Abstract

With an emphasis on how infrastructure affects the primary economic sectors and the well-being of local communities, this study attempts to examine how infrastructure contributes to economic growth and development in the Coal Region. In order to learn more about Batu Bara's economic growth and infrastructural development, a review of numerous papers, government reports, and related research served as the foundation for this study. Analysis of secondary data was done to find patterns and determine how infrastructure affects economic growth. This study examines Batu Bara's infrastructure development and focuses on current advancements in the energy, information technology, and transportation sectors.The analysis’s findings demonstrate how important Batu Bara’s infrastructure development is to boosting both community welfare and economic prosperity. Growing connectedness and accessibility have boosted population income, boosted investment, and expanded economic sectors. Therefore, sustained infrastructure investment in Batu Bara is thought to be essential to sustaining sustainable economic growth and guaranteeing an improvement in the population’s quality of life.

Abstract

In the digital era, the role of leadership in driving technology adoption and innovation in the SME sector is becoming increasingly important. SMEs, which contribute significantly to Indonesia's economy, face challenges in adopting technology amidst global competition. This research examines the influence of leadership on technopreneurship in SMEs using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Through SLR, this study aims to analyze scientific literature to understand how leadership styles and leader characteristics affect the implementation of technopreneurship in SMEs. The research results show that transformational leadership style, clear vision, openness to change, and the ability to manage risk play important roles in the successful adoption of technopreneurship. This study also reveals the importance of leaders' roles in managing organizational change, building a culture of innovation, and facilitating continuous learning. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, business practitioners, and academics to enhance the competitiveness and resilience of Indonesian SMEs through technopreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of management accounting on cost budget efficiency and productivity in Aqua Home Service in Bogor Regency. In the face of increasingly fierce business competition, cost budget efficiency and productivity have become crucial issues for companies, especially for small and medium businesses such as Aqua Home Service. The implementation of effective management accounting is expected to help companies manage costs more efficiently and increase work productivity. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents, consisting of managers and staff at Aqua Home Service. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression to measure the relationship between the application of management accounting and budget efficiency, cost, and productivity. The results show that there is a positive and significant influence between the application of management accounting on the efficiency of the cost budget, with a regression coefficient value of 0.70, which shows that the application of management accounting can reduce unnecessary expenses. In addition, management accounting also has a positive effect on the company's productivity, with a regression coefficient of 0.65. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of management accounting has an important role in improving the efficiency of the cost budget and productivity of Aqua Home Service in Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Generic or organic means content that is not paid for by outside parties, is created by the brand, but can increase visibility when consumers share it with others. The aim of this research is first to analyze the potential of organic social media (SMO) to encourage brand awareness so that it can then increase sales through social media platforms. Second, what obstacles occur in organic social media marketing. By conducting a systematic literature review, this article provides aspects of organic marketing to drive consumer awareness of a brand. The method used applies Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Based on a systematic literature review, researchers found 7 final samples from 304 total articles. The findings show that organic (unpaid) social media is able to increase visibility when consumers share with others. Basically, organic social media is prioritized for awareness purposes. Organic social media, if used effectively and implementing the right strategy, can be a powerful tool for brands to expand the reach of organic posts and increase opportunities for engagement with targets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of live video, free shipping promo and pay later on online purchasing decisions at Shopee. This study uses associative research using quantitative data sourced from primary data sources. The research instrument used in this study was a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this study were all Shopee users in the city of Bima whose exact number is unknown. Because the population is not known for certain, the Cochrane formula is used to determine the sample size in the unknown population, so that a sample of 96 people was obtained. the sample is Shopee users who have shopped using Shopee pay later and free shipping promos at least once. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature review. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests), multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, decision tests, f tests, and t tests. The results of the study show that live video, free shipping promos and pay later have a significant influence on online purchasing decisions on Shopee, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Market dynamics in the modern economic system often experience various deviations that harm the interests of the wider community. This article examines the phenomenon of market distortions from an Islamic economic perspective using a qualitative-descriptive research method. The research aims to identify forms of market distortions, causal factors, and solutions offered within the framework of Islamic economics. Through literature analysis and conceptual understanding, this study found that market distortions can occur in various forms such as monopoly, asymmetric information, and unfair intervention. The causative factors include weak regulation, low moral awareness, and an unjust economic structure. The Islamic perspective offers a comprehensive solution through the principle of justice (al-'adl), transparency of transactions, and ethics-based supervisory mechanisms. This article makes a theoretical contribution in understanding market distortions from the perspective of Islamic economics and offers a conceptual framework to realize a fair market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan usaha keluarga sehingga mampu bertahan hingga beberapa generasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, hasil pengamatan, penelusuran dokumen arsip, catatan dilapangan dan dokumentasi. Agar mampu mempertahankan bisnis keluarga dalam persaingan diperlukan strategi internal dan eksternal manajemen. Abstract

Keterbatasan sumber daya manusia berkualitas merupakan salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh organisasi non-profit, termasuk lembaga amil zakat. Untuk itu, diperlukan sistem rekrutmen yang efektif guna mendapatkan karyawan yang tidak hanya kompeten secara profesional, tetapi juga sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sistem rekrutmen karyawan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam pada Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional Yatim Mandiri Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, yang memfokuskan pada pemaparan fenomena melalui data kualitatif seperti wawancara dan observasi, serta dokumen-dokumen terkait. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak manajemen dan karyawan, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber dokumentasi internal lembaga. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara, serta dokumentasi untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai proses rekrutmen. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Yatim Mandiri Surabaya menerapkan sistem rekrutmen yang mengutamakan nilai-nilai moral Islam, seperti integritas, kejujuran, dan komitmen terhadap pekerjaan. Lembaga ini juga memadukan sistem meritokrasi dan pengembangan karir dalam proses seleksi karyawan. Selain itu, metode rekrutmen yang diterapkan bersifat terbuka, sehingga memungkinkan keterlibatan publik dalam pendaftaran, namun tetap berpedoman pada prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam penyaringan calon karyawan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai religius dalam praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai keselarasan antara tujuan organisasi dan nilai-nilai spiritual.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of implementing the E-Catalog system on spending efficiency in the goods/services procurement process at the Medan City Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA). E-Catalogue is an electronic information system that contains lists, types, technical specifications and prices of various goods/services from various providers to facilitate electronic transactions. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with Medan City BAPENDA employees who were involved in the goods/services procurement process. In addition, a review of documents related to the implementation of e-Catalog at BAPENDA was carried out. The research results show that the implementation of E-Catalog has increased shopping efficiency in BAPENDA Medan City. This system is able to speed up the procurement process, reduce costs, guarantee reasonable prices and quality, and facilitate user access. Apart from that, E-Catalogue also increases transparency and accountability in managing the goods/services procurement budget.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the characteristics of fraudulent investments, explore well-known cases of fraudulent investments in Indonesia, and present preventive measures for novice investors to avoid the pitfalls of these illegal investments. The research method used is a literature study by collecting and analysing data from various primary and secondary sources, including Islamic finance literature, investigation reports, and case studies. The results show that fraudulent investments often use Ponzi schemes, where funds from new investors are used to pay profits to older investors. High-profile cases such as First Travel, Net89, and Pandawa Cooperative illustrate how these schemes harm many people. Suggested preventive measures include improving financial literacy, consulting with financial experts, and choosing investments that have legality and official licences.
