Abstract

The number of traffic accidents related to motorbikes in Balikpapan City increases every year, this is caused by motorbike riders committing traffic violations, so efforts are needed to implement safe driving behavior for motorbike riders. This research aims to determine the fit of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and determine the variables that have a significant influence in determining the influence of motorbike rider behavior on driving safety in Balikpapan City. This research uses primary data from 322 motorbike riders in Balikpapan City using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and Partial Least Square (PLS) approach which was processed using SmartPLS software. The results of the research show that the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the Partial Least Square approach is declared fit and there are two variables that have a significant influence, namely risk perception and aggressive behavior variables

Abstract

Maintaining water quality and light intensity in aquascape is often a challenge due to changing environmental conditions. The main problem in this research is how to monitor and regulate light intensity and water temperature automatically to support the survival of biota in aquascape. This research develops an Internet of Things (IoT) based monitoring system that uses DS18B20 sensor to monitor water temperature and GY-302 BH1750 sensor to monitor light intensity. Data from the sensors is sent to the ESP32 microcontroller which processes the data and controls the output in the form of LED lights, DC fans, and heaters. This tool is also equipped with notifications through the Blynk application on smartphones, so that users can monitor aquascape conditions in real-time. Prototype development method is used in this research with data collected through observation and literature study. The results show that this tool is able to monitor water quality and aquascape environment accurately and provide automatic notifications, so as to maintain optimal conditions for the biota in it.

Abstract

Perencanaan penjadwalan produksi sangatlah penting dalam industri manufaktur, terutama dalam konteks produksi transformator. Pengembangan sistem penjadwalan produksi yang efektif dan efisien sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem sistem Resource Work Planning (RWP) ini dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan penjadwalan dibandingkan dengan metode manual sebelumnya dengan lebih cepat dan efesien menggunakan system berbasis web yang mencakup penjadwalan produksi otomatis dengan menerapkan metode SCRUM. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan efisiensi perencanaan produksi transformator melalui pengembangan sistem penjadwalan produksi. Metode SCRUM digunakan untuk mengelola proyek pengembangan sistem secara cepat dan adaptif, memungkinkan pengembang untuk dengan mudah menyesuaikan prioritas dan kebutuhan. Harapannya, hasil dari penelitian ini akan memberikan solusi yang meningkatkan proses perencanaan produksi, sehingga dapat mencapai efisiensi operasional yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Rekosistem merupakan program digitalisasi untuk mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar memahami cara kerja dari aplikasi Rekosistem dan mengetahui kekuatan serta kelemahannya sebagai suatu teknologi yang eksis di zaman ini. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menjelaskan dengan mendeskripsikan data yang diambil dari studi literatur. Adapun teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Difusi Inovasi, dikarenakan aplikasi Rekosistem merupakan gagasan baru untuk mengubah perilaku ramah lingkungan.  Melalui analisis SWOT, hasil dari penelitian yaitu ditemukannya identifikasi internal dan eksternal. Selain itu ditemukan pula Strategi S-O yaitu terkait pembangunan fitur dan publikasi; Strategi S-T yakni untuk memproteksi privasi pelanggan dan memiliki inovasi yang khas; Strategi W-O untuk menjalin relasi pelayanan pelanggan yang responsif; lalu Strategi W-T untuk membandingkan dengan aplikasi lain serta memberikan layanan bersifat responsif dan reaktif.

Abstract

The application of information technology that supports company business activities in IT services can be assessed for its IT governance capabilities using the COBIT 2019 framework, including security aspects. This research aims to determine the company's IT governance capabilities in the Managed Risk (APO12), Managed Security (APO13), and Managed Configuration (BAI10) domains to overcome security risks and provide recommendations for achieving a higher level of capability. This qualitative research uses data obtained through interviews and literature studies. Based on the results of capability measurements, the company received a score at level 2 to target levels 3 and 4, which indicates a gap of 1 to 2 levels. Recommendations include improving risk understanding, security awareness, security controls, and configuration management. Additionally, recommendations for ERP modules such as risk management, information security management, project management, configuration management, and quality management are proposed to address the identified issues.

Abstract

The content of this article aims to determine the value of the best crystal formation by hot crystallization using Response Surface Methodology with the Composite Central Design (CCD) method, then the crystals are identified using XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) analysis. The hot crystallization method at a temperature of 90°C with a stirring speed of 500 rpm was used with variations in reaction time and sulfuric acid concentration. The reaction times used were 50, 55, 60, 65, and 70 minutes, and the sulfuric acid concentrations were 10%, 12%, 14%, 16%, and 18%. The highest mass of copper sulfate crystals obtained was 5.3908 grams with a reaction time of 70 minutes and a sulfuric acid concentration of 18%, with the highest chemical element in the crystal being Cu at 76.06%.

Abstract

The presence of the PELNI application mobile makes it easier for people to make purchases online without having to go through the ticket purchase counter manually. This application is very important because it can be used as a source of evaluation to improve the quality of services provided by the application. The flow of this research includes the planning, data collection and data analysis stages. This research used 101 respondents and 15 statements. This research measures PELNI user satisfaction mobile. Based on the results of the analysis carried out using the TAM and EUCS methods, there were 2 accepted hypotheses, namely H1 and H3, and 3 rejected hypotheses, namely H2, H4, and H5. The results obtained through SEM-PLS analysis are classified as moderate with correlation values R-Square of 48.5% for the user satisfaction variable.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health (K3) in medium-sized business enterprises (UKM) is really needed because almost 70% of SMEs in Indonesia do not know about occupational safety and health (K3). Occupational diseases (PAK) in weaving workers are Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). The aim of the research is to analyses the ergonomic factors that result in MSDs complaints among workers. Using quantitative methods with analytical observational research using a cross-sectional design. The number of respondents was 30 respondents. The Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method is used to assess work posture, the Nordic Body Map (NBM) method is used to assess work fatigue (subjective), Lactate Analysis is used to measure work fatigue (objective). The results of the research show that work posture, work fatigue (subjective), work fatigue (objective) have a high risk of MSDs complaints while work period and work duration result in risks to organization.

Abstract

BlueBox is Manokwari’s first e-commerce platform, offering a range of daily and monthly products, including groceries and snacks, with delivery services throughout Manokwari. Payment options include cash, bank transfer, and QRIS. This study aims to evaluate how the BlueBox app can improve service quality based on user satisfaction and experience, ultimately supporting UMKM success in Manokwari. The study uses the Webqual 4.0 method, covering usability, information quality, and service interaction variables, and the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method focusing on timeliness. Data analysis was conducted using the PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS version 4.0. Survey results indicate that the average user satisfaction with the BlueBox app is 4.095, categorized as satisfied. The Timeliness variable significantly impacts user satisfaction with a P-value < 0.05, while variables such as Ease of Use, Information Quality, and Service Interaction do not show significant effects, having P-values > 0.05.

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Bustanul Ulum is a private junior high school that employs a ranking method for new student admissions, utilizing Microsoft Excel for the current selection system.
