Abstract

The Kamali Baadia Museum in Bau-Bau City serves as a key institution in the preservation of cultural heritage and public education. This study aims to analyze the physical preservation of the museum's buildings and collections and highlight the philosophical values contained in its history. Data collection methods used in this study include interviews with museum managers, direct observation of collections and buildings, and review of related documentation. The study results indicate that this museum serves as a place to store artifacts and as an educational vehicle that encourages public awareness of the importance of cultural and historical identity. The concept of Martabat Tujuh reflects the harmony between Islamic teachings and the local culture of the Buton community. Martabat Tujuh emphasizes universal values such as justice, humanity, and local wisdom, which are the basis for social and cultural interactions in the region. Community involvement in the process of preserving cultural heritage is the key to success in maintaining the authenticity of local culture. Through the promotion of the values of Martabat Tujuh, the Kamali Baadia Museum strengthens the community's sense of ownership of their cultural heritage and supports the balance between worldly and afterlife needs. This study provides important insights into the role of museums in educating the public and internalizing cultural values as part of a broader national identity

This study aims to formulate efforts to revitalize the cultural heritage of the Dayak Ngaju through the development of the traditional Mandau weapon design incorporating the Djata motif. The Mandau weapon is an essential part of the cultural identity of the Dayak people, passed down from generation to generation. Amid the currents of modernization, efforts to preserve and revitalize local culture, including traditional weapon design, are necessary to prevent the loss of its cultural significance and philosophical values. This research examines the historical and aesthetic aspects of the Mandau, integrating the Djata motif as a symbol of protection and strength. The method includes an interview with a Mandau weapon craftsman, documentation, and a visual analysis of traditional Dayak motifs. The results indicate that the Djata motif in the Mandau design can strengthen cultural values and enrich the traditional art repertoire of Dayak Ngaju.

This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, involving in-depth interviews with students to examine the therapeutic role of interpersonal communication in addressing mental health challenges. The findings reveal that interpersonal communication, both with peers and family, serves as a primary support mechanism for alleviating stress and anxiety. Emotional support gained through these interactions fosters social connectedness and emotional relief and aids students in managing academic and personal pressures. However, privacy concerns often pose significant barriers. The study highlights the importance of creating supportive communication environments to enhance the therapeutic potential of interpersonal communication as an informal tool for addressing mental health challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum Policy in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning and its impact on the design of learning evaluations. The results of the study indicate that the Independent Learning Curriculum brings significant changes in the evaluation of PAI learning, with a focus on student mastery of competencies, not just memorization. The evaluations implemented include formative, summative, performance, and portfolio, which focus on understanding Islamic teachings in everyday life. In addition, this policy supports the use of technology in the evaluation process, making it easier for teachers to provide constructive feedback. However, the main challenges in its implementation are the inequality of resources and teacher readiness. In conclusion, although this policy has great potential to improve the quality of PAI learning, the success of its implementation is highly dependent on the support of more intensive training and coaching for teachers and the provision of adequate facilities.
