Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct influence of brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality and brand loyalty on the purchasing decisions of Nescafe coffee consumers in the Jakarta area. This research uses quantitative statistical research, collecting data in the field using survey methods. Distribution of questionnaires is used to find out respondents' answers regarding the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables in this research are brand trust, product quality, and word of mouth, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that; Partial brand awareness does not have a significant impact on the decision to purchase Nescafe coffee. Brand association does not partially have a significant impact on Nescafe coffee purchasing decisions. Partial quality perceptions have a significant impact on the decision to purchase Nescafe coffee. Partial brand loyalty shows that there is no significant relationship to the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. Brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty together (simultan) have a significant influence on the decision making process of purchasing Nescafe coffee. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Per Capita Income and Open Unemployment on poverty in the province of West Nusa Tenggara. The data used is time series data for the period 2019-2021. This research is associative with the quantitative opinion of the place of implementation in the province of NTB. The data is then analyzed using the Panel data analysis method. The data obtained was then processed using the STATA analysis program version 14. The results showed that partially the Per Capita Income variable (X1) had no significant effect on poverty in the NTB Province, then for the open unemployment variable (X2) it was stated that it had a significant effect on poverty in the NTB Province. Meanwhile, the variable per capita income and open unemployment simultaneously have a significant effect on poverty in the province of NTB.

Abstract

This study explores the potential of digital marketing as a tool for empowering entrepreneurship for people with disabilities in the context of increasing globalization. In today's era of globalization, people with disabilities face various barriers such as poor treatment and limited accessibility, regulations that promote economic mobility must be enforced. The research method uses a literature study to analyze various sources related to digital marketing-based entrepreneurship education in the concept of people with disabilities. The results of the study show that this training not only improves the technical skills of people with disabilities, but also helps them enter the digital market and find more inclusive business opportunities. Examples of practices around the world show that digital marketing training can increase participants' income and self-confidence. Discusses how digital marketing can help overcome the problems faced by people with disabilities. It also discusses ideal training strategies that include technological accessibility, practical learning, and post-training support. According to the conclusion of this study, the use of digital marketing in entrepreneurship training can enable people with disabilities to make significant economic contributions and drive positive economic and social change. Abstract

Lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis menuntut perusahaan manufaktur untuk meningkatkan efektivitas operasional dan memitigasi risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pengendalian internal CV Cahaya Logam Abadi di Sidoarjo, mengevaluasi peran COSO Framework dalam mitigasi risiko produksi, serta mengkaji penerapan teknologi digital sebagai Early Warning System (EWS). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan kelemahan dalam struktur organisasi, komunikasi internal, dan pengelolaan risiko. Integrasi teknologi berbasis COSO Framework terbukti mampu meningkatkan pengawasan dan kontrol operasional. Rekomendasi mencakup restrukturisasi organisasi, pembuatan diagram alur sistem produksi, serta penerapan desain digital untuk absensi, evaluasi risiko, dan pemantauan kinerja. Implementasi ini diharapkan dapat meminimalkan risiko penyimpangan, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan mendukung tata kelola yang lebih baik.

Abstract

A region will develop through the capabilities of its superior sectors and encourage other sectors to develop. Thus, regional specificities, human resource potential, institutions and institutions, local physical resources are the main supporting factors for regional development. The existence of a superior sector provides an indication for the regional economy that the presence of a superior sector will have great potential to grow faster than other sectors in a region. This research was carried out with a quantitative descriptive approach using secondary data from BPS 2014-2022 to analyze 18 economic sectors that form GRDP using Typology Klassen, Location Question, Shift Share , DLQ analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the average class typology analysis of sectors in Pasaman Regency is in Quadrant 3. Location question analysis which shows that these sectors are able to meet their own needs and allow for exports outside the region (LQ>1) is agriculture , forestry and fisheries, Government Administration, Defense and Social Security sectors, Water Supply, Waste Management, Waste and Recycling. The economy of Pasaman Regency as a result of Shift Share received very positive results regarding the total value of performance in the 2014-2022 period amounting to Rp. 620,447.01 and the entire sector is a priority in the future according to the DLQ analysis.

Abstract

This research examines how inflation, interest rates, and government spending affect Indonesia's economic growth by utilizing the Error Correction Model (ECM) with time series data from 2000 to 2023. The processed data reveal that, in the short run, both inflation and interest rates negatively impact economic growth, showing coefficients of -0.009436 and -0.068359, respectively, though these effects are not significant in a statistical sense. In contrast, government expenditure has a notable positive effect, with a coefficient of 1.415698. Over the long term, managed inflation contributes a slight positive impact (0.015933), while interest rates persist in exerting a significant negative effect (-0.142703). Government expenditure maintains a robust positive effect, illustrated by a coefficient of 1.168041, highlighting the importance of effective budget management. This research offers empirical insights into the interactions of fiscal and monetary policies in fostering sustainable economic growth in Indonesia and provides actionable recommendations for policymakers to create effective strategies.

Abstract

This research focuses on the effectiveness of the online new learner registration application developed by the Education Quality Assurance Center of North Sumatra Province. The AIETA theory (Awareness, Interest, Evaluation, Trial, Adoption) is used to understand the process of application acceptance by the community. In this study, AIETA theory is used to understand the stages of application acceptance by the community. These stages include Awareness of the app, Interest in using the app, Evaluation of the app, Trial of the app, and Adoption of the app. Thus, this study shows that the online new learner enrollment application has the potential to increase the effectiveness of new learner enrollment, but some problems need to be fixed. Thus, this application can be one of the effective solutions in improving the effectiveness of new student admissions in North Sumatra Province. The results of the interview show that the community has been able to adjust to the online new student registration system, and this system makes it easier for parents of students to register their children as prospective new students, makes it easier to find information about the school's profile and excellence and the admission of new students will be more practical, effective and efficient.

Abstract

The development of the National Capital City (IKN) in East Kalimantan is one of the national strategic projects that aims to encourage equitable economic development and create a new sustainable growth center. However, the success of IKN development is inseparable from major challenges, both at the domestic and global levels, such as macroeconomic stability, climate change, exchange rate fluctuations, and geopolitical dynamics. In this context, monetary stability and global resilience are key elements to ensure that the development of the IKN can run effectively and sustainably. Monetary stability plays an important role in creating a conducive investment climate through inflation control, exchange rates, and interest rate policies that support economic growth. Meanwhile, global resilience strengthens the IKN's ability to adapt to external risks, such as financial crises, climate change, and geopolitical tensions, while taking advantage of opportunities from global economic developments, such as the green energy transition and technological innovation. This article analyzes the relationship between monetary stability and global resilience in facing challenges and taking advantage of IKN development opportunities. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, this article highlights the importance of synergy between the two elements in creating a resilient and inclusive economic foundation. The results of the analysis show that monetary stability provides a basis for investment and economic growth, while global resilience ensures the sustainability of development in the face of global dynamics. Therefore, the integration of monetary stability and global resilience strategies is an important step to realize the vision of IKN development as a future city that is globally competitive and sustainable.

Abstract

In general, financial statements are prepared by business entities to provide an overview of their financial performance to related parties such as owners, investors, employees, creditors, and others. This is in line with the function of financial statements according to Statement of Financial Accounting Concept (SFAC) Number 1, which is to provide data or information that is useful for potential shareholders and other users of financial statements to assist them in making economic decisions, based on cases of accounting fraud and misuse of financial statements, researchers are interested in examining the role of moral ethics in the aspect of religiosity in making financial statements, while the research method used is field research with qualitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the research results, the preparation of the company's financial statements is made within a certain period, this period depends on the policies of each company. Especially at PT Janus Global Trade, the preparation of financial statements is carried out simply every month. But it cannot be denied, of course there are obstacles faced by the compiler of financial statements that can indirectly cause errors in the preparation of financial statements, such as missing or late deposit of proof of transactions to the finance division, discrepancies with other related divisions, and late payment of receivables that exceed the specified period.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of work motivation on employee work ethic at Fajar Offset Printing Mojokerto. Using a quantitative approach with an associative causal design, the study explores how intrinsic factors (such as job satisfaction and personal achievement) and extrinsic factors (including salary, bonuses, and umrah rewards) influence work ethic. Data were gathered through questionnaires distributed to 40 employees who have worked at the company for over five years, selected using purposive sampling. The findings reveal a significant relationship between work motivation and work ethic, particularly in aspects like discipline and responsibility. The analysis using a simple linear regression model resulted in the equation Y = 24.352 + 0.412X, indicating that higher work motivation is associated with a stronger work ethic. The t-test showed a statistically significant result (tcount = 3.025 > ttable = 2.023), and the coefficient of determination (R² = 0.423) indicates that 42.3% of the variation in work ethic is attributed to work motivation. The study concludes that work motivation plays a vital role in improving work ethic but highlights the need to consider other contributing factors as well
