Abstract

In order to determine the effects of auditor independence, auditor competence, and auditor professionalism on the audit quality conducted by individuals working for Public Accounting Firms (KAP) that are officially listed in the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI) in Surabaya, this study will examine these factors. This study used a quantitative technique and a sample of 63 people that was selected using the Slovin formula and the fundamental random sampling methodology. The distribution of questionnaires was the main way that data were gathered for this study. The approaches for data analysis in this study employed partial least square (PLS) data management software. The results of this study show how professionalism, independence, and competency affect audit quality. As independence, skill, and professionalism rise, the audit quality rises. Abstract

Minister of Trade No. 40 of 2022, stipulates the activity of thrifting as a prohibited activity, with the consideration that one of them is disrupting the domestic textile industry, from a health perspective, users are susceptible to skin disease infections. However, government bans and studies on the adverse effects of imported used clothing on health have not necessarily reduced millennial interest in buying imported used clothing. Consumption of imported used clothing is very popular among millennials, based on a survey conducted including a good stats survey and researchers' initial observations. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of price, product knowledge, and product quality on the purchase decision of imported used clothing. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data using a questionnaire technique. The research population was students of FEBI UINSU, using a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis technique; validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test using SPSS 26 software. The results of the research variable Price partially have no effect on Purchase Decisions. Product Knowledge and Product Quality partially influence Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneously the independent variables affect the dependent variable. Independent variables are able to explain the dependent variable by 30.7%, the remaining 69.3% is explained by other variables outside the study. Abstract

Instilling adab is the most important thing for a teacher to students, because students are a mandate entrusted by Allah to be nurtured, guided, and educated carefully so that later they become useful human beings. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of managing adab education occurs at MTs Al - Ahsan, Bogor City. The research methodology is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The findings from the research show that the adab education management process is implemented by routinely reading Al-Qur'an Juz 30, praying dhuha in congregation, then continuing with listening to tausiyah and studying the book "Akhlak Lil Banin" and the results of this application are the attitude shown by students can be said to be very satisfying, meaning that the level of success of the activities implemented is very effective in instilling adab in students at school. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of students participating in the activities held by the school. Keywords: Management, Education, Adab

Abstract

Mass communication media that are used to convey information to audiences broadly and thoroughly are referred to as mass media. One of the news portals that is a media of information or news that publishes events or events is beritasumut.com. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, where qualitative research is research whose results are not based on statistical calculations. This study uses Roland Barthes’ Theory, where Barthes' analysis is divided into several stages of analysis, namely denotation and connotation. In Roland Barthes' semiology, denotation is the first level of signification system, while connotation is the second level. The results of the research show that photojournalism in the Events rubric has many meanings and contains social messages to invite readers to always be careful around their environment and do things which is useful. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effectiveness ratio of the APBD at the Labokong Village Office, Donri-donri District, Soppeng Regency in 2017-2020. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The data processed is the financial report of the regional budget (APBD) from 2017 to 2020. The data analysis method used in this study is the effectiveness ratio. The results showed that in general the financial performance of the Labokong Village government, Donri-donri district, District. Soppeng is not effective yet. Abstract

1 1,2, 2 ABSTRACT. Occupational health safety is very important to pay attention to, especially for heavy work employees who must prioritize K3. Employees of PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur who carry out heavy and dangerous work must certainly care about occupational health safety. However, to obtain good performance, occupational health safety is not a major factor in making employees good in their own performance. This study used a quantitative approach with SPSS23 and Micrsoft Excel 2019 tools. The results showed that the effect of X1 on Y sign 0, 647>0.05 and the calculated value of 0.470 < 2.051 so that it can be concluded that H1 has no positive and significant influence of occupational health safety on employee performance. The effect of X2 on Y sign 4,500 >2,051 so that it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment and employee performance. Then the value of 93.7% which shows that there is a partial influence between variables X1 and X2 on Variable Y of 93.7%, the remaining 7.3% is influenced by other variables. Abstract

Human resources are an important factor for the company, because they serve as a driving force for the company's operations. Factors that can measure employee performance are leadership, competence, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and motivation. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence leadership, competence, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and motivation have on employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah Brigjend Katamso Branch. This study uses three independent variables, namely leadership, competence, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Motivation as an intervening variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The sampling method uses saturated sampling technique. The samples obtained were 30 respondents. The results showed that leadership had no significant effect on motivational variables, competency variables had a positive and significant effect on motivational variables, organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant effect on motivational variables, leadership variables had no significant effect on employee performance variables, competency variables had no effect positive and significant on employee performance variables, organizational citizenship behavior variable has no positive and significant effect on employee performance variables, motivational variables have no positive and significant effect on employee performance variables, leadership variable through motivational variables indirectly does not have a positive effect on employee performance variables, competency variable through motivational variable indirectly has no positive effect on employee performance variable, organizational citizenship behavior variable through motivational variable indirectly has no significant positive effect on employee performance variable. Abstract

Today's technological developments greatly influence the growth of media, both conventional media and digital media such as social media. Social media now functions as a necessity that cannot be separated from the public. One of the most widely used social media is Instagram. How to use it and Instagram's interesting features make Instagram the most popular social media among the public. Users vary from young people, public figures, to government agencies. Government agencies utilize the capabilities of social media, especially Instagram, as a medium for disseminating public information, one of which is the Padangsidimpuan City Government Communication and Information Agency. Instagram was chosen to be one of the social media that is actively used by the Padangsidimpuan City Government Communications and Information Service. With the account name (@kominfopsp). Instagram is used in the use of Instagram social media as a medium of communication and information. The method used to conduct this research is descriptive qualitative, this method is used because the utilization used cannot be calculated or quantified or calculated based on data but requires further interviews and observations. The results of this research are that the Padangsidimpuan City Government Communication and Informatics Service Agency is considered quite successful in its use as a public communication and information medium, although along the way it requires criticism and suggestions from the public in order to build a better Padangsidimpuan City Government Communication and Informatics Service. Abstract

Humans are social beings who need each other and can’t live without others. Communications mainly of interpersonal communication is one requirement that can’t be avoided. With a growing period, the communication can not only be done face to face, but can also be through the medium of communication. One of them is the internet. Twitter is one of the most popular online community, whose members are mostly teenagers can relate to each other to communicate. Twitter's popularity has extended throughout the world and attract the attention of many large communities of Indonesia. Interpersonal Communication Effective communication is needed in order to run well between the two parties. Therefore, research must be done in order to know the effectiveness Twitter as a medium of interpersonal communication among teenagers. By using descriptive quantitative methods, it can be seen that interpersonal communication through Twitter media among adolescents in Ambon city is effective. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMAN 1 Cibungbulang Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang terkumpul dalam bentuk angka dianalisis dengan dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan teknik survei, karena bertujuan untuk mendalami dan mengetahui korelasi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner. Kuesioner pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket tertutup yaitu angket yang diberikan kepada responden dengan disediakannya jawaban sehingga responden menentukan satu jawaban yang sesuai dengan dirinya. Kuesioner pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dengan lima alternatif jawaban yang terdiri dari pernyataan positif dan negatif. Berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar (0,009) < a (0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kinerja mengajar guru terhadap supervisi akademik.
