Abstract

Cotton Bud Painting is a painting activity using cotton buds or media that can train children's fine motor development aspects, stimulate children's cognitive and social emotional development. This study aims to develop fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years through cotton bud painting activities. The focus of the problems in this study are: 1) How is the implementation of cotton bud painting activities to develop fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years?2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing cotton bud painting activities to develop fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years? This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of cotton bud painting activities was able to develop children's fine motor skills as seen from the observations that children were able to hold cotton buds correctly, placing the right colors in their paintings. 2) The supporting factor in this study is the role of parents who always support activities at school. While the inhibiting factor is the child's lack of interest in participating in learning because learning is always carried out indoors. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to optimize the productivity of traditional farmers in Pakantan villages and achieve sustainable growth through an Islamic economic approach. The research methods used are qualitative and based on a case study approach. Data analysis was performed using a descriptive qualitative approach and Shariah financial analysis. The results showed that there are several factors that affect the productivity of traditional farmers in Pakantan villages, including social, economic and technical factors. Sustainable development strategies, such as the use of modern agricultural techniques, the establishment of farmer cooperatives and the application of Islamic economic principles such as justice, sustainability and independence, are needed to increase farmers' productivity. The conclusion of this study is that productivity optimization of traditional farmers in Pakantan village can be achieved through an economic approach. Sustainable and eco-friendly Islam. Therefore, it is proposed that the government and communities can work together to apply Islamic economic principles to the agricultural development of Pakantan villages. Abstract

The existence of technological advances requires educators to be able to adapt in implementing social media-based learning. However, in practice there are still educators who do not understand how to implement social media as a supporting tool in the process of learning activities. Therefore, the importance of education regarding the implementation of social media in learning. The aim is to find out how to implement social media-based Islamic education learning in independent learning. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis techniques with library research. Through this literature review, the researcher tries to describe existing phenomena, which are taking place now or in the past and are sourced from various sources that have theoretical depth from experts. The results of this study show that in implementing Islamic Education learning in the era of independent learning it is very necessary because in accordance with independent learning students and teachers are given freedom in implementing learning, this is very much needed for the role of social media in supporting the learning process of independent learning. The results of this study have implications for the use of social media for teachers in supporting teaching and learning activities in the era of independent learning. Abstract

Human Resources are very important for companies in organizing, managing, and utilizing its employees, so that they can function productively in order to achieve the company's goals. To achieve the goals of a company, it is necessary to have human resources who have good and satisfactory performance. Compensation and motivation are included in the factors that influence employee performance. If the provision of compensation and motivation provided by the company to its employees is good and in accordance with the needs, then the increase in employee performance will also be good. The existence of this study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Kokapura Avia at Yogyakarta International Airport. This study uses a quantitative approach. Samples taken at PT. Kokapura Avia at Yogyakarta International Airport, namely 84 respondents who were surveyed in this quantitative study. Data collection is done by giving questionnaires to employees. The results showed that compensation affects the performance of employees at PT. Kokapura Avia at Yogyakarta International airport. This is evidenced by the results of the t_hitung value of 3.234 ˃ t_tabel 1.663 360 with a significant level of 0.002 <0.05. And the variable motivation affects the performance of employees of PT. Kokapura Avia with a proven value of a significant level of 0.008 <0.05 and a t_hitung value of 2.737 ˃ t_tabel 1.663. The influence of the Compensation and Motivation variables together on the Employee Performance variable has a positive and significant influence by having an Adjusted R square value of 0.534 which means 53.4%.Differences in motivational indicators make the Adjusted R square value in this study smaller than previous studies. Abstract

Qiro'ati is one of the methods of reading the Qur'an that was first discovered by KH. Dachlan Salim Zarkasiy from Semarang in 1963. And Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Muttaqien is one of the many institutions in Indonesia that uses the Qiro'ati method to improve and improve the reading of the Qur'an of its students. This study discusses the relationship of the Qiro'ati method to the ability to read the Qur'an of students. The research used is quantitative research. The research subjects were seventh grade students at MTs Darul Muttaqien. In collecting the data using questionnaires and tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the Qiro'ati method and the ability to read the Qur'an of seventh grade students at MTs Darul Muttaqien. In addition to school or madrasah, the Qiro'ati learning process is also carried out in a dormitory environment by creating a Al-Qur'an group or halaqoh. Abstract

Qiroati is a method of reading and writing the Qur'an that was discovered by KH. Dachlan Salim Zarkasyi from Semarang in 1963. Darul Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School is one of the institutions in Indonesia that uses the qiroati method to improve and improve the reading and writing of the Al-Qur'an for its students. Because studying the science of recitation is fardhu kifayah, while reading the Qur'an using the science of recitation is fardhu 'ain. This study discusses the application of the qiroati method in improving students' reading and writing of the Qur'an. The background is the reasons underlying the Darul Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School to choose the qiroati method for students, knowing the implementation of learning to read and write the Qur'an with the qiroati method, as well as knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors at the Darul Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School. This research is focused on new female students, namely class 1 MTs students who have just entered the Islamic boarding school. The research used is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects are caregivers, teachers, and students. In collecting the data using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and trigalius, by using data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the qiroati method in learning to read and write the Koran for new female students at the Darul Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School, where the new female students are class 1 MTs students who have just entered the Islamic boarding school, is running well. Abstract

This thesis aims to find out, the Implementation of the Habit of Dhuha Prayer in Forming the Religious Character of Class V MI Mathla'ul Anwar Bogor Students. The Impact of the Implementation of Dhuha Prayer Habits in Forming the Religious Character of Class V MI Mathla'ul Anwar Bogor Students. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. Held from 1 January 2023 to 20 February 2023. The research location is at MI Marhla'ul Anwar Bogor. In the data collection procedure the authors use observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, in data analysis, the researcher uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation and draws conclusions. The results of this study found that. Implementation of the habituation of the Dhuha Prayer was carried out before the learning process began, every day except Monday because there was a flag ceremony, where the Dhuha Prayer was held in the school field, from 07:00 to 07:30, while the background and purpose of the Dhuha Prayer as a superior program which is the hallmark of the school in providing positive refraction to students. The impact of the implementation of the habituation of the Dhuha Prayer in the formation of the religious character of students in class V MI Mathla'ul Anwar Bogor. Responsible, that is, when the time for prayer arrives, they no longer need to be ordered and ordered again in this matter, giving rise to the nature of responsibility in themselves in worship and learning in class. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of tax knowledge motivation and self-improvement motivation on students' interest in taking tax brevets. The independent variables this study are tax knowledge motivation and self-improvement motivation. While the dependent variable is the student's interest in taking tax brevets. The research population are 2019, 2020 and 2021 accounting students in Indonesia. The collection of data used primary data and obtained by distributing questionnaires through the Google form. Data collection use is sample of 360 respondents with convenience sampling. Data analysis in this study use multiple linear analysis and the processed using IMB SPSS version 20. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media, Tourism Events on Interest in Visiting Tourists at the Situ Tunggilis Lake Tourism Object, Siteari Village, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency. The research was conducted on visitors to the Situ Tunggilis Lake Tourism area, Siteari Village, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. This study used a purposive sampling technique and data analysis with multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses the T test and F test with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 application program. The results of multiple linear regression indicate that social media has a positive and significant effect on intention to return. Tourism Events have a positive and significant effect on the intention to visit again. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that Social Media and Tourism Events simultaneously have a significant effect on the intention to return. And the coefficient of determination of influence is 70.2%. Keywords: intention to visit, social media, tourism events

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance of Lake Situ Tunggilis Tourism Object, Situsari Village, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency. This research is aimed at employees of Lake Situ Tunggilis Tourism Object, Situsari Village, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency. The sample used in this study was 30 respondents. In this study, the sampling technique used was saturated sample and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. In hypothesis testing, the T test (Partial) and F test (Simultaneous) with the help of the SPSS version 26 application program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the effect of training on employee performance runs positively and significantly. Work motivation also has results that have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the F test, training and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance. The coefficient of determination of influence is 55.6%.
