Abstract

Karyawan merupakan salah satu aset perusahaan yang paling berharga. Pegawai menjadi SDM yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan.  Untuk memperoleh pegawai yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kantor maka dilakukan rekrutmen. KSPP Syariah BMT NU merupakan Lembaga keuangan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan yang berbasis Syariah. Proses seleksi pegawai baru masih dilakukan secara manual dengan sistem administrasi sehingga memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk menenrukan siapa yang akan diterima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) bertujuan untuk bisa membantu dalam proses penerimaan karyawan. Dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan digunakan enam kriteria yaitu Kelengkapan Berkas Lamaran, Pendidikan Terakhir, Pengalaman Kerja, Usia, Tes Kemampuan (Skill) dan Tes Interview. Hasil penelitian ini memutuskan bahwa nilai tertinggi dengan peringkat pertama yaitu Alternatif 6 dengan perolehan nilai 0,1628.  Adapun tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan bisa memudahkan dan mempercepat saat memilih pegawai yang paling memenuhi kebutuhan kantor.

Abstract

Kebiasaan membuang sampah sembarangan seolah sudah menjadi budaya dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini akan menganalisa peran dan pendekatan Pandawara Group dalam menggunakan media baru untuk mendorong dan mengkampanyekan kebersihan lingkungan dengan menggunakan media sosial terutama TikTok. Penelitian ini menekankan manfaat kampanye tersebut terhadap kesadaran masyarakat dan perubahan perilaku dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan terutama Sungai dan Pantai melalui analisis konten media sosial mereka. Penemuan dari penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang penting tentang seberapa efektif media baru dalam membantu upaya keberlanjutan dan menjaga lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan sehat.

Abstract

Kumara Store offers a diverse range of cosmetics and skincare products in Mandan, Sukoharjo. Due to the extensive variety of products, customers frequently find it challenging to select basic skincare items. To address this issue, developing a recommendation system is crucial to assist customers in finding the most suitable products. This study employs the Content-Based Filtering method alongside the Rapid Application Development approach. The system features include product search and viewing capabilities, with recommendations being generated for users. Admin features allow for the management of attributes and data related to basic skincare products. The Content-Based Filtering technique recommends similar products based on their features or attributes. With 35 product samples and 6 attributes examined, the product Emina MS Pimple achieves the highest similarity score of 0.694 and will be recommended as a basic skincare product. This research can provide a foundation for future studies aimed at enhancing accuracy.

Abstract

This study integrates technology and communication science perspectives, focusing on the impact of digital transformation on layoffs at Indosat in February 2020. The research aims to analyze the relationship between the adoption of new technology and layoffs using Marshall McLuhan's theory. The study employs qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with 10 affected former employees. The findings reveal that digital transformation and automation enhance operational efficiency but cause significant changes in workforce structure and internal dynamics. Former employees associate layoffs with downsizing strategies that impact their well-being. The study explains that communication technology successfully shapes organizational culture and social interactions. In conclusion, it is essential for companies to develop comprehensive change management strategies that consider employee well-being alongside operational efficiency to balance business goals with social responsibility and ensure organizational sustainability.

Abstract

PT Inti Dragon Suryatama is engaged in the shoe and sandal manufacturing industry. Judging from the workstations and the placement of machines that are 3 to 5 metres apart, even though only a few people pass through, thus causing interference with the flow of the process because it takes a long time, so that the production site is not optimal. In the production department there is also a buildup of materials, moving materials too far from the production area to the packing department. This research aims to reduce the distance between departments. The method that will be used to redesign the factory layout is the systematic layout planning (SLP) method and blocplan. The results of this study obtained a change in distance in the proximity of each department, the initial distance of 45.7 metres to 33.5 metres, then the efficiency of using the blocplan algorithm is 26%.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Gasindo Group, especially in the enterprise resource planning system or commonly abbreviated as ERP. Researchers conducted research by measuring IT governance services using the ITIL V3 framework. The Department of Gasindo Group experienced data mismatches in controlling assets and trading activities due to errors in tube numbering registrations from various Departments. The research was conducted using the ITIL V3 framework in the Service Operation domain with 5 processes in it, namely Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Event Management, Access Management and Problem Management. in this study only used three processes, namely problem management, access management and event management. The limitation of the distributed questionnaire adapts to the conditions that exist in the Gasindo Group. The percentage results obtained from problem management (71,1), access management (74,3) and event management stopped at level 1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan implementasi kerangka kerja Six Sigma di industri non-manufaktur, terutama industri makanan dan minuman melalui studi kasus nyata untuk meningkatkan kualitas sajian makanan di tempat (Dine-In). Pendekatan Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, dan Control (DMAIC) Six Sigma diterapkan untuk mengidentifikasi akar penyebab masalah dan merumuskan solusi efektif untuk peningkatan kualitas sajian. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas sajian Dine-In dengan mengurangi kecacatan sajian sebesar 62,5% dibandingkan kondisi sebelum implementasi Six Sigma. Studi ini menjadi yang pertama di literatur dalam memberikan panduan praktis untuk menerapkan Six Sigma dalam konteks non-manufaktur, khususnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sajian Dine-In pada industri makanan dan minuman yang dapat dijadikan rujukan bagi banyak pelaku industri terkait di Indonesia.

Abstract

The current digital era allows people to consult about health digitally, with applications such as Halodoc which are widely used for health consultations and purchasing medicines. This research aims to measure the accuracy of reviews and evaluate the performance of the Naïve Bayes algorithm in the sentiment analysis classification of users of the Halodoc application. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is applied to identify user sentiment which is divided into three categories: positive, negative and neutral. The analysis results show that with a train-test split of 10%, the application has a positive sentiment level of 94%, negative 63%, neutral 0%, and accuracy 85%. With a train-test split of 20%, the results were 93% positive, 69% negative, 13% neutral, and 86% accuracy. Meanwhile, with a train-test split of 30%, the results were positive 92%, negative 66%, neutral 0.9%, and accuracy 84%. This research provides new knowledge about the effectiveness of the Naïve Bayes algorithm in sentiment analysis in health applications, as well as revealing the level of user satisfaction with the Halodoc application.

Abstract

IBS MSME is a business in the field of home industry manufacturing. The products made are baby sofas, baby bedding, etc. By using the main fabric raw materials, namely tetron, cotton, and knitting. However, excessive purchases and material shortages lead to stock of some fabric materials, which makes it difficult to predict future production quantities. This study aims to determine the company's order quantity and total inventory costs with forecasting methods and economic order quantities. In the TIC calculation, the TIC EOQ results obtained have an economic cost for tetron fabric material of Rp. 10.970 while the Company's TIC is Rp. 51.387. The results of forecasting tetron fabric material amounted to 530/m, cotton amounted to 523/m, and knitting amounted to 514/m. While the results of the EOQ calculation obtained the value of tetron fabric material of 50/m, cotton of 50/m, and knitting of 50/m.

Abstract

The competition in the global industry has shifted towards supply chain competition. Therefore, handling and understanding risks in the supply chain has become very important. The objective of this research is to analyze the risks present in the supply chain flow of PT. ABC and design preventive actions for the prioritized risks. This research utilizes the SCOR analysis and the House of Risk method. After processing, five priority Risk Agents were identified, namely A18, A9, A6, A4, and A5. As a result, eight preventive actions were proposed, including (PA1) Updating work SOPs, (PA2) Implementing a reward and punishment system, (PA3) Building a pre-sedimentation unit, (PA4) Coordinating with various relevant parties, (PA5) Organizing seminars on the importance of maintaining raw water sources for stakeholders and the community, (PA6) Establishing agreements at the beginning of a partnership contract with specific actions in case of errors, (PA7) Calculating Safety Stock, (PA8) Adding backup supplier connections/lines in case the main supplier experiences a shortage of raw materials.
