<![CDATA[SPS Mawar Indah Cempaka Putih Central Jakartais an institution that handles education for student children which has the good aim of developing students who are noble, intelligent, pious and cheerful as well as making good quality children with personality, that there are problems that faced in the SPS Mawar Indah Cempaka Putih environment, namely how to provide improvements in the management of making assignment documents with the mailmerge concept to help improve their knowledge. We, from the Nusa Mandiri University Lecturers, who are assisted by a number of students through Community Service activities, provide solutions to overcome the problems faced by staff and teachers within the SPS Mawar Indah Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta. This was done with the aim of providing full assistance and support to SPS Mawar Indah Cempaka Putih Central Jakarta in mastering management, especially in creating documents such as assignment letters with the mailmerge concept and features that complement other documents, such as letterheads, logos and images. which can support the success of SPS Mawar Indah Cempaka Putih. This treatment is given in order to ensure smooth development and advancement of education which is currently underway. The results of community service activities provide significant value with the good category gaining a weight of 61.41 for activity participants who have increased their experience and knowledge. Participants' progress scores were measured by filling in instrumentation in the form of a questionnaire via pretest and posttest using a direct ranking system method.]]>

<![CDATA[Limbah organik, khususnya kulit nanas, merupakan salah satu sumber limbah yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal dan berpotensi mencemari lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan dengan mengolah limbah kulit nanas menjadi eco-enzim, produk alami yang multifungsi dan ramah lingkungan. Program ini dilaksanakan di Desa Beluk, Kecamatan Belik, Kabupaten Pemalang.Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, demonstrasi praktis, dan diskusi kelompok untuk memastikan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga, yang mulai memanfaatkan eco-enzim sebagai pembersih alami, pengendali hama, dan pupuk organik. Selain manfaat lingkungan, penggunaan eco-enzim juga berkontribusi dalam mengurangi pengeluaran rumah tangga.Program ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi atas permasalahan limbah organik tetapi juga mendorong pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan secara berkelanjutan. Dengan hasil yang positif, program ini diharapkan dapat diadopsi lebih luas dan menjadi inspirasi bagi upaya pengelolaan limbah yang ramah lingkungan di berbagai daerah lain.]]>

<![CDATA[INSPECTION OF LIGHT FIRE EXTINGUISHERS IN AN EFFORT TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL HAZARDS. Humans, environmental conditions, and management can cause fires. Fire is an uncontrolled fire, meaning it is beyond human control. APAR is a light fire extinguisher used to extinguish or control fires. Providing an APAR (very effective Light Fire Extinguisher) installation is one way to prevent and control fires. The purpose of this community service activity is to inspect light fire extinguishers in an effort to identify potential hazards. The methods used are Observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The APAR inspection activity was carried out on March 1-16, 2023, attended by SHE Department staff and the Fire Fighting Team. The priority problems obtained were to review the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) regarding the 2015 Safety Inspection and refresh the delivery of the JSA to the fire fighting team.]]>

<![CDATA[New voters from Gen Z do not have experience in voicing their aspirations in the General Election (Pemilu). Meanwhile, their political participation is necessary, considering that they are one of the two majority groups of voters in the 2024 elections. On the other hand, these first-time voters from Gen Z have good digital skills, even though they are not yet accompanied by a high level of civility. They are also a group that is vulnerable to being exposed to hoaxes and does not yet have the knowledge and skills to use several digital methods and tools to check the validity of the information they receive.The digital literacy program in this service activity was carried out to increase awareness of the political participation of novice voters (Gen Z) in the 2024 Election and strengthen the digital literacy of novice voters (Gen Z) to carry out fact checking using fact checking tools or applications from Mafindo and Google. The service program is carried out in the form of training and adopts material from the Tular Reasoning Program initiated by Mafindo. The training applies a debunking approach that focuses on fact-finding to counter false information.In its implementation, the training activity involved Class XII students from SMAN 4 and SMAN 7 Cirebon City aged between 17-19 years as participants. They are among Gen Z who are exercising their right to vote for the first time in the 2024 elections. By implementing a debunking approach, they are trained to be critical of the information they receive, so that they do not easily believe or carelessly re-distribute information whose truth is not certain. They are also encouraged to participate in the 2024 elections and are equipped with the knowledge and skills to check the validity of information using fact-checking tools or applications]]>

<![CDATA[WASTE BANK: SOLUTION TO MINIMIZE PLASTIC WASTE IN RW 10 PEKALIPAN. The mentoring process in this community service program aims to observe the patterns of cooperation among community members in managing the waste bank and the utilization of the waste bank as an effort to minimize plastic waste through recycling activities at the Waste Bank of RW 10 Pekalipan, Kanoman Utara. Additionally, this program also seeks to assess the social and economic impacts of the waste bank's existence on the community. The mentoring conducted by IAIN Syekh Nurjati students with the residents of RW 10 Pekalipan revealed that the utilization of plastic waste through recycling at the waste bank has been running quite well. Plastic waste recycling activities at the RW 10 Waste Bank have brought significant benefits to the community and its members, including both social and economic advantages.The students acted as catalysts in the mentoring process, helping to optimize waste management practices to ensure they are efficient and economically valuable. This activity also provided education and awareness to the community about the importance of proper waste management, which contributes positively to the environment.]]>

<![CDATA[FACİLİTATİNG THE ADOPTİON OF INTEGRATED SYSTEMS AT D.A.N AESTHETİCS CLİNİC, Assistance in implementing an integrated system in clinics and aesthetic services aims to optimize operational efficiency while enhancing service quality. This study focuses on identifying challenges encountered in adopting an information technology system that combines key functions such as patient management, scheduling, electronic medical records, and inventory management. These challenges often relate to staff adaptation to new technology and the need for adequate technical support. The implementation process includes several methods, such as needs analysis, comprehensive staff training, and regular evaluations to assess system effectiveness. Research findings reveal that intensive and continuous assistance plays a crucial role in the successful adoption of this system. Responsive technical support can help reduce psychological and technical barriers to changes in work systems, ultimately increasing acceptance and user satisfaction. The study shows that with proper assistance, clinics can achieve higher efficiency in their daily operations. The system’s implementation contributes to improved quality in aesthetic services. Supporting the use of an integrated system enables clinics to provide more professional and faster services, resulting in greater patient satisfaction. Thus, assistance not only aids in clinical efficiency but also has a positive impact on patient experience and satisfaction, which are the primary goals of healthcare services.]]>

<![CDATA[Cases of sexual violence are cases that are currently intriguing all circles, including the world of Islamic boarding schools. Islamic boarding schools are in second place after universities. This is a warning and vigilance for the Islamic boarding school world, because the patronage relationships that are built in the Islamic boarding school world are often the trigger. The An Najah Purwokerto Student Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools which is also occupied by students who are studying at tertiary institutions, being an institution that has a high level of risk based on the percentage of cases in Indonesia. The aim of this community service is to provide education as an effort to prevent cases of sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools. In an effort to assist the government in dealing with cases of sexual violence that are rife in Islamic boarding schools, the service team has proposed this study to be carried out. The implementation of the service was carried out at the An Najah Purwokerto Student Islamic Boarding School with participants from the students who occupy the Islamic boarding school, the ustad and ustadzah and the Islamic boarding school management. Through this activity, it can be a step to mitigate the occurrence of sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools and universities where students study.]]>

<![CDATA[PROFESSİONAL DEVELOPMENT OF MI TEACHERS BASED ON PROPHETİC VALUES THROUGH INTEGRATED CLASSROOM ACTİON RESEARCH TRAİNİNG AND MENTORİNG. Classroom Action Research (PTK) produced by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers currently tends to be subject-based, while 80% of learning in MI is thematic. In addition, the content of the PTK is less related to prophetic values in accordance with the MI Teacher profession.The objectives of this community service are (1) Providing professionalism coaching for MI teachers based on prophetic values about class action research (2) Improving writing skills to MI teachers about preparing class action research designs (3) Providing solutions to the obstacles faced by teachers in preparing class action research.The method used in this community service is the action research method. Action research is research that aims to see the impact of action and assess the actions taken so as to improve the quality of practice carried out.The results of this community service are (1) Professionalism development activities for teachers based on prophetic values through integrated class action research training in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Cirebon City have been carried out through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities and PTK Making Assistance. (2) Teachers' understanding of Classroom Action Research has increased significantly as seen from the average pretest score of 45.65 and the average post-test score of 81.73. meaning that the training activities carried out have a positive impact on teacher understanding (3) The ability of teachers to design class action research is included in the good category with an average score of 75, which means that through this training and mentoring activity teachers are able to design and carry out class action research.]]>

<![CDATA[EARLY APPLİCATİON OF INFORMATİON TECHNOLOGY INTRODUCTİON OF DİSEASE AND PEST DETECTİON OF VANİLLA PLANTS TO YOUTH KARANG KARUNA LİMA SULAPA GATTARENG İN BULUKUMBA REGENCY. Agriculture is one of the main pillars of the country's economy, contributing significantly to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment. The purpose of the service is to introduce information technology in the detection of diseases and pests of vanilla plants to youth Karang Taruna Lima Sulapa Gattareng in Bulukumba Regency. The problem faced is the lack of knowledge and ability of partners in detecting diseases and pests of vanilla plants. This activity was carried out through three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The socialization was attended by 38 participants who followed the program from start to finish. The results of the socialization activities showed a significant increase in understanding from the pre-test results showed 45.36%, while the post-test results increased to 82.79%. In conclusion, the service program succeeded in increasing partners' knowledge and awareness of the importance of information technology in detecting diseases and pests in vanilla plants.]]>

<![CDATA[STRATEGIES FOR EMPOWERING MUSLIM COMMUNITIES IN BORDER AREAS THROUGH RELIGIOUS GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING. There are three provinces in Kalimantan with international border areas. These border areas are among those classified as “3T” areas underdeveloped, frontier areas, and outermost area. There are two distinct types of Muslim communities in the international border villages in Sambas Regency. First, there are the Muslim-majority communities, such as in Temajuk Village, Paloh District. Second, there are also the Muslim-minority convert Dayak communities, such as in Kaliau and Sebunga Villages of Sajingan Besar District. To empower these convert communities, a religious guidance and counseling program, focusing on religious tolerance is carried out among these international frontier areas. From these empowerment programs, participants become more knowledgeable about religious moderation, which can later be implemented in the guidance process for other convert. Both religious guidance and counseling skill training, as well real practice are performed during the program to the convert communities.]]>
