Abstract

This research aims to know how big is the influence of discount, price, and product quality on customer loyalty on the purchase of Teh Pucuk Harum. The population in this research was a consumer who have bought or consumed The Pucuk Harum. The sample in this research involved 100 respondents, namely East Java UPN students especially business administration study program. The results of the questionnaire distribution were measured using an ordinal scale. This type of research is descriptive research using the quantitative method. The sampling method in this research used non probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used multiple linear regression analysis through classical assumption testing, validity and reliability testing. The classical assumption test used the data normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Multiple linear regression analysis method assessed through t test, and f test. The results of this research indicated that discount, price, and product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty on the purchase of Teh Pucuk Harum Keywords: Discount, Price, Product Quality, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of sale promotion and e-service quality on impulse buying on e-commerce Shopee. The population in this study is the people of Surabaya City who have shopped at Shopee e-commerce. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. This type of research uses quantitative. The results of this study indicate that sales promotion partially has no significant positive effect on impulse buying. E-Service Quality partially has a significant positive effect on Impulse Buying. Sales Promotion and E-service quality simultaneously have a significant positive effect on impulse buying. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of brand image, packaging design, and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on sprite soda products. The population in this study was the people of Surabaya City who had bought and drank Srite products in the city of Surabaya. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Packaging design has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Price has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has no significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Satisfaction design has no significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's efforts to build a disciplined character in online learning. In this study, qualitative research was used through a field study approach. It was conducted at MAN 2 Bogor City from January to May 2022. The primary data source was purposively selected teachers. The data collection technique is in-depth interviews, the data is validated by triangulation of sources. Data analysis using descriptive analysis by following the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's efforts to build disciplined character in online learning are carried out by: making learning contracts, through the camera through the Zoom Meeting application, and reminding students who are related to the tasks that must be done. Abstract

Dalam jurnal ini membahas terkait dengan Implementasi Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Terhadap Proses Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Mi Al-ikhalsh Surabaya. Hal-hal yang melalatar belakangi munculnya penelitian ini tidak lain karena melihat kebijakan merdeka belajar yang sekarang ini merupakan suatu hal yang baru bagi dunia pendidikan. Selanjutnya dibalik adanya kebijakan merdeka belajar ini dapat mempermudah siswa dalam mempelajari serta mendalami pendidikan agama islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research).

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategies used in the cash waqf movement for siroh books through social media in encouraging public participation in the Spirit Nabawiyah Community. The research method used to answer this research is descriptive qualitative research method. This method can be interpreted as one of the procedures in solving a problem under study by describing the subject or object in the research in the form of people, institutions, communities and others. The results of this study indicate that the strategy used is to expand the network (recruitment process) of community members who will become good connectors, then online class coaching activities are also held, as well as a continuous monitoring process that results in high public awareness to participate in the program. Abstract

Trialista Beauty is one of the local brands that has milk soap products that have succeeded in growing rapidly, especially in the online market. The purpose of this research is to find out what marketing strategy is being carried out by Trialista Beauty to further increase sales every month. This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach as well as a qualitative descriptive method. Then, the data collection techniques in this study used three techniques, namely observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Trialista Beauty is a beauty brand that has milk soap products. In marketing, Trialista beauty uses two channels, namely online and offline. The results of this study indicate that Trialista Beauty uses several elements of the promotional mix to market milk soap products. Some of these elements are advertising (advertising, sales promotion), personal selling (personal selling), and interactive marketing (interactive marketing). advertising) and sales promotion using the Facebook application, then offline using personal selling and interactive marketing. Facebook also has an influence on increasing purchases. Keywords: Marketing strategy, milk soap product, promotion mix.

Abstract

Financial statement literacy is a form of someone's understanding of the financial condition of an institution with the aim of making decisions. Financial statements must be prepared in accordance with applicable PSAK and must be relevant, accurate, reliable, credible and easy to understand. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial statement literacy and entrepreneurial insight on the use of accounting information in the digitalization era. The population in this study were MSME actors in Petangguhan Village, Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency with a sample of 50 MSME actors. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods. Where the data obtained in the form of numerical data or numbers that can be measured with certainty. Furthermore, the results of these observations were analyzed. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables, namely financial statement literacy, entrepreneurial insight, and subjective norms, and one dependent variable, namely the influence of financial statement literacy and entrepreneurial insight on the use of accounting information in the digitalization era. And the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires given to MSME actors in Petangguhan Village. Abstract

This study aims to examine the Analysis of Taxpayer Awareness, Tax to Pay Taxes. This study uses a quantitative description method and primary data using a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 100 student respondents at the Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. Sampling in this study using a convenience sampling technique. This study provides results that taxpayer awareness affects the intention to pay taxes.

Abstract

This thesis uses quantitative research which aims to determine whether the perception of price, promotion and service quality has a direct or indirect influence on consumer loyalty and customer satisfaction. And also whether consumer satisfaction also has a direct effect on consumer loyalty. This research uses descriptive quantitative. The number of samples taken as many as 100 respondents. Respondents used in this study were consumers of the Warung Duck Jaya Antika. The technique applied in this research is probability sampling or random sampling, taking random samples. Data collection techniques by giving questionnaires to respondents, interviews and documentation. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests are used, multiple linear regression, f and t tests, path analysis tests and determination tests are used.The hypothesis which states that price, promotion, and service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction is proven. The hypothesis which states that price, promotion, and service quality has a direct effect on consumer loyalty is proven. The hypothesis which states that consumer satisfaction has a direct effect on consumer loyalty is proven. price, promotion, and service quality have an indirect effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a proven intervening variable.Keywords: Price Perception, Promotion, Service Quality, Consumer Loyalty and Consumer Satisfaction
