Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of flexible work environment and career development on the quality of work of Generation Z. Generation Z has unique characteristics that affect the way they work and develop in the organization. Researchers use quantitative methods with a correlation approach consisting of two independent variables (X¹) flexible work environment (X²) career development and dependent variables (Y) quality of work of generation Z. The quality of work of generation Z in Waru Village, Sidoarjo is the population in this study. Respondents in this study were 61 and the data processing process used SPSS. The results of this study can be concluded that variables X1 (flexible work environment) and X2 (career development) affect Y (improving the quality of work of generation z), where variable (X1) flexible work environment has a positive effect on variable (Y) quality of work of generation z, and for variable (X2) career development also has a positive effect on variable (Y) quality of work of generation z.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Gowa Regency. Motivation and job satisfaction are crucial factors in enhancing employee productivity, which ultimately affects the effectiveness of public services. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 65 employees as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Similarly, job satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Therefore, increasing motivation and job satisfaction can enhance employee performance in providing administrative population services. These findings highlight the need for organizational strategies to improve employee welfare, create a conducive work environment, and provide appropriate rewards and incentives to boost employee motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of influencer marketing in consumer purchasing decisions through a systematic literature review approach. In the digital era, marketing strategies have undergone significant transformation, where the influence of social media figures plays a crucial role in shaping consumer perception and behavior. Based on the analysis of 20 selected academic journals published between 2020 and 2025, the findings indicate that influencer marketing significantly contributes to building trust, increasing brand awareness, and influencing both purchase intention and decision-making processes. The effectiveness of this strategy is highly dependent on the influencer’s credibility, alignment with the target market, and the quality of engagement with their audience. However, several challenges such as engagement manipulation, reputational risks, and improper influencer selection may hinder campaign success. When implemented ethically and strategically, influencer marketing presents a powerful and sustainable tool in enhancing digital marketing performance and driving consumer behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between advertising attractiveness on Skintific’s repurchase intention on the Tiktok platform which is moderated by celebrity endosers. This research is a quantitative study with primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires via google form. Data for this study were obtained from 71 respondents who are Slamet Riyadi University students who have seen Skintific advertisements on Tiktok, know Skintific celebrity endosers, and have purcashed Skintific products on Tiktok. The data analysis method uses MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis) with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that the advertising attractiveness variable has a positive effect on repurchase intention, the celebrity endoser variable has a positive effect on repurchase intention, and the celebrity endoser is proven to weaken the relationship between advertising attractiveness and Skintific repurchase intention on the Tiktok platform.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job analysis and career development on employee performance at the Binjai City Transportation Office. The primary goal of this study is to determine whether career development and job analysis have a simultaneous or partial impact on employee performance. Between May and September of 2024, 105 employees of the Binjai City Transportation Office participated in the study, which was likewise sampled using the complete sampling technique. A Thurstone scale questionnaire was used to gather data, and SPSS software was used for quantitative analysis. The findings demonstrated that job analysis significantly and favorably affects employee performance; in other words, the more structured and transparent the job analysis, the better the performance that results. Career development programs can boost employee motivation and competence, as evidenced by the positive and considerable impact they have been shown to have on employee performance. At the same time, career development and job analysis have a favorable and noteworthy impact on worker performance. These results highlight the value of career development initiatives and organized position planning in enhancing public organizations' performance.

Abstract

Dekor Asia Jayakarya is a manufacturing company established in 1997, producing bamboo and wood decorations and crafts. Approximately 99% of its products are exported to various countries, including garden accessories, hotel supplies, home decor, bamboo fences and furniture, and natural crafts such as mosaics and household appliances—all made from sustainable Indonesian natural resources. The main objective of this study is to determine how Job Training, Career Development, and Organizational Culture influence Employee Performance at PT. Dekor Asia Jayakarya. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The population of this study was 50 people with a sample of 50 employees, who were selected as a whole so that saturated sampling was used. The results of this study indicate that job training does not affect employee performance, career development variables do not affect employee performance, and organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze trends and patterns in research related to work-life balance (WLB) and employee well-being using a combined approach of Systematic Literature Review and bibliometric analysis. A dataset consisting of 151 articles published between 2013 and 2025 from the Scopus database was used. The findings highlight the growing scientific interest in work-life balance (WLB) and its impact on well-being in a post-pandemic context, especially under hybrid work models. VOSviewer is used to visualize the occurrence of keywords and research groups. The review identifies dominant themes, prolific authors, and geographic contributions, which provide a roadmap for future research.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the dynamics and influence of foreign debt and foreign investment (FDI) on economic growth in Indonesia. Foreign debt and FDI are two important components in development financing that can have positive or negative impacts depending on their management. Using time series data and multiple linear regression analysis methods, this study analyzes the long-term relationship between the two independent variables on GDP as an indicator of economic growth. The results of the analysis show that foreign debt has a positive and significant influence on GDP, but in the long term it can pose a risk of fiscal dependency. Meanwhile, FDI has a positive and insignificant influence on GDP through increased investment and labor absorption. These findings provide important implications for the formulation of macroeconomic policies, especially in managing foreign financing sustainably and effectively to encourage inclusive GDP. Abstract

Analysis of the effect of food quality, service quality on customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyse the effect of food quality, service quality on customer satisfaction with the physical environment as a mediating variable at Bale Ayu Resto Giwangan Yogyakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires from 100 customers, analysed using partial least square (PLS) The results of this study show: food quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction , food quality has a positive effect on the physical environment, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on the physical environment, the physical environment has no direct effect on customer satisfaction, food quality does not mediate the physical environment through customer satisfaction, service quality does not mediate the physical environment through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study is entitled The Influence of Brand Equity Elements Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, and Brand Loyalty on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of Wardah Cosmetics in Depok City. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of brand equity elements of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty on consumer purchasing decisions of Wardah cosmetics. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection using a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents who use Wardah brand cosmetic products. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and data processing with the JASP software application. The results of this study indicate that the brand awareness variable partially does not have a significant relationship to the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetics. The brand association variable also partially does not have a significant relationship to the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetics. The quality perception variable partially has a significant relationship to the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetics. The brand loyalty variable also partially shows no significant relationship to the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision. Simultaneously, the variables of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty together have a significant effect on the decision-making process for purchasing Wardah cosmetics.
