Abstract

In the current era, micro small and Medium Enterprises must use digital platforms as a marketing strategy for their products so that consumers can become more familiar with the products they produce. Service activities with the theme of Developing micro small and Medium Enterprises Branding Potential through the business digitalization process. A systematic literature review (SLR) is a secondary study to map, identify, critically express, consolidate, and collect the results of primary studies on a particular research topic. From 2,810 data, ± 50 journals were obtained which were almost similar to the research theme which would enter the screening stage using inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure the quality and relevance of the articles to the themes raised. The results of this Community Service activity suggest that Service Partners continue use of digital marketing strategies and receive regular guidance. This aims to ensure the effectiveness and optimality of this strategy in supporting micro small and Medium Enterprises marketing and increasing the sales turnover of MSME businesses in the future.

Abstract

In this case, influencing the behavior of others, the style and type of leader are closely related to the norms they have. Theoretical research that discusses the types and styles of leadership is needed because these concepts have many variations. This study reviews the literature from a number of primary sources. According to research, there are several different forms of leadership, including authoritarian (autocratic), paternalistic, charismatic, democratic, and military. On the other hand, leadership includes the following: democratic, delegative, bureaucratic, laissez-faire, authoritarian, charismatic, diplomatic, moralistic, administrative, analytical, entrepreneurial, visionary, situational, and militaristic.

Abstract

As technology advances, digital payment solutions have emerged as a practical way to streamline transactions and boost MSMEs' operational effectiveness. Data from MSME actors in the area is gathered for this study using a quantitative methodology and survey method. According to the study's findings, MSME productivity is positively impacted by the use of digital payment systems like e-wallets and QRIS. Companies report faster transactions, lower operating expenses, and easier access to larger markets. In addition, digital payment methods contribute to more transparent and accurate financial records. The study's conclusions include the necessity of educating and training MSME participants on the usage of digital payment systems, as well as government and financial institution assistance to promote the technology's uptake. It is envisaged that by taking these actions, Medan Perjuangan District MSMEs will be able to utilize the digital payment system to its full potential and boost their company's sustainability and competitiveness.

Abstract

Akumulasi modal merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Akumulasi modal terkait erat dengan pembangunan sumber daya manusia, seperti kesehatan dan pendidikan. Jawa Tengah, sebagai wilayah sentral ekonomi di Indonesia, menunjukkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang fluktuatif dari tahun ke tahun. Dalam upaya meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, peningkatan kesehatan dan pendidikan menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kesehatan dan pendidikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Jawa Tengah dalam kurun waktu 2004 hingga 2023. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan dan pendidikan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Jawa Tengah. Untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di Jawa Tengah, pemerintah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan investasi dalam sektor kesehatan dan pendidikan secara berkesinambungan. Peningkatan infrastruktur kesehatan dan pendidikan akan memberikan dampak jangka panjang yang positif terhadap kualitas hidup masyarakat. Dengan meningkatnya kualitas hidup masyarakat, keberhasilan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang diharapkan akan tercapai.

Abstract

The Israel-Iran conflict has a significant impact on the global energy market, especially through the Strait of Hormuz, a strategic route for the world's oil supply. This study analyzes the effect of the conflict on the energy market and its impact on the energy sector investment portfolio, using data from energy companies in Indonesia for the period 2019-2023. Quantitative research method was applied, and the analysis was conducted using SPSS 26 through descriptive test, normality test, and ANOVA. The results of the normality test show that the Israel-Iran Conflict variable is not normally distributed, while the World Energy Market and Investment Portfolio variables are normally distributed. The ANOVA test shows that the Israel-Iran conflict has no significant effect on the average change in the energy market and investment portfolio. In contrast, there were significant differences in the World Energy Market and Investment Portfolio between groups, suggesting that other factors influenced these two variables. These results indicate the importance of considering factors other than the Israel-Iran conflict in energy investment strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of household consumption, investment and government spending on economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara (WNT) in 2017-2021. This study uses panel data regression consisting of 10 districts in West Nusa Tenggara (WNT) using the eviews 12 program. The data used is secondary data sourced from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (CSA) and the Investment and One-Stop Service Office (IOSSO) West Nusa Tenggara (WNT) 2017-2021. The estimation used in this study is the Common Effect Model (CEM). Overall, the results of the panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing concluded that in this study simultaneously household consumption, investment, and government spending has a positive but not significant effect on economic growth. The household consumption variable has a positive but not significant effect on economic growt. Investment partially has a positive but not significant effect on economic growt. And goverment spanding partially has a negative but not significant effect oneconomic growot.

Abstract

This study was conducted because it is very important for financial institutions to maintain their financial health, especially Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to determine the health level of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tbk in 2019-2023. The assessment indicators used in this study are Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earning, and Liquidity or abbreviated as CAMEL. The Camel method is a factor that greatly determines the health of a bank. This study was conducted with a quantitative descriptive approach, namely using secondary data obtained from the annual Financial Report published on the company's official website, by analyzing the CAR, NPF, PDN, ROA, ROE, BOPO, NI, and FDR ratios. The results of the study showed that the CAR ratio in the 2019-2023 period received the predicate "very healthy". The NPF ratio for the 2019-2023 period received the predicate "healthy". The PDN ratio for the 2019-2023 period was given the predicate of "fairly healthy". The ROA ratio in 2019-2022 was given the predicate of "healthy", while in 2023 it was given the predicate of "very healthy". The ROE ratio in 2019-2020 was given the predicate of "fairly healthy", while in 2021-2023 it was given the predicate of "healthy". The BOPO ratio in 2019-2023 was given the predicate of "very healthy". The NI ratio in 2019-2023 was given the predicate of "healthy". The FDR ratio in 2019 was given the predicate of "healthy". In 2020-2021 it increased to get the predicate of "very healthy". However, in 2022-2023 it was again given the predicate of "healthy". The findings reveal that, based on these indicators, Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk's performance between 2019 and 2023 averaged in the "Healthy" category, demonstrating strong financial health according to the overall assessment

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one of the key pillars in achieving the success of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by alleviating poverty and bridging educational disparities. One crucial aspect in fostering entrepreneurship is the role of education. The current situation and competition require entrepreneurs who are adaptable and capable of addressing market needs, thereby creating added value. Entrepreneurship education faces several challenges, including insufficient facilities, the need to enhance educators' attitudes and competencies, and the lack of effective coordination and allocation of resources. This study aims to explore best practices in entrepreneurship education to enhance the quality of entrepreneurship graduates. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, with data collected through Focus Group Discussions involving experts in entrepreneurship education. The findings of this study reveal challenges in entrepreneurship education, such as inadequate educational infrastructure, insufficiently competent teaching staff, and an inadequate curriculum. The proposed solutions include training programs to enhance educators' competencies, providing adequate infrastructure, and developing a curriculum that is practically oriented to meet the demands of the digital era.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi dampak tren technopreneurship global selama 5 dekade terakhir terhadap peluang bisnis di masa depan, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci dalam pengembangan technopreneurship dan memungkinkannya untuk membentuk lanskap kewirausahaan global. menganalisis pengaruh technopreneurship terhadap pengembangan peluang bisnis dengan harapan dapat mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang berpotensi menciptakan peluang baru, dan menyebarluaskan peran inovasi teknologi dalam membentuk lingkungan kewirausahaan global. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review dengan pendekatan PRISMA, yang melibatkan pencarian sistematis dalam database akademik, normalisasi data, dan meta-analisis menggunakan alat Publish or Perish dan Covidence. Dari 390 artikel yang ditemukan, 98 diseleksi untuk analisis lebih lanjut, dan akhirnya 4 artikel dimasukkan dalam analisis mendalam setelah melalui proses penyaringan PRISMA. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa technopreneurship telah secara signifikan mengubah lanskap bisnis global, menciptakan peluang baru melalui inovasi teknologi dan transformasi digital. Temuan utama meliputi pentingnya platform digital dalam kewirausahaan, kualitas manajemen, kemitraan program, dan intensitas model pengembangan berbasis technopreneurship untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing usaha kecil, serta peran inovasi teknologi di berbagai sektor industri.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of green marketing on customer satisfaction at the Lion Superindo retail store in Bojonegoro. The research employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. The study population consists of Lion Superindo Bojonegoro customers, with a sample of approximately 200 respondents selected randomly.Data were collected using a specially designed questionnaire, which included questions on customers' perceptions of green marketing practices at Lion Superindo Bojonegoro and their satisfaction levels as customers. The data collection methods involved surveys conducted both online and directly in-store. The findings reveal that the green marketing variables of green product and green price do not significantly affect customer satisfaction at Lion Superindo Bojonegoro. In contrast, the variables of green place and green promotion have a significant influence on customer satisfaction in this modern retail outlet. These results highlight the importance of focusing on strategic green marketing efforts, particularly in terms of green place and promotion, to enhance customer satisfaction in the competitive retail environment.
