 of ISO 9001:2015 for measurement. These results can support the company's ISO 9001:2015 certification efforts and ongoing improvements.

Abstract

The Lab Me application is an item data collection application for computer laboratories. As time goes by, manual data collection has become far behind and is ineffective, errors often occur when collecting data on goods which give rise to new problems, so we need an application that will make it easier to collect data on goods. by applying the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. The UCD approach is used to ensure that user needs and preferences are the main focus in the application design and development process. To collect data regarding user needs and preferences, questionnaires were distributed to IT staff who manage computer laboratories. The research results show that the application of the UCD method in developing the Lab Me application has succeeded in increasing user satisfaction and efficiency in the computer laboratory equipment inventory management process. From the test results using the black box method with 10 respondents, 90% said they were satisfied and 10% said they were dissatisfied. This application is expected to be an effective solution in supporting laboratory operational activities, especially in terms of data collection and equipment tracking.

Abstract

Generally, post-harvest handling of corn production involves collecting agents who shell whole corn into kernels before selling them to processing companies. Due to fairly rapid price changes and different criteria for each company, corn seed purchasing companies are selected to maximize agent profits. This research aims to help corn seed collecting agents (sellers) prioritize sales to several processing companies (buyers). A case study was conducted on the production of corn grain in Tiga Binanga District which was sold to processing companies in Medan, North Sumatra. Buyer priority decisions are made using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy AHP (FAHP) methods. The results obtained from both methods have the same priority ranking for 1-3 (buyers M, G, I) but differ for the ranking 4-6. The buyers' priority for the last 3 rankings is C, L, S or L, C, S. Therefore, for buyer selection decisions, agents can utilize the priority ranking and apply this method for any changes that may occur.
