Abstract

This study maps the development of research on entrepreneurial leadership of school principals using bibliometric analysis. Bibliographic data were retrieved from the Scopus database and screened using the PRISMA 2020 flow procedure. From 397 initial records, 59 English-language articles and reviews were selected for analysis. The dataset covered publications from 2014 to 2026, 45 sources, 150 authors, and 7,127 references. The analysis examined annual scientific production, source productivity, country scientific production, international collaboration, author keywords, keyword co-occurrence, thematic mapping, and trend topics. The findings show that the field has grown unevenly but steadily, with publication peaks in 2018, 2020, and 2024. Frontiers in Education and the International Journal of Educational Management were among the most productive sources. Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia, South Africa, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Finland, the United States, and the United Kingdom occupied visible positions in country productivity, while international collaboration remained relatively limited. The keyword and thematic analyses show that school principals, entrepreneurial leadership, school leaders, school leadership, entrepreneurship education, innovation, entrepreneurial competence, and educational management form the core conceptual structure of the field. The study contributes by clarifying the publication, geographical, and thematic structure of entrepreneurial school leadership research and identifying future directions for educational management studies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the tourism retribution policy at Kebun Raya Mangrove Gunung Anyar Surabaya and its contribution to local revenue. The research employs Edward III (1980) policy implementation model, which includes four key variables: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. A qualitative descriptive approach was applied, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the policy has been successfully implemented as an administrative and fiscal triumph, generating a total revenue of IDR 1.55 billion within its first two years. In terms of communication, the policy has achieved high procedural transparency through clear physical signage and a robust digital strategy via social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. From the resource aspect, the institutionalization of e-ticketing and QRIS systems has significantly enhanced financial accountability. Regarding disposition, the management shows exceptional commitment to municipal fiscal targets, supported by a bureaucratic structure that functions as a “fortress of integrity” through the disciplined execution of SOP No. SOP/KRMS/01/2025. However, challenges remain regarding the decline in visitor numbers and the severe economic impact on local SMEs, who experienced a 50-70% revenue loss. This study concludes that while the policy is as resounding financial success, its long-term sustainability depends on shifting toward a more service-oriented and inclusive management style that prioritizes stakeholder welfare and routine infrastructure maintenance.

Abstract

Fear of commitment is a psychological phenomenon related to individuals difficulty in forming commitment in romantic relationships. During emerging adulthood, particularly among university students, individuals begin to face social expectations to develop more serious relationships and consider long term commitment. This condition makes the measurement of fear of commitment important using instruments with adequate psychometric quality. This study aims to adapt and examine the validity and reliability of a fear of commitment instrument for university students. The study employed a quantitative approach with an instrument development design. The participants consisted of 221 students from Universitas Negeri Malang, including undergraduate, master, and doctoral students. The instrument consisted of 17 items using a four point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using JASP software through item total correlation to test validity and Cronbach Alpha coefficient to test reliability. The results showed that seven items met the validity criteria, namely item 1, item 4, item 7, item 9, item 10, item 12, and item 13. Reliability testing of these seven items produced a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.590 indicating moderate internal consistency. The findings indicate that the fear of commitment instrument has potential to be used as an initial measurement tool in studies related to romantic relationship commitment dynamics among university students.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of principal managerial competence and school culture on teacher job satisfaction in senior high schools in Baguala District, Ambon. A quantitative associative design was used to test partial and simultaneous effects among the variables. The respondents were 116 teachers selected proportionally from five senior high schools: SMAN 14 Ambon, SMAN 5 Ambon, SMAN 9 Ambon, SMAN Siwalima Ambon, and SMA Kristen Passo. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring principal managerial competence, school culture, and teacher job satisfaction. The instruments were valid and reliable, with Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.912, 0.894, and 0.901 respectively. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, simple regression, and multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The findings show that principal managerial competence had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction (t = 6.214; p < 0.05), and school culture also had a positive and significant effect (t = 5.876; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affected teacher job satisfaction (F = 38.624; p < 0.05), explaining 57.2% of its variance. The study concludes that effective school management and a positive school culture are important determinants of teacher job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the management of deep learning in junior high schools in Ambon City using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The study employed an evaluative qualitative approach to obtain an in-depth description of how deep learning is planned, organized, implemented, assessed, and followed up at the school level. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observation, and documentation involving principals, teachers, and school management staff from three public junior high schools in Ambon City. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while credibility was strengthened through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checking. The findings show that, in the context component, school visions and missions are generally aligned with deep learning principles, although the translation of these principles into classroom practice remains uneven. In the input component, teacher qualifications, support staff, facilities, learning resources, and training programs are available but require further strengthening, particularly in authentic assessment, contextual material development, and technology integration. In the process component, teachers have begun to use project-based learning, problem-based learning, inquiry, reflection, portfolio assessment, and collaborative planning, but implementation is constrained by time, literacy levels, heterogeneous student abilities, and passive learning habits. In the product component, students show emerging improvements in critical thinking, independence, collaboration, and contextual problem solving. The study recommends continuous professional development, stronger instructional supervision, better facility optimization, and a participatory evaluation system for deep learning management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of SPX Express courier service quality on consumer satisfaction in Ranai Kota, analyzed through an Islamic ethical perspective. Employing a quantitative associative approach, data were collected via a structured Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to purposively selected consumers who had directly used SPX Express services in the study area. Instrument validity and reliability were confirmed through Pearson Product Moment correlation and Cronbach's Alpha, while data analysis utilized simple linear regression supported by classical assumption tests. The findings confirm that service quality exerts a significant and positive influence on consumer satisfaction, with package security and courier responsibility identified as the strongest performance dimensions. However, timeliness and service communication remain areas of notable deficiency. From an Islamic perspective, the values of amanah and ihsan were found to substantively shape consumer satisfaction formation, functioning as a moral evaluative framework that moderates how technical service performance is perceived and assessed. These results indicate that in Muslim-majority consumer contexts, service excellence is both an operational and ethical imperative. The study contributes to SDG Goal 8 and SDG Goal 10 by demonstrating that ethically grounded service quality drives inclusive economic participation and dignified service delivery in regional markets.

Abstract

This study examines the management of productive waqf assets and their relationship to fishermen empowerment in the coastal community of Ranai, Natuna Regency, one of Indonesia's most strategically significant yet economically marginal maritime border territories. The study aims to analyze the current condition of waqf asset utilization and to construct a productive waqf development model suited to the empowerment of approximately 3,800 small-scale capture fishermen operating in the area. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings reveal that waqf management in Ranai remains entirely consumptive, governed through informal and unaccountable nazir arrangements, with no institutional linkage to fishermen welfare. In response, this study constructs a four-pillar productive waqf development model encompassing asset legalization, nazir professionalization, productive utilization programming, and beneficiary empowerment delivery. The model demonstrates direct alignment with SDG 1 on poverty eradication, SDG 8 on decent work and economic growth, SDG 10 on reduced inequalities, and SDG 16 on just and accountable institutions, offering a transferable framework for Islamic social finance-driven community empowerment in Indonesia's coastal border regions.

Abstract

The increasing number of single mothers who are required to perform dual roles as breadwinners and family caregivers has become an important social issue, particularly among poor families in urban areas. This study aims to analyze family needs fulfillment among Poor Single Mothers in Gedong Village, Pasar Rebo District, East Jakarta, Indonesia. The study employed a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 working single mothers aged 19–59 years. The data were analyzed descriptively through editing, coding, tabulation, and interpretation processes based on actual and ideal scores for each aspect of family needs fulfillment. The findings indicate that physical needs fulfillment was categorized as fulfilled with a percentage of 82.93%, emotional needs fulfillment reached 79.00%, and educational needs fulfillment reached 74.57%. Meanwhile, economic needs fulfillment obtained a percentage of 72.09% and was categorized as less fulfilled. These findings demonstrate that Poor Single Mothers were generally able to fulfill the basic needs of their families; however, they still experienced economic vulnerability due to limited income, high household expenditures, and limited access to social assistance. Therefore, social support and economic empowerment are necessary to improve the sustainable well-being of Poor Single Mothers and their families.

Abstract

The ratification of Law Number 14 of 2025 requires Hajj organizers to implement the principle of transparency. However, implementation at the Kudus Regency PLHUT Office, SISKOHAT, still faces challenges in providing information openly to the public. The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the governance of SISKOHAT in realizing transparency for Hajj pilgrims based on Law Number 14 of 2025 at the Kudus Regency PLHUT. This research method uses a descriptive-analytical qualitative research method. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with relevant authorities as well as direct observation and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the governance of the Integrated Hajj Computerized System (SISKOHAT) is not yet transparent in accordance with Law Number 14 of 2025. This is due to the absence of a mechanism for real-time publication of SISKOHAT data through social media platforms and limited human resources (HR). These conditions limit pilgrims' access to departure status.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internalization of humanitarian values in the Pancasila Education learning process at SMP Negeri 3 Pangkajene, focusing on learning activities, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the dynamics of pedagogical interaction between teachers and students. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to reveal the contextual process of value internalization. The findings indicate that the internalization of humanitarian values has been implemented through discussions, reflections, and the use of technology-based learning. However, the process has not been fully optimal as it is still predominantly oriented toward cognitive aspects. Low student participation in critical discussions, limited contextual learning strategies, and weak integration of values into instructional content are identified as the main inhibiting factors. On the other hand, teacher role modeling, dialogical approaches, and the use of active learning methods serve as key supporting factors in strengthening the internalization process. This study highlights that the effectiveness of humanitarian value internalization is strongly influenced by the quality of pedagogical interaction and the teacher’s ability to contextualize values into students’ real-life experiences. Therefore, Pancasila Education learning needs to be reoriented from mere knowledge transmission toward transformative learning that is based on experience and value reflection
