Abstract

Service provider, especially banks, are faced challenges of financial technology which is growing rapidly. In this case sharia banking is required to be able to pursue conventional banks and technology changes. Bank Syariah Indonesia is obliged to meet every customer's needs in Islamic life with various services. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Marketing Mix, Service Quality dan Customer Value on customer satisfaction of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palembang. The instrument testing in this study used descriptive statistical methods, validity tests, reliability tests, multiple regression tests, F tests, T tests. The results showed that: (1) Islamic marketing mix had no effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia, (2) Service Quality has an effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia, (3) Customer Value has an effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The magnitude of the influence of service quality and customer value indicates that there is a significant influence on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of advertising, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee during the pandemic (2) the effect of advertising on customer loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee during the pandemic (3) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee during a pandemic (4) the effect of consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee during a pandemic. This research method uses quantitative methods. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling method from a total of 100 people taken from the Shopee user population in the Gresik area. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on this research, Fcount is rejected, namely H0, H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the independent variables Advertising, Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction have a significant effect on the dependent variable of Customer Loyalty at Shopee E. -Trade. Users during a Pandemic in the Gresik Region. The results of Tcount Ads H0 are accepted and H1 are rejected, this means that advertisements have no significant effect partially on customer loyalty. The results of Tcount Quality of Service H0 are rejected and H1 is accepted, this means that service quality has a partially significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The results of the Tcount of Consumer Satisfaction H0 are rejected and H1 is accepted, this means that Consumer Satisfaction has a partially significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Shopee E-commerce Gresik Region Keywords: Advertising; Service Quality; Consumer Satisfaction; Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and perceived quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Burger King Sidoarjo in 2022. This type of research is quantitative research with 100 respondents and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique, namely sampling by giving certain criteria to the sample. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of questionnaires. The analytical technique used in this research is path analysis through SPSS25 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that partially brand image does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction while perceived quality has a significant effect, then brand image and customer satisfaction have no significant effect on customer loyalty, while perceived quality has a significant effect. In addition, customer satisfaction cannot mediate brand image on customer loyalty while customer satisfaction can mediate perceived quality on customer loyalty. Abstract

This Study aims to analyze how service quality affect repurchase interest of the customers Lion Air Airlines in Yogyakarta International Airport. The Population of this research is customers who already repurchase more than twice of Lion Air Airlines in Yogyakarta International Airport. The Sample is 60 respondents. The Data of this Study were collected with online questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The Result of this study concluded that quality service does have an affected on re-purchasing interest, and included how much affect quality service on re-purchase interest. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) To determine and analyze the effect of work environment, work motivation and work stress simultaneously on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen employees. (2) To find out and partially analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen. (3) To find out and analyze the effect of work motivation partially on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen employees. (4) To find out and partially analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen employees. This research method uses quantitative methods. The research sample was drawn using the saturated sampling method totaling 35 people taken from the entire population of employees of CV Sweet Seventeen, Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on this research, Fcount, namely H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the variables of work environment, work motivation and work stress have a significant influence on the performance of CV Sweet Seventeen employees. The results of Tcount for the work environment variable H0 are accepted and H1 are rejected, so it can be concluded that partially there is an insignificant positive effect on employee performance. The results of Tcount work motivation variable H0 are rejected and H1 are accepted, so it can be concluded that partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Tcount work stress variable H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that partially there is a significant effect on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen, Sidoarjo. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of satisfaction, supervision, on performance through the work discipline of CV Andi Jaya employees. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The research population used was all contract employees of CV Andi Jaya with a total of 45 respondents with a saturated sampling technique that made the entire population as a sample in the study. Sources of data used in this analysis is primary data taken directly from contract employees CVAndi Jaya by distributing questionnaires. The source of the data used in this analysis is the data taken directly from employees who in this study are CV Andi Jaya Contract Employees by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has no significant effect on work discipline, work supervision has a significant effect on work discipline, job satisfaction and work discipline has an effect on employee performance, work supervision has no effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance through work discipline and work supervision have a significant effect on performance through work discipline. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of leadership, motivation, and work environment on the work discipline of employees of CV. Prosperous Delta Earth. This research approach is included in quantitative research. The research population used is CV employees. Bumi Delta Makmur with a total of 32 respondents with a sampling technique using a saturated sample which makes the entire population the sample in the study. The source of research data comes from primary data which is directly obtained from respondents, namely employees of CV. Bumi Delta Makmur through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques to process research data using data processing software Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on research data, it is revealed that leadership has no influence on employee work discipline, motivation has an influence on employee work discipline, and the work environment has an influence on employee work discipline at CV Bumi Delta Makmur. Abstract

The value of the company is reflected in the company's performance in the share price which is built by supply and demand in the capital market, and reflects the public's evaluation of the company's performance. This study aims to prove (1) the effect of capital structure on firm value, (2) the impact of dividend policy on firm value, (3) the relationship between business risk in moderating capital structure and firm value, and (4) the impact of business risk on firm value. The moderating effect of the relationship between dividend policy and firm value. This research took 12 manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 - 2020 as research objects, and the sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, so that a sample of 36 companies was obtained. The data analysis method is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study prove that Capital Structure has a positive insignificant impact on Firm Value, Dividend Policy has a significant positive impact on Firm Value, Business Risk moderates the relationship between Capital Structure and Firm Value, and Business Risk moderates the relationship between Dividend Policy and Firm Value. Abstract

Mitra Iqra Plus is one of the products owned by PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance, KPS Medan, which aims to help fund children's education. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Mitra Iqra Plus' educational insurance marketing strategy in the study of sharia insurance at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, KPS Medan, the application of sharia principles in the marketing implementation of Life Insurance products at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, KPS Medan, and challenges in implementing sharia. marketing conducted by PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, KPS Medan. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is to reduce the data, present the data, then draw conclusions. The results show that PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, KPS Medan implements according to sharia marketing principles ranging from Wisdom (Strategy), Needs (Needs), Halal (Tayyibat), Welfare (Falah), Mutual Consent. The inhibiting factors in implementing the Mitra Iqra Plus educational insurance marketing strategy are the lack of public knowledge about sharia insurance, lack of public trust in sharia insurance, lack of agents and customers who are difficult to collect for premium payments. The challenge is the lack of technology development, the weak market share of PT. AJS Bumiputera due to lack of support from the government and the community. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the marketing mix on the purchasing decision of Regina Beauty Care (case study of CV Regina Kosmetika Mandiri). This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. Determination of informants is done by taking key informants with purposive techniques or techniques for determining informants based on certain considerations, usually related to the scale of involvement, knowledge, and authority of a person with the object of research. In this study, the tool used to identify and compile the factors of the online shop 'Regina Beauty Care' strategy was using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy used is by using the 4P marketing mix, namely product, price, place, promotion. Through IFAS and EFAS analysis, it can be seen that Regina Beauty Care has a strength score of 1.99, a weakness score of 0.63, an opportunity score of 1.83 and a threat score of 0.82. Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS analysis as well as the SWOT analysis diagram which shows the right results in quadrant I (one). Keywords: Marketing Mix, Sales
